The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 294: Chapter 294: The people in the video are her and Zayn Fisher_1

The video quality was poor, indicating it had been taken years ago.

In the video, a girl wearing a McKinney No. 1 Middle School uniform, was stumbling along to a hotel, arm in arm with a handsome young man who seemed to have drank too much. From time to time, he would stop to talk to the girl in the video, and suddenly, the tall boy bent down and kissed the girl on the lips.

After the kiss ended, the girl’s face was filled with shyness as she supported the drunken person and continued towards the hotel. It wasn’t long before they got a room card and vanished from the video surveillance...

After watching the entire video, Ghania Quinlan stood up abruptly, her face ashen, gripping her phone tightly, with all her heart and intestines trembling.

Others might not recognize the people in the video at first sight, but she knew very clearly that it was her and Zayn Fisher!

When she was sixteen, she saw Zayn Fisher confessing his love to Nathalie Quinlan, and when Nathalie accepted, they started dating.

Zayn Fisher would pick up Nathalie for school every morning, and drop her off after school, and at first, she merely felt an aversion.

What was so good about Nathalie, apart from an okay-looking face; in terms of grades, she wasn’t as good as herself, and in terms of personality, Nathalie was gloomier than her own lively and cheerful demeanor, so why should she have a boyfriend!

Back then, she hadn’t thought much of it and would only try to interfere when the two were alone, deliberately imposing herself on them.

As time went on, she began to notice Zayn Fisher’s good qualities.

He was handsome, wealthy, had good academic achievements, and his family was the type that she and her parents had always wanted to associate with; she began to scheme.

Knowing she had no advantage in looks, at first, she would just insert herself between them as a ’sister’, taking every chance to playfully tease and frolic with Zayn Fisher.

Initially afraid that Nathalie would notice, she was quite careful, but later she discovered that Nathalie was like a block of wood!

As a girlfriend, she never held hands with her boyfriend, never acted spoilt, and was so independent that it seemed as if they were not in a romantic relationship but just ordinary friends!

That’s when she found her opportunity.

At the celebration party for Zayn Fisher’s acceptance to Tsinghua University, she intentionally took the drunk boy away and confessed her feelings to him.

As expected, under the influence of alcohol, Zayn Fisher didn’t reject her and even kissed her.

She took the opportunity to lead him into the hotel, arranged a room, and then took the chance to say she was soaked in alcohol and wanted to take a shower in his room.

While showering, she pretended to slip, waiting for the person outside to rush in and ’rescue’ her, and everything afterward naturally fell into place.

At the time, she thought she had it all under control, but who would have known that when she woke up the next day, Zayn Fisher’s first reaction wasn’t to take responsibility for her but to apologize painfully, holding his head. She too was struck like being hit by lightning, but at that time she kept her composure, continuing to play the good little sister...

Nathalie was still oblivious to everything, also rejecting any intimate contact from Zayn Fisher. As time passed, hearts can change, and eventually, Zayn Fisher chose to be with her...

One could say that the trip to the hotel was the most critical turning point in her conquest, and likewise, it was the biggest evidence of her interference in Nathalie and Zayn Fisher’s relationship.

And at 16... no one would care if it was true love, they would only criticize you for not respecting yourself, for going to a hotel with a boy at such a young age!

Ghania Quinlan’s lips trembled, and her eyes were glued to the phone screen, her face pale as paper, utterly unable to understand why someone would dig up a video from two or three years ago and post it directly beneath her latest social media update!
