Three Towers Game

Chapter 348: Chapter 124: Challenging the Triple Highs, The Craziest Tower Climb

The Great Devouring is imminent. This news cannot be suppressed and is bound to cause immense panic.

Liu Jinsen felt panicked after hearing it himself.

But soon, Wen Xishu began to talk about the Xishu Divine Teaching.

”The group led by Wen Xiangge has always risen from the grassroots. Their greatest strength lies in finding hope amidst a miserable life and spreading that hope.”

”The Great Devouring, besides the ’whirlpool’ from the Deceit Tower, may also trigger some ’whirlpools’ among the Bunker People.”

”We all know that within the Bunker... there is no shortage of sufferers. Many people in the Bunker possess more twisted qualifications than those in the Desire Tower.”

”Therefore, this time we might have to cooperate with the Xishu Divine Teaching as much as possible. They can instill faith in people’s hearts.”

Liu Jinsen agreed after hearing this, but he couldn’t help but think that both the Security Bureau and the Civil Affairs Bureau had always been wary of various religions.

They had been particularly cautious about the Xishu Divine Teaching.

Even so, the Xishu Divine Teaching blossomed everywhere. Because at the grassroots, there is a dire need for hope... even for those who see no hope.

It can be imagined, without the Xishu Divine Teaching, when the Great Devouring arrives, the number of whirlpools might be staggering.

Though the high echelon has recently been trying to divert class conflicts into gender conflicts, leading to many bizarre genders in the Bunker, causing mutual hatred among Bunker People...

But it doesn’t work. It does not change the essence of people’s suffering.

In such a scenario, if we aid the Xishu Divine Teaching... the number of adherents may become the largest religion the Bunker has ever seen.

”I’m a bit worried, if the Xishu Divine Teaching grows too large... will it cause problems?” Liu Jinsen asked.

”I will supervise it together with you,” Wen Xishu replied.

Liu Jinsen said:

”The Great Devouring should still be a few days away. Your identity will soon be known across the Bunker. Do you plan to do anything?”

Liu Jinsen was also curious whether Wen Xishu, with his terrifying reputation, would use it to seize power.

But Wen Xishu said:

”Do what? Of course, climb the tower. I think after hanging up the phone with you, I should be climbing the tower.”

”You... you don’t intend to show up at the grassroots and give an inspiring speech?”

”I would only give a speech where the price of bread exceeds fifty thousand Marks. Trust me, the high echelon of the Bunker wouldn’t want to hear my speech.”

Wen Xishu said something strange again, yet Liu Jinsen was not surprised.

Wen Xishu continued:

”Right now, the priority is to stabilize military morale and... conduct large-scale war preparations. What I can do is, before the Great Devouring arrives... bring back as many facilities from the Deceit Tower as possible.”

Liu Jinsen understood and solemnly responded:

”You truly are a hero of the Bunker.”

The Great Devouring will undoubtedly frighten everyone, but at this time, Albert is still there, the Elder Council exists, the Security Bureau has also formed the Deceit Tower Assault Team, the Stone Gambling Association actively cooperates, and the Xishu Divine Teaching continuously calms the masses...

At this moment, if Wen Xishu can continue to bring back level-six facilities from the Three Towers, people will certainly have the courage and confidence to prepare for the Great Devouring.

The essence of the Great Devouring is to eliminate whirlpools. Perhaps people will have a belief in their hearts — as long as Wen Xishu is here, the Great Devouring is not so frightening.

Liu Jinsen felt this was not an exaggeration because if Wen Xishu could bring back facilities, it would indeed be inspiring.

”Then, good luck, hero of the Bunker.”

”Mr. Liu, just call me Wen Xishu.”

Wen Xishu hung up the phone with a smile.

At this moment, in the auditorium of the Three Towers Academy, his name was being fervently discussed. Promotions of Wen Xishu’s true identity started appearing from the first to the third layer of the Bunker.

Everything was fermenting.

After hanging up the phone, Liu Jinsen immediately called Wen Xiangge. He also called Ah Miao, who was a member of the Assault Team.

At the same time, the Miyamoto Family, the Xun Family, the Wenren Family, the Matthew Family, the Williams Family, and the Luo Family all began to respond actively.

The six major families towered above, yet they looked down on the grassroots people. But they understood one thing: all this dignity was born from struggle.

If one does not strive at the critical moment, they might be replaced by a more valiant and new family.

Therefore, upon receiving intelligence of the incoming Great Devouring, the six major families quickly began to devise countermeasures.

The second and sixth bureaus of the Security Bureau were originally responsible for tower climbing, and naturally became the forefront in tackling the ’whirlpools’ this time.

Not long ago, after Albert conversed with the Elder Council, it’s possible that the third bureau of the Security Bureau would also shift from bunker maintenance to Three Towers assault functions.

...

...

Layer eight of the Bunker, Atreus Café, a level-four facility.

Atreus was holding the twins he once intended to introduce to Xun Hui. At this moment, he received a document on his phone.

”Damn you, Xun Hui. Despite inviting you to date the girls on the eighth layer, you couldn’t arrange for me to talk to Wen Xishu. Turns out that kid is Wen Xishu?”

Looking at the relationship diagram from the academy, Atreus laughed in exasperation.

Soon, his expression turned to admiration:

”Damn, this kid’s prominence is now even overshadowing the leader. In a place like the Bunker, someone fierce always emerges from time to time.”

”Now the presence of the Deceit Tower is even stronger than that of the Slaughter Tower.”

The ’strategist’ of the Stone Gambling Association, Atreus, would never have thought that the boy climbing the Slaughter Tower alongside Xun Hui was Wen Xishu.
