Leisurely Traveler with Check-in System

Faced with an invitation from influencer Mao Xiaoye, Li Younan didn’t directly refuse, but instead asked with interest, ”How do you guys want to collaborate?”

As soon as Li Younan asked this, Mao Xiaoye’s team became a bit excited.

After all, with such a big influencer like Li Younan, just rubbing a bit of his traffic would be a great fortune for a small influencer like Mao Xiaoye.

Mao Xiaoye lightly brushed her hair and said, ”Teach you surfing? How about it?”

Mao Xiaoye wasn’t sure if Li Younan was interested in surfing, but she knew he really liked skiing.

After all, Mao Xiaoye, the influencer blogger who likes surfing, usually browses videos often, and the content he’s interested in naturally includes various extreme sports. Skiing and surfing are quite similar experiences in some sense, so she often sees skiing videos too.

And seeing Li Younan ski down Mount Everest, it’s absolutely god-like in her eyes. If she could teach Li Younan to surf, it would be like a dream come true.

Li Younan didn’t plan to tease Mao Xiaoye, he shook his head and said, ”I’m quite interested in surfing, but there’s no need to teach me.”

As he said this, the photographer next to Mao Xiaoye kept the camera open, and Mao Xiaoye’s expression froze slightly, ”Ah?”

”Hmm... I know a little.”

”Have you surfed before?”

Li Younan didn’t respond directly, only saying, ”Surfing and skiing have a lot in common, it’s actually not hard to learn.”

Mao Xiaoye took this as Li Younan admitting, and admired him a bit, saying, ”I didn’t think your interests were so broad.”

But Mao Xiaoye was still persistent, saying, ”You don’t seem to have any surfing equipment, want to borrow mine for a try?”

To be honest, Li Younan did feel like trying, but since he had agreed with Chen Chong to go diving, and with only about an hour till the agreed time, starting surfing now, changing equipment, and actually experiencing it would take up too little time.

Making Chen Chong wait wasn’t Li Younan’s style, because he himself disliked people not keeping time, so if he accidentally didn’t keep the time, he’d feel very guilty.

Unless... a quick battle.

After hesitating a bit, Li Younan looked at the sea for a while, finally nodded, ”Then... thank you.”

Witnessing Li Younan finally agree, Mao Xiaoye and her team got excited.

Mao Xiaoye curiously asked, ”Brother Li, where’s your filming team?”

Li Younan shook his head, ”I don’t have a team.”

”Then do you normally shoot videos by yourself?”

Mao Xiaoye thought of something, ”Oh, right, most of your videos are first-person perspective, do you mind if we film you?”

Li Younan, somewhat amused, looked at Mao Xiaoye and said, ”Alright, I’ll borrow your equipment, so I’ll owe you a favor and join your video.”

Li Younan took out his phone, searched Mao Xiaoye’s profile, and saw that her videos were purely edited ones without any script. Her videos had only two elements, one showing off her figure and the other showcasing surfing.

Li Younan said, ”Alright, when we start surfing later, continue filming, I’ll make an appearance in your video, and you can cut me in.”

Mao Xiaoye immediately said excitedly, ”We’ll make it a co-creation video.”

Even though Mao Xiaoye was an influencer with only hundreds of thousands of followers, she had bought an RV to facilitate surfing everywhere, which was parked by the beach. She’s equipped with changing clothes and washing on the RV, which is very convenient.

She pointed to the RV, saying, ”My car has a lot of boards, come, I’ll take you to pick one.”

Li Younan said, ”Then I’ll trouble you.”

Mao Xiaoye took him to her RV, and she had to say, Mao Xiaoye’s RV was specifically for surfing, it didn’t even have sleeping gear, it’s just a surfing changing room plus equipment room.

Walking into her RV felt like entering a small surfing equipment library, with several surfboards and bikinis she usually wears.

The RV had a large water tank and a shower, bigger than a regular RV’s.

Mao Xiaoye graciously said, ”Brother Li, take your pick.”

Mao Xiaoye’s surfboards were quite complete, although she herself was using a longboard at the moment.

By size division, surfboards mainly include longboards, mid-length boards, shortboards, and fishboards, with longboards being the simplest, suitable for beginners. Of course, experts also use longboards for high-level tricks like walking on the board’s nose.

Besides, the difficulty of surfboards increases as the board type gets shorter.

Even though Mao Xiaoye was a surfing blogger, her surfing skills weren’t considered high among surfers.

She mainly got famous because of her pretty face, hot body, and being a girl; thus, her surfboards only included one shortboard, which she never used, mostly longboards, and two mid-length ones.

Li Younan’s gaze went past the longboards and mid-length ones, landing on the shortboard, ”Can I use this one?”

Mao Xiaoye was taken aback, her expression a bit strange, hesitated before saying, ”This shortboard is relatively challenging.”

This surfboard’s design has a sharp nose and a narrow tail, with a swallow tail. The advantage is fast turning speed and strong explosiveness, with the drawback naturally being difficult control and lacking stability.
