The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 1672: Chapter 1672: Should We Meet Master Cadmus and the Others?

”We arrived late, there are no rooms left in the hotel. We just have to make do for a while, we won’t be staying long, just a few days. We’ll see how it goes.” She raised her eyebrows slightly, her voice clean and low: ”I still have enough money. If I’m short of cash in the future, I’ll ask you for it.”

She knew Amadeus Yancey should be quite wealthy.

Not too much nor too little, he’s easily at the level where anyone might come close to billions. The wealth people like him possess is almost unimaginable to ordinary people.

Of course, in the world of tycoons, this is all just basic operation.

”Mr. Norton...”

Nathalie Quinlan knew what he wanted to ask: ”He’s in the room next to mine.”

”Hmm, that’s good.” Amadeus Yancey felt slightly relieved.

While they were talking, Nathalie Quinlan noticed Alfred Garland finished chatting with that familiar-faced man, and the two were now looking towards them.

She wasn’t accustomed to being watched when discussing relationships, so she coolly said: ”I’ll tell you later; I’m hanging up now.”

Amadeus Yancey hadn’t spoken yet.

Nathalie Quinlan swiftly ended the call.

The video call on the phone suddenly went black, and he could no longer see the girl’s exquisite and outstanding face, which made Amadeus Yancey somewhat regretful as he slowly put away the phone.

Vincent Moore had been waiting by for a long time, and once the call ended, he immediately addressed the business matters: ”Master Amadeus, Zed Moore and their team have already checked into the hotel. They will approach the president of the Inderia Trade Alliance whenever they get the chance.”

The power distribution in Inderia is extraordinarily complex. Besides the three top-tier forces, Inderia also harbors hundreds of other various forces.

The major powers naturally form their own factions.

Smaller forces also devise ways to gain a foothold in Inderia by banding together for mutual support.

Among these, there are quite a few associations and organizations that have emerged.

For example, the Pharmaceutical Association, Hacker Alliance, and Trade Alliance all belong to organizations unique to Inderia; their unity has formed a moderately sized force.

This time, one of these forces moved on the Yancey Family’s goods.

Trade Alliance!

Vincent Moore brought this up, still puzzled: ”We’ve always coexisted amicably with the Trade Alliance. There’s no reason for the Trade Alliance to act this way; I don’t understand why they would target the Yancey’s goods.”

Previously, they found out someone hired a group of desperadoes from Inderia to hijack the Yancey Family’s goods, but that lead soon dried up.

Yesterday, Master Amadeus came by and swiftly uprooted the headquarters of those small-fry, capturing their leader, who revealed the mastermind behind the plot was someone from the Trade Alliance.

Zed Moore and their team have gone to investigate.

”By the way,” Vincent Moore remembered: ”This time, major overseas forces are all gathering at Paradise Hotel. The delegations that should come from various countries have arrived, and representatives from our country are also here. Master Cadmus and their team possibly too. Master Amadeus, would you like to meet Master Cadmus and their team?”

Yandor Sect and The Ninth Institute belong to different organizations.

The people from Yandor Sect are all aware of The Ninth Institute, but the members of The Ninth Institute do not know that Yandor Sect is also affiliated with them.

This time, Master Cadmus from The Ninth Institute led a team to Inderia, and now that Amadeus is also here, Vincent Moore recalled to ask if he wanted to see Master Cadmus.

”Not for now.” Amadeus Yancey’s voice was low and raspy, his gaze still on his phone: ”Master Cadmus doesn’t know I’ve come to Inderia; if I meet him, I’ll need to give an explanation, which is too bothersome. I’ll wait for a suitable opportunity!”

”Our purpose here in Inderia isn’t to meet anyone, but to find out exactly where the Yancey Family’s goods are.”
