BTTH: Rebirth of Liu Xi

At the border of the Abyss Domain—

Boundless waves of black fire surged across the heavens, rolling endlessly for tens of thousands of feet like a burning ocean tide crashing toward the frontier.

Majestic. Vast. Terrifying.

And standing upon the crest of that infernal sea was a towering demonic shadow. The colossal demon loomed high into the clouds, its features twisted and hideous, its body wreathed in roaring black flames that reflected the raging fury in its heart.

Moments ago, within the Flame Demon Clan, three soul lamps had been extinguished—signifying the deaths of three Profound Demon Emperors.

Three Profound Demon Emperors!

Not Abyss Demon Emperors, but the core pillars of the Fiend Clan’s power—true mid-tier emperors of the extraterrestrial race.

Such devastation instantly shook the entire Flame Demon Clan, prompting even their Heavenly Demon Emperor to take action. Without hesitation, he had set off toward the place where the three Demon Emperors had fallen.

”The Flame Heavenly Demon Emperor has arrived!”

A nearby Abyss Demon Emperor cried out in relief.

The moment his colossal aura neared, even the other Fiend forces sensed his approach. Their morale, which had been collapsing, suddenly reignited.

With the Heavenly Evil Monarch long sealed away, the Heavenly Demon Emperors were the highest symbols of faith to the Fiend Clans.

But before their excitement could grow—

A massive azure flame hand descended from the sky. In an instant, that cheering Abyss Demon Emperor was seized and obliterated by Liu Xi.

The battlefield fell silent. Every demon froze in horror.

”Insolent wretch! You dare act wantonly before this Emperor?!”

The Flame Heavenly Demon Emperor’s voice boomed like rolling thunder, filled with annihilating wrath. His tone alone carried enough power to shatter mountains and burn the air itself.

Liu Xi cast a calm glance at the colossal fiend. By now, the Great Thousand World’s forces had almost completely retreated through the rift.

It was time for him to leave as well.

He gathered the shattered Demon Soul and the flames born from the fallen Abyss Demon Emperor’s death. Then, before countless trembling eyes, he turned with a flick of his sleeve, transforming into a streak of azure light that shot toward the Great Thousand World.

Not a single demon dared to stop him.

Three Profound Demon Emperors—dead. Six Abyss Demon Emperors—four slain.

Only two Abyss Demon Emperors remained alive, and none among the surviving Demon Kings or Demon Generals had the courage to bar Liu Xi’s path.

Moments later, the giant Flame Heavenly Demon Emperor descended upon the battlefield. His crimson eyes swept across the devastation. The skies were cracked and torn, the ground scorched black, the lingering flames still flickering with deathly heat.

Seeing this ruin, a storm of rage and frustration surged within his blood-red gaze.

”Wretch! You dare bring ruin to my domain!”

His killing intent erupted, spreading outward in a crushing wave. Heaven and earth trembled in response. Endless evil energy converged upon him, forming a vast blood-colored storm that howled across the land.

Under that horrifying pressure, countless Demon Kings and Demon Generals dropped to their knees, pressing their heads to the ground, their bodies trembling uncontrollably.

The two surviving Abyss Demon Emperors also fell to their knees midair, their faces pale with both anger and fear. They had lost utterly and completely.

”Flame Heavenly Demon Emperor!”

”Flame Heavenly Demon Emperor!”

Their trembling voices echoed through the smoky air.

The Demon Emperor cast them a single cold glance. His voice rumbled like thunder. ”Useless trash.”

The two bowed even lower, not daring to lift their heads, not daring to speak.

His gaze turned toward the barrier separating worlds. Across the rift, the Great Thousand World’s warriors were already celebrating. Riding the momentum of Liu Xi and Qin Tian’s might, they had reaped abundant rewards—treasures, resources, and glory beyond count.

The Flame Heavenly Demon Emperor’s forehead bulged with throbbing veins. His fury boiled over. Every invasion before this had ended with the Fiend Clans feasting on the blood of mortals from the Great Thousand World.

Now, the tables had turned.

