Invincible Little School Doctor

”Since you’re not offering any perks, then I’m not going,” Ye Haochuan said deliberately.

”You dare?” Xiao Haimei’s voice rose eight octaves.

”What’s there to dare or not dare? You can’t eat me, can you?” Ye Haochuan laughed fearlessly.

Xiao Haimei snorted, ”So you’re not going? Then I’ll find another man to go with me, and I’ll give you a green hat to see whether you wear it or not.”

Damn, a green hat, that’s unbearable!

Ye Haochuan, speechless, hesitated for a moment and had to give in, ”Okay, okay, I’m scared of you now. I’ll go with you, alright?”

”That’s more like it,” Xiao Haimei giggled.

Then, Ye Haochuan tidied up his office, and heading out the door, he went toward the small western-style building where Xiao Haimei was waiting for him.

Five minutes later, Ye Haochuan got into Xiao Haimei’s Audi.

Today, Xiao Haimei was dressed in a white suit dress that beautifully encased her voluptuous and charming body, elegant yet flirty, making hearts flutter.

Upon seeing him, a hint of dissatisfaction appeared on Xiao Haimei’s pretty face, ”Hmph, you actually have the gall to ask for perks just to accompany me?”

Looking at her pouty, rosy lips, Ye Haochuan chuckled, ”Itchy skin, huh? Keep nagging, and see how I deal with you tonight.”

Thinking about his various bedtime antics, Xiao Haimei couldn’t help but blush, daring not to act cocky anymore, she snorted, ”So domineering!”

”Haha! If I weren’t a bit domineering, how could I handle you?”

Ye Haochuan laughed out loud, casually touched her thigh under her white dress, and gradually moved towards that mysterious forbidden area.

”Pervert!”

Xiao Haimei was startled; this was outside, and if someone from outside the car saw, how embarrassing it would be. She didn’t want the teachers and students to think that the dignified chairman of the school was so debauched.

With this thought, she quickly grabbed his Wolf Claw and pinched him hard.

”Ow,” Ye Haochuan exaggerated a laugh, but eventually he pulled his hand back obediently.

”That’s for misbehaving.”

After a bit of teasing, Xiao Haimei started the engine and then gently stepped on the gas, slowly driving out of the school gate...

Along the way, Ye Haochuan detailed the situation of the pills he had concocted, giving Xiao Haimei a general understanding.

Twenty or so minutes later, the two finally reached their destination, Ruite Hotel.

Xiao Haimei booked an extravagant private room at the front desk, and then the two of them went to the private room to wait.

When they were almost getting impatient, a middle-aged man, plump and pot-bellied, entered. He was Wang Hongjun, the Drug Administration’s director, over fifty years old, slightly bald.

Upon seeing the naturally charming Xiao Haimei, Wang Hongjun’s eyes lit up, and he said with a smile, ”Chairman Xiao, I apologize for being late. I just ran into an acquaintance in the hotel lobby and got a bit carried away talking. I will penalize myself with a drink later.”

Since she was seeking favors from him, Xiao Haimei naturally wouldn’t vent her displeasure, and she smiled, ”Director Wang, you’re making me feel so ashamed with your words. You’re a busy man managing thousands of tasks daily. A little delay, what’s that to fuss about?”

”Chairman Xiao sure knows how to talk.” Wang Hongjun laughed heartily and then sat down next to Xiao Haimei.

However, at that moment, he noticed Ye Haochuan’s presence, seeing his tall and handsome figure, which was far more attractive than himself.

This made him quite uncomfortable, so he asked, ”Chairman Xiao, who is this gentleman beside you...?”

Xiao Haimei explained, ”He’s my... assistant.”

Initially, she wanted to say that Ye Haochuan was her boyfriend, but considering the occasion, it seemed inappropriate to reveal their relationship openly, so she changed her response.

Ye Haochuan could easily sense the subtlety and felt a bit frustrated. Why introduce him as an assistant? Couldn’t she introduce him as the boss? It just made him seem lesser for no reason.

Nevertheless, the situation being what it was, he didn’t want to embarrass Xiao Haimei. Besides, what’s wrong with being an assistant? After all, he was the type of assistant who worked hard and played hard, so no loss there, he thought with a chuckle.

With that in mind, he extended his hand and said with a smile, ”Hello Director Wang, I’m Ye Haochuan, Chairman Xiao’s assistant. It’s nice to meet you; please forgive my inexperience.”

Only then did Wang Hongjun relax, scoffing internally, just a mere assistant, what’s the big deal? Could he really compare himself to me, a high-ranking director?

Thinking this, Wang Hongjun grew arrogant, didn’t bother shaking his hand, and snorted, ”Typical of young people, just entering society and knowing none of the rules. A mere assistant and you think you can shake hands with me?”

Ye Haochuan furrowed his brow. This Fat Wang might not hold a high office, but he sure had an attitude!

But for the sake of the report, today I’d endure it.

Ye Haochuan responded, ”You’re right, Director Wang, I’ve just started my career, and there are many things I need to learn. I really need guidance from experienced people like you, who’ve been ’tested through fire’.”

That flattery hit just right, and Wang Hongjun felt rather pleased with himself. Little did he know Ye Haochuan’s words carried a hidden edge that his fat-headed brain could never fathom.

Xiao Haimei, having been around him enough, could not help but laugh inwardly at detecting the nuance. Quickly, she tried to smooth things over for Ye Haochuan, ”Director Wang, my assistant is not just any assistant. He has learned some massage techniques. You manage so many affairs every day; let him give you a massage later to help relax and rejuvenate your body.”

”Chairman Xiao is so considerate, but you see, I’m not really comfortable with men giving me massages. How about this? Since we’re free later, why don’t we go to a massage spa and see how it feels?”

Wang Hongjun said this with a lecherous smile, full of anticipation.

His plan was to find an excuse at the massage center to have Xiao Haimei massage him a bit. Even a little would do for him; after all, a stunning beauty like Xiao Haimei, who was alluring to her bones, could turn any normal man’s head, and he couldn’t miss out on those perks.

Ye Haochuan’s frown deepened. This old man dared to covet his wife; he must be tired of living.

Xiao Haimei, accustomed to dealing with government officials, was no stranger to their little games.

In the past, Xiao Haimei would never have spared a government official of minor status a second glance, but now with the Xiao Family’s decline, times had changed. If she wanted to lift the Xiao Family again, she needed to play the game.

”No problem at all, as long as it can ensure Director Wang’s health, Haimie is happy to oblige,” Xiao Haimei giggled.

Her seductive laugh instantly caused Wang Hongjun, an old man past his prime, to twitch and even itch from within, feeling as if his old bones had softened.

Now, he grew even more eager, but with Ye Haochuan, the assistant, present, he couldn’t be too obvious. An idea crossed his mind, and he said to Xiao Haimei, ”Chairman Xiao, there’s some confidential information I need to share with you, but it’s not suitable for a third person to hear. You see...”

While saying this, he glanced in Ye Haochuan’s direction.

Seeing the old man’s disdainful expression, Ye Haochuan instantly realized, Damn it, this old guy just sees me as a nuisance!
