The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard

Chapter 6: Chapter 6: Beauty, Are You Clinging to Me?_1

Samantha Tate’s face turned reddish, glaring fiercely at Carson Flores, ”Shut up!”

Adan Gilliam’s expression turned colder by two degrees, ignoring that line of conversation and directly asking, ”We will persist with taking the medicine, but what should be the frequency for acupuncture?”

”Once every three days should suffice, and afterward the frequency can be reduced.”

Adan Gilliam nodded, ”Alright, then in three days, Xiao Xi will contact you.”

Adan Gilliam’s words implied a polite dismissal, and Carson Flores agreed promptly, ”Alright, then I’ll take my leave first.”

Samantha Tate blinked, ”Dad, I’ll walk him out.”

”Sure!”

As Samantha Tate and Carson Flores left the hospital ward, Samantha Tate stopped, stared at Carson Flores, and asked fiercely, ”Did you do that on purpose?”

Carson Flores smiled, ”Acupuncture?”

Samantha Tate huffed, ”You saved my grandfather, and I am grateful for that, but don’t get any ideas about me, I’m not into you!”

Samantha Tate spoke bluntly, but Carson Flores wasn’t offended, rather he found the girl quite amusing.

She had a bit of a high-class miss’s haughtiness, yet she was straightforward and not off-putting.

Carson Flores handed back the bank card to Samantha Tate, ”The acupuncture gets better results faster, but if you prefer not to, take your money back, find any excuse, and then I’ll just vanish off the face of the earth, how about that?”

Samantha Tate looked surprised, ”Five hundred thousand, you’re willing to give that up?”

Carson Flores smiled, ”Didn’t I already make fifty thousand from you? Consider the treatment a free service.”

Samantha Tate hesitated, didn’t take the card, but took out her phone instead, ”Keep the money. Just make sure you treat my grandfather well, and let’s exchange contact information.”

”Sure!”

After exchanging contact information, Carson Flores looked around, waved his hand, ”Alright, we’ll be in touch. I’m going to the restroom, been holding it for a while.”

”Lazy ox, lazy horse—lot of poop and pee.”

Samantha Tate hummed a sentence, ready to head back upstairs when suddenly her phone rang.

”Mary sis... Ah, I forgot to send you the location... The parking lot? I’m downstairs at the hospital ward... I’ll wait for you... Okay!”

Soon, a tall and beautiful woman walked over from the direction of the parking lot, wearing a blue collarless short-sleeve suit dress and black high heels, with delicate features and bearing a striking seven to eight-point resemblance to Samantha Tate, her demeanor cool and detached.

Samantha Tate went up and took the beautiful woman’s arm, eyeing her, ”You look really pretty! Even in work clothes, you can pull off a goddess vibe!”

The beautiful woman showed a faint smile, ”Why are you praising me? Aren’t we almost identical? People say we look like twins.”

Samantha Tate laughed, ”We may look similar, but I’m way behind you in terms of temperament.”

The beautiful woman started walking, ”How’s grandfather?”

Samantha Tate quickly pulled her back, ”Grandfather’s fine, don’t worry. Let me fill you in first, I hired a fake boyfriend to come over today, hehe.”

Samantha Tate chatted away while holding the woman’s arm, and the woman couldn’t suppress her laughter, ”You’re quite the handful, but it seems your antics inadvertently did a good deed. Otherwise, Grandfather Adan’s illness wouldn’t have improved so easily.”

Samantha Tate, arm-in-arm with the woman, walked towards the residence building, responding cheerfully, ”I’ve always been quite lucky.”

Meanwhile, Carson Flores emerged from the restroom on the other side, looked back, and happened to see Samantha Tate entering the hospital ward, arm-in-arm with another woman.

Wow, that woman is really tall, and what long legs!

Do beauties really flock together?

Carson Flores internally remarked, and turned away from the hospital, checking the navigation to see there was a direct bus route, and headed towards the bus stop.

No rush anyway, and saving a bit here and there.

Plus, the bus had air conditioning.

The bus ambled along, finally reaching the address left by his master, which is also his fiancée’s residential area.

Dragon Rise Road, number 69.

Listening Rain Retreat.

Carson Flores got to the gate of the residential area only to be stopped by a saluting security guard with a firm stop.

Upscale villa community, no admittance without invitation!

Carson Flores wasn’t upset, pulled out his phone, and called the number his master had left, but although the call connected, no one answered.

Carson Flores was taken aback for a moment.

Now what?

After a moment’s hesitation, Carson Flores decided to wait since he had come all this way.

Carson Flores sent a text message to that number.

”Hello, this is Carson Flores, sent by my master to visit, currently waiting at the gate.”

After sending the message, Carson Flores squatted unceremoniously next to the gatehouse stairs and lit a cigarette.

He had smoked only half the cigarette when a white BMW X7 glided along the street and stopped in front of him, waiting for the barrier to rise.

Driving was a beautiful woman in a blue collarless short-sleeve suit, with delicate features; her eyes swept over the squatting smoking Carson Flores with a cool gaze.

Samantha Tate?

Carson Flores’s eyes widened as he stood abruptly, saying in surprise, ”No way, are you stalking me? Haven’t you finished playing me for a fool, clinging to me now?”

”Do we know each other?”

The beautiful woman furrowed her brows slightly, her gaze fixed on Carson Flores, a mix of confusion and wariness.

”Pretending not to know me? That’s going too far!”

Carson Flores, looking at her familiar face, stepped closer, bent forward, lowering his voice, ”Let’s be reasonable, even though I looked at your breast before...”