And worse—he could see Liu Xi and Qin Tian beyond the rift. He recognized Qin Tian, the troublesome man his race had plotted against countless times. Liu Xi, though unfamiliar, was clearly the cause of this disaster.

But there was no time for vengeance—only wrath.

”Wretches! Today, this Emperor shall annihilate you all!”

With a roar that split the skies, the Flame Heavenly Demon Emperor’s massive body launched upward, tearing through the clouds as he hurtled toward the rift.

In the Great Thousand World

”Careful. The Heavenly Demon Emperor is coming.”

Standing high above the border sky, Liu Xi’s expression darkened. The instant the colossal demon moved, he felt it—and his voice rang out in warning.

Beside him, Qin Tian stood silently, his expression grim. The aura of a being equivalent to a Saint Grade Heavenly Sovereign bore immense pressure, enough to make even him feel his heartbeat quicken.

Yet his eyes held no fear.

”Elder Mo, Elder Zhao—take everyone and withdraw further! Leave this to us!”

”Yes!” both elders answered in unison, exchanging anxious glances. None of them had expected their campaign to provoke a Heavenly Demon Emperor.

Liu Xi chuckled lightly and turned toward Qin Tian, his tone half teasing, half admiring. ”Regretting this yet? Seems we’ve made quite the mess—brought out a Heavenly Demon Emperor himself.”

Qin Tian’s eyes glinted with cold light, killing intent and madness mingling within. ”Regret? No. I only regret that I haven’t broken through to Saint Grade yet—otherwise, I’d behead him today!”

Liu Xi grinned broadly.

”Good! That’s the spirit. Even if we can’t slay him today, we can still send him crawling back. Let’s drive him out—together.”

Qin Tian’s chest swelled with battle spirit. ”Agreed!”

Liu Xi’s confidence was infectious. If anyone could resist a Heavenly Demon Emperor, it was these two Immortal Grade powerhouses fighting as one.

”He’s here,” Liu Xi said quietly.

Qin Tian tensed, his gaze snapping upward. The heavens tore apart as the colossal figure of the Flame Heavenly Demon Emperor stepped through the rift, descending into the Great Thousand World.

An unimaginable tide of evil energy erupted—clashing violently with the pure Spiritual Energy of this realm. The world itself reacted, summoning vast storms of Spiritual Energy to repel the intruder.

The Demon Emperor frowned, feeling the oppressive rejection of the realm. He snorted coldly, though greed flickered in his scarlet eyes.

’Hmph… Great Thousand World… Soon, you will all belong to us Fiend Clans.’

Then his gaze locked upon Liu Xi and Qin Tian. His lips curled into a hideous grin, his voice dripping with contempt.

”Two mere Immortal Grade insects killed three of my Profound Demon Emperors and still think they can leave alive? Today, you’ll pay with your lives!”

Liu Xi’s Spiritual Energy surged, the azure flames around him roaring as heaven and earth resonated with his will.

”Three Profound Demon Emperors—slain by two Immortal Grade ’insects’? Tsk, tsk…” he said mockingly, his tone cutting deep.

The Demon Emperor’s rage ignited. His massive foot stomped down, sending tidal waves of energy crashing outward like the wrath of the ocean itself.

”Sharp-tongued brat! If you ever reached Saint Grade, you’d be a scourge upon my race. I’ll snuff you out here and now!”

The waves of energy surged like a sea storm, each crest carrying annihilating force.

Liu Xi’s eyes narrowed. Indeed, the Heavenly Demon Emperor was terrifying—each casual strike could erase an Immortal Grade Heavenly Sovereign.

Yet he smirked. ”Still… worth testing.”

With a roar, Liu Xi unleashed his Spiritual Energy in full. A colossal Azure Lotus Celestial Body manifested behind him, towering tens of thousands of feet high, radiating scorching, domineering power.

Beside him, another giant form rose—Qin Tian’s Heavenly Wheel Demon Slayer Body, wielding a radiant golden wheel, surrounded by the mysteries of the stars themselves.

The two Celestial Bodies stood side by side, their combined auras shaking the heavens.

The battle against the Heavenly Demon Emperor had begun.
