Leisurely Traveler with Check-in System

Generally speaking, being able to maintain a roughly neutral state in calm waters counts as entry-level, for instance, Chen Chong is at this level.

But he also needs to frequently adjust the BCD inflate and deflate, constantly regulating his breathing to control hovering, and he can’t remain still for long, at most about ten seconds.

Even so, the vertical and horizontal displacement error is still more than 20 centimeters.

In fact, most divers are at this level, and many newly certified divers find static stable hovering difficult.

However, at this moment, Li Younan has been hovering next to that stone building for at least a minute or two.

In Chen Chong and their eyes, Li Younan’s control over buoyancy seems near-perfect, giving the impression that he is maintaining balance solely by relying on his bodily sensations, his body seemingly completely still, as if becoming one with the ocean.

Because they can’t speak underwater, otherwise, Chen Chong wouldn’t be able to help but shout.

What is most important to an underwater photographer? It’s not just the ability to capture images but also stability.

Li Younan naturally doesn’t know what Chen Chong is thinking at this moment, and he doesn’t even have a direct understanding of his hovering in the water.

He just feels he should stop here, so he stops instinctively.

Just like someone who can stand upright wouldn’t consciously notice being upright.

With minor adjustments in breathing, he keeps his body completely still, without much technique involved.

Instead, he notices Chen Chong and the others’ gaze at this moment, watching them awkwardly kicking in the water, with somewhat erratic breathing, feeling puzzled... Why do their postures seem so uncoordinated?

Li Younan took some nice photos here, then gestured to Chen Chong, indicating he would check out a bunker ahead.

Now, with his level three diving skills, he can save six to seven tenths of air consumption under the same conditions, extending his dive time by that much, and he almost never uses the BCD.

At this moment, his breath control is no longer simply about breathing but precise buoyancy adjustment.

Li Younan confirmed that Chen Chong received his signal, then determined the direction and prepared to swim towards the predetermined target.

His entire body formed a perfect line from head to toe, appearing almost hydrodynamic, and he shot forward as if man and sword were one.

In Chen Chong and the others’ eyes, Li Younan seemed like an underwater phantom, gliding without disturbing a grain of sand.

Chen Chong and the other exchanged a glance, both seeing the look of incredulity in each other’s eyes.

Li Younan certainly did not know how much these inadvertently displayed diving skills have shocked Chen Chong and the other’s souls.

At this moment, his eyes only held anticipation for the upcoming photos and the enjoyment of diving.

Indeed, he truly enjoyed it; Li Younan really felt like he was flying freely like a superhero.

If a city were really built underwater, his posture would completely resemble those superheroes capable of flying in movies.

The only pity was the poor lighting underwater.

Photography is the art of light and shadow, without good lighting, even if the composition is perfect, the photos taken will be limited.

So, Li Younan wandered through this area for quite some time, taking dozens of pictures, yet only managing a couple of master-level photos.

Compared to getting dozens of great shots in Rikaze in such a short time, underwater photography is indeed no easy task.

However, not all public waters are this challenging; if moved to those with clear seawater and abundant marine life, perhaps it would be much easier.

Li Younan is already looking forward to future scenes of sailing to certain tropical waters, taking photos with high-intelligence creatures like whales and killer whales.

But overall, the first goal has been achieved, even though only a few master-level photos were taken, it wasn’t a wasted trip.

So next is the second goal, to find two memorable items to take back.

Li Younan kept weaving through the wreckage of buildings on the seabed, controlling his body with extreme precision through doorways and holes just big enough for a body to pass through.

Only frequent divers can truly appreciate how incredible Younan’s actions are.

Of course, Li Younan did not forget to use his camera to record the first-person perspective.

There were many fish on the seabed; Li Younan, having the skills of a zoologist, can name them, but at this moment, he doesn’t care what they are called.

Just then, a bright red fish darted past his eyes, and he thought it looked beautiful, its color so striking beneath the sea, like waterborne flames.

Li Younan silently followed the fish, disappearing at a corner ahead in front of a broken wall.

Drifting over to take a look, he saw a small crevice in the wall, peering through it, within the dim interior of the ruins, two round objects reflected the faint skylight through the seawater, offering a stark contrast to the surrounding dark silt and stones.
