Leisurely Traveler with Check-in System

Continuing forward from the living room is the dining and kitchen area connected to the living room.

It’s worth mentioning that the kitchen and dining room can be separated with a door.

This dining room has a very retro design, with explosion-proof LED chandeliers on the ceiling and hanging on the wall a map of a research ship.

Gao Tiande isn’t too impressed with this dining room, frankly speaking it’s not luxurious enough according to his standards, so he just glanced at it before moving on.

Next is the kitchen, Li Younan said with a smile: ”This kitchen was designed by me and our chef-slash-doctor on board, all the equipment in the kitchen is built-in and has huge capacity.”

”Whether it’s a stainless steel refrigerator, military-grade refrigeration system, freezer, microwave, oven, or gas stove with stainless steel double bowl sink, they all scream professionalism.”

Li Younan said: ”This kitchen also features an independent fresh air and oil smoke purification system. Previously this was a research ship’s laboratory, after modification it perfectly suits the kitchen’s needs, it has a reserved emergency water supply interface that can be directly connected to the fresh water tank and used in case of a water cut.”

Then Li Younan proudly showed Gao Tiande the garbage disposal equipment, saying: ”This is a military-grade compactor that can effectively reduce the volume of garbage, suitable for long self-sustaining voyages.”

Gao Tiande wasn’t really interested in the kitchen, after all he doesn’t cook, so he just nodded.

Exiting the kitchen, you can open the door on the side from the hallway and proceed to the master bedroom.

This is also the last area on the main deck, almost the best location on the entire ship, at the bow of the main deck, with panoramic windows on three sides.

Li Younan gently knocked on the window and said: ”Don’t underestimate this window, it’s a high-tech product developed by a private company in our country, a military-grade product.”

Gao Tiande was stunned, private company, military-grade product, why do these words together feel so bizarre?

Li Younan said: ”This glass is actually a type of plastic, but its strength can withstand the impact of grenade artillery.”

Gao Tiande was dumbfounded: ”Withstand the impact of grenade artillery?”

Li Younan shrugged: ”The news already reported it.”

”In fact, all the windows on this ship are made of this material.”

And this room is so large, it’s somewhat exaggerated, estimated to be at least over twenty square meters, no less than a luxury single room in ordinary hotels.

Bright, transparent, comfortable, with large areas covered in soft carpet.

In the middle of the room is a two-meter large bed, along with independent dressing room, bathroom, smart toilet, and other comfort facilities.

Gao Tiande said: ”After looking around, this room is my favorite.” But he curiously added, ”You have such a big bed, can you sleep on it?”

Li Younan said solemnly: ”Not sleeping alone.”

Gao Tiande laughed heartily.

This is also the bow position on the main deck, with excellent views.

Gao Tiande stood at the very front, looking toward the ship’s bow, nodding: ”Once the ship is sailing, lying here at night is really nice.”

He looked up, and there’s even a reserved curved panoramic skylight; if the weather is good at night, you could even bring a chair and sit here, gazing at the stars over the sea.

Returning to the location where they previously boarded the main deck, you can continue walking up along the side, leading to the upper deck.

Li Younan explained: ”The upper deck is mainly positioned for guest rooms and leisure areas.”

”You know, this ship of mine is ultimately positioned as a yacht, it’s very likely that I might invite some guests onboard, so guest rooms are naturally essential.”

There are a total of 4 guest rooms, among which two are standard guest rooms that are similar to the captain and first officer’s rooms, only they come with ocean view windows.

The other two are deluxe guest rooms.

The deluxe guest rooms are equipped with a 1.8-meter large bed, independent bathroom and wardrobe. These rooms are rebuilt from previous labs, so they have high stability, making it less likely to feel seasick while sleeping here.

Next is the public leisure area.

There is a gym, a game room, and a medical room.

Long periods of sailing on the sea can inevitably get dull, some entertainment is needed to pass the time.

The last area on the upper deck is an open-air scenic lounge area.

There are two outdoor sofas, made of military-grade canvas material, which are wind and rain proof and resistant to corrosion, along with a round stainless steel coffee table, also equipped with a foldable sunshade umbrella.

Here you can enjoy the sea view very comfortably.

Next to the coffee table is a bar, Li Younan stood at the side of it and said: ”Buddy, want a soda?”

Gao Tiande wasn’t shy: ”Grab a bottle then.”

Li Younan pulled out a bottle of drink from the fridge at the bar and tossed it to Gao Tiande, then introduced: ”This bar has simple cooking functions, you can grill meat here, this is the grilling station, and over here is an ice maker, freezer, coffee machine, as well as an oven.”

For Li Younan, this bar is also designed with retractable storage, which can be tucked away if encountering wind and rain, avoiding their impact.

Above that is the smallest top bridge area, the yacht’s cockpit is on the bridge.

Gao Tiande glanced up at the bridge deck and said: ”There’s only the cockpit up there, right? I won’t go up.”

Li Younan shook his head and said: ”The essence of my yacht, the place that distinguishes it from other yachts the most is right here, are you sure you don’t want to go up and take a look?”

Tempted by Li Younan, Gao Tiande then said: ”Since you say so, I really need to go up and take a look.”
