The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 1668: Chapter 1668: First Time Visiting Inderia

It’s all about some small overseas powers going up to discuss the distribution of research permissions, there’s no need for him to go.

If it weren’t for the fact that the Kingsleys Family was uncharacteristically holding a banquet this year, he probably wouldn’t go to Inderia to join in the fun at this time.

”Except for the Kingsleys Family banquet, decline the rest of the banquets for me.”

”Just say I didn’t have time, I’m busy.”

Valencia Jett finally pulled her thoughts away from his post, nodded vaguely, ”Alright!”

Khendy Lordon picked up the phone on the desk again, his slender fingers resting on it, pale and graceful, seemingly lost in thought, ”Do you think I should bring back some local specialties from Inderia this time?”

”?”

A question mark slowly appeared in Valencia Jett’s mind.

At the same time, she was considering what local specialties Inderia has.

Local specialties from Inderia...ennnnn... does gunpowder count?

She immediately realized what Khendy Lordon was asking for, and reacted strongly, waving her hand, ”No, I advise you not to buy local specialties back!”

Khendy Lordon glanced at her indifferently.

Valencia Jett had an indescribable expression, ”Nathalie Quinlan is in school, and sending such gifts to her would be inconvenient for her to receive.”

”The last gift, I brought it to Qiao for you, but if you buy gunpowder and bring it back, I won’t be able to get it through customs.”

Khendy Lordon’s eyes darkened slowly, he didn’t say anything but seemed to agree with Valencia Jett, ”There isn’t anything special this year, I’ll go later, just one day in advance would be fine. Also, arrange for me to visit the Pharmaceutical Association once.”

”Okay.”

Before Nathalie Quinlan set off, she wiped out all online information about her, so hardly anyone knew she went to Inderia.

Valencia Jett naturally didn’t know that Nathalie Quinlan went to Inderia alone with the Tsinghua University research team.

As for Khendy Lordon.

Every year, he would take time to visit the Pharmaceutical Association to see Caleb Dax about his leg, so it wasn’t strange for Khendy Lordon to visit the Pharmaceutical Association before going to Inderia.

She told Khendy Lordon and then went out.

Khendy Lordon watched her leave, then refocused on his own phone, seriously reviewing that liked post a few more times.

He then exited the post and opened the browser to search for the ’Top ten touching love phrases for girls’ collection, and started selecting again.

A dozen hours later.

Nathalie Quinlan arrived in Inderia.

The entire way, it was Master Cadmus handling all the paperwork and crossing the checkpoints.

Nathalie Quinlan quietly followed behind them, keeping a low profile to keep up.

As the evening approached, the group arrived at the hotel where they would be staying.

This time, it was still Master Cadmus and Shawn Norton dealing with the paperwork, while Nathalie Quinlan stood calmly in the corner with a bag in hand, waiting.

Meanwhile, she casually observed the hotel’s conditions.

This was her first time visiting Inderia.

Previously, Inderia would send her invitations to the Red Alliance every year, but Nathalie Quinlan never came.

Mainly, a visit would take at least a week, and at that time she was in high school, time was tight, even the weekends had classes.

She didn’t have a reason to skip a week of school, otherwise, the school would openly criticize her, and prepare for her a Monday morning self-reflection speech.

Plus, with the Quinlan Family’s constant issues, she didn’t want to cause trouble, nor did she want to be reprimanded by Jeff Quinlan and Emilia Sullivan, hence she never came to Inderia.

This was the first serious step she took onto the land of Inderia.

Just looking at the hotel they were staying at tonight, from the outside, it was a level above the ones in the Illegal Zone.

Including the doormen, who seemed to be well-trained individuals.
