Wizard: Grinding from Knight to Primogenitor

Chapter 99: Chapter 97: Level Three Beauty, Love Hotel

Roy and Miria soon made their way to the bar in the main hall.

The bartender first sized up Miria, then gave Roy a knowing look—the kind that passes between men.

Even though Miria wore a mask and armor, the bartender’s intuition told him the Female Knight before him was an absolute beauty.

Before Roy could say a word, the bartender spoke. ”You’re a new face. First time here?”

”Mhm. I heard this place offers some... unique entertainment you can’t find elsewhere. I came to see what all the fuss is about.”

With that, Roy produced a Gold Coin and tossed it to the bartender.

In any other tavern, a single Silver Coin would have been enough to get a bartender to say anything and everything.

But here, a single Silver Coin was clearly not going to cut it.

The bartender snatched the Gold Coin from the air, his smile growing even wider. ”Since it’s your first time, sir, allow me to introduce you to our tavern’s system for ranking beauties.”

”Alright.”

Roy nodded.

As he and Miria listened, the bartender began his pitch.

”Our beauties are divided into three Levels based on their looks, background, talents, quality of service, and so on.”

”We only have two Level Three Beauties. A night with one of them costs ten Gold Coins.”

”We have over a dozen Level Two Beauties. Their looks and background are a slight step down, and they’re yours for just two Gold Coins.”

”Then there are the Level One Beauties—an excellent value. Just fifty Silver Coins is enough for a night.”

”They may be a step down, but the Level One Beauties have their own unique advantages.”

”As long as you don’t cause them any permanent harm—disfigurement, crippling injuries, things like that—you can do with them as you please.”

”As for the Level Three Beauties, they’re the crown jewels of our establishment. In principle, they cannot be harmed in any way.”

”Of course, if you insist on something a little more... intense, that’s not out of the question either.”

”If you can pay the price to buy them out completely, then whether they live or die... is entirely your decision.”

The bartender paused, retrieved two glasses from behind the bar, and asked Roy,

”Just talking about Levels might not give you a very clear picture. Sir, have you ever seen Baron Snow Fox, Mirya Elvin, or her sister?”

Roy immediately understood why the bartender had asked.

’He’s clearly planning to use the two sisters as a benchmark for the tavern’s beauties.’

”I’ve seen Baron Snow Fox, Miria.”

”As for her sister, Elena, I’ve only heard her name. I haven’t had the pleasure of seeing her.”

Roy said slowly.

As soon as he finished, the bartender poured a drink for both him and Miria, then continued, ”Since you’ve seen the Baron Snow Fox, this makes things much simpler.”

”A Level Three Beauty is every bit as stunning as the Baron Snow Fox.”

”And a Level Two Beauty’s looks are comparable to her sister, Elena.”

”A Level Three Beauty might not be prettier than the Baron Snow Fox, but I can assure you, sir, their services are more than worth the price.”

”After all, it’s not like the Baron Snow Fox is going to let you have your way with her.”

”Since it’s your first time, I’d suggest starting with a Level Two Beauty.”

”If you like, I can recommend a few who have a great reputation, provide excellent service, and are particularly skilled at... group activities.”

As he said this, the bartender’s gaze landed on Miria.

He didn’t recognize Miria, but seeing Roy bring her along, the idea of ”one king, two queens” immediately popped into his head.

The bartender would never have guessed that the Female Knight he was sizing up was the very same Baron Snow Fox, Miria, whom he was using as the benchmark for a Level Three Beauty.

”Since I’m already here, it would be a shame to only experience a Level Two Beauty.”

”Didn’t you say this tavern’s crown jewels are the two Level Three Beauties?”

”Money is no object. I’ll take them both.”

The words had barely left his mouth when Roy produced his coin pouch and laid twenty Gold Coins on the bar.

’Though he had no intention of actually partaking in the tavern’s ’Sleeping Beauty’ services, he didn’t mind seeing for himself what these ’crown jewel’ Level Three Beauties looked like and what talents they possessed.’

’As for the Gold Coins, he was merely letting the tavern hold onto them for a while.’

’When he left, he’d not only get these twenty Gold Coins back, but he’d also be taking a great deal more with him.’

Seeing the twenty Gold Coins Roy had produced, the bartender didn’t hesitate for a second. ”No problem, sir. I’ll have someone escort you to the VIP room upstairs immediately.”

Roy said nothing, simply nodding.

The bartender collected the Gold Coins and immediately summoned a blonde maid, dressed only in lingerie, to lead Roy and Miria to the VIP room on the second floor.

Following the maid, Roy and Miria soon arrived at the VIP room on the second floor.

It was a room of modest size, but with very distinctive decor.

At the center of the room was a round bed.

There were massive mirrors directly above the bed, on the walls to the left and right, and on the wall directly opposite it.

Besides the round bed, the room also contained a chaise lounge and a chair that resembled something used for interrogation.

Erotic oil paintings of men and women hung on the walls.

In a corner of the room was a completely open-plan bathroom, featuring a brass bathtub large enough for two or three people.

Upon entering this so-called ”VIP room,” the first term that popped into Roy’s mind was ’love hotel.’

’This might not be Blue Star, but the decor and layout of this room weren’t much different from a love hotel back there.’

After leading them into the VIP room, the scantily-clad blonde maid departed.

Roy paid her departure no mind, walking straight to a cabinet against the wall.

Without a moment’s hesitation, he opened it.

As the doors swung open, a collection of toys inside came into view for both him and Miria.

’Just as I suspected.’

A look of confirmation crossed Roy’s face as he saw the various toys inside.

He shut the cabinet after only a brief glance.

’The toys inside looked clean, but he had no intention of touching them.’

’It didn’t take a genius to figure out that the toys in the cabinet were definitely not brand new.’

After closing the cabinet, Roy went to the window and threw open the curtains.

Just as he’d suspected, the window didn’t look out onto the street, but directly over the main hall on the first floor.

From the window, he could see the guests in the hall below doing as they pleased with the female Slaves.

Drawing the curtains, Roy sat down on the chaise lounge and looked over at Miria.

Miria hadn’t said a word since they entered the room. She was just standing by the bed.

There were only two chairs in the room.

One was the chaise lounge Roy was now occupying, and the other was the one resembling an interrogation chair.

After some thought, she came over and sat down beside Roy on the lounge.

”When the two Level Three Beauties arrive, should I wait outside?”

Miria asked.

”Why would you go outside? That would just make things weird.”

Roy replied.

”But... aren’t you going to be... with them? If I stay, I’ll only... I’ll only be in the way.”

Miria retorted quickly.

’Even though she hadn’t taken off her mask, Roy knew she was starting to feel the effects.’

The scent of aphrodisiac and stimulating perfumes was much more potent in here than it had been in the main hall.

”You’re overthinking things,” Roy said, looking at her calmly. ”I just want to see if the Level Three Beauties are as good as the bartender claims—if their looks are truly on par with the Baron Snow Fox.”
