Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 3928  Strutting His Weight?

After spending a lot of time in the leaf bed with Stella, Davisʼs comprehension of Space Laws grew from Level Two Abstruse Intent to Level Five Abstruse Intent. With further dual cultivation or practice, he didnʼt think reaching Level Six Abstruse Intent would be any difficult.

Still, he couldnʼt believe he had progressed leaps and bounds in Space Laws.

He must admit that it was better than taking any resource at the Immortal Emperor Grade, considering Stella was only in the Immortal Emperor Stage.

ʼItʼs no wonder there are very few Void Dust Trees in the universe. They are incredibly thick- I mean, incredibly dense enough to occupy parts of space and build their own realms. That would lead to sporadical births of new realms, making resources scarce before it leads to eventual extinction…ʼ

Davis imagined and also figured only variety was a problem.

They could create realms but couldnʼt create any vegetation or nature whatsoever. There was only space, a manifestation of the starry skies and void dust sand making up the majority of the land with typical flatland or some mountains. Of course, strange treasures and ingredients could appear as long as the energy from heaven and earth gave birth to something new.

From the void dust sand to oddities, they would all be spatial-attributed resources but still would not suit peopleʼs tastes of what should be a living space.

Davis thought he could improve the quality of life in this realm with other methods, such as using formation and even planting vegetation by themselves. With a few sprinkles of spirit water containing life energy, the vegetation was bound to bloom, at least in their living region.

Still, it wasnʼt decided if this mini realm was going to be their main home.

He still had to bring Stella to the Azure Tree Lower Realm to create the third mini-realm, but right now, it was hot there. Everyone is still searching for the Divine Emperor of Death.

Therefore, improving the quality of life within the mini realm was something he could do later.

Davis cleaned himself up and helped Stella refresh as well.

”Big brother, when can we do it again…?” Stella shyly asked.

”Two months later, maybe.” Davis looked away.

If he dual cultivated with her any sooner, he could say bye-bye to frolicking with his other wives as he would become a husk. He had to remind himself that this cute yet voluptuous woman was a tree and not a human. She would suck him dry like he was nutrition and smile at him cheekily.

”Eh… thatʼs a short time, but it seems so long when I want to be with you…” Stella pouted.

”Donʼt worry. Thatʼs rather quick— considering you would need time to enter the fifth cycle and probably digest the Vast Nebula Orchid. Youʼd be preoccupied a lot in the upcoming days.”

Davis patted her head, consoling her.

To Stella, who had lived for more than ten thousand years, perhaps even a hundred thousand years, two months was indeed a short time, but with excitement and longing every day, he could understand why she would be sulking. Eventually, he convinced her that cultivation was more important instead of dual cultivation.

His yang essence could also go only far once it had been absorbed a lot until he grew stronger. It was unknown when it would lose its efficacy, but in the upper cycles, he didnʼt think his yang essence would be very useful unless he reached Level Six Immortal Emperor Stage at the very least.

”Understood. Iʼll wait for you as your beloved wife, big brother~ʼ Stella giggled and disappeared.

She went back into the Void Dust Tree.

”…” Davis blinked before he smiled.

He still had no idea why she kept choosing to call him big brother. She refused to drop it. But even though he found it strange initially, he now loved it. It was even kinky while having dual cultivation, making him more excited. Perhaps it was just like how his women addressed him with various names to call him endearingly in their own way and get a reaction out of him.

Regardless, he wanted to formally introduce her to the family again, but it seemed like she was shy. Then, he guessed she wanted to complete this mini-realm as soon as possible since he wanted to go to the Void Dust Sanctuary in the Great Desolate Plains of the Eternal Twilight Lower Realm.

Davis smilingly shook his head before he headed towards his family.

It was a long way, but with a speed akin to a Mid-Stage Empyrean, he made it there quickly and landed.

When he landed, there were already a few people to receive him.

However, their expressions werenʼt good as they glared at him. One of them was Mingzhi, her brows raised.

”Where did you go all this time? Are you starving us of love?”

”Well, I was with one of your sisters, so no.”

”Who is it?” Mingzhi narrowed her eyes, ”Theyʼll be banned from being with you until the next week at the very least.”

”…” Davis blinked.

It seemed like the harem may have come to a consensus or not-

”Just kidding.” Mingzhi giggled, ”Still, they took you away for too long. I would personally hound them if they were to come near you again, as I am petty, but you donʼt need to worry. I wouldnʼt go too far as long as you come with me right now.”

”Mingzhi…” Davis displayed a wry smile, ”I think you are misunderstanding something.”

”…?”

”If I want to be with you for an entire month or a year, the others canʼt say anything about it, and neither can you if I want to be with others.”

”You-”

Davis said it with an unapologetic attitude, causing Mingzhi to fume.

Was he saying he wouldnʼt respond to their need for affection anymore?

”Moving forward, I decide who spends time with me intimately. If any of you look up to me as your husband and a ruler, you can listen to me. Otherwise, feel free to rebel. I would have a fun time with subduing you again.”

”…”

Mingzhi and the others blinked. What happened to Davis?

He allowed them to enjoy much freedom, but he was now taking it back if they were to step out of line?

”Just kidding.” Davis suddenly said. He raised his hand and touched Mingzhiʼs cheeks as he watched her tremble, ”I mean, if you want to stop others from accessing my time, then I would have to take the rein and show whoʼs the most deserving. Donʼt you think thatʼs fair?”

Mingzhi pouted as she looked away, ”Bastard, all I wanted is to be satisfied… Iʼm horny, you know!~”

She screamed at him and turned around, trying to run, but Davis caught her from the back and hugged her. ”This is the Mingzhi I want.”

”…”

The others couldnʼt help but blink. They could tell both of them were saying their true thoughts but keeping themselves restrained. Their antics truly opened their eyes as to how close one could be despite egos clashing.

Davis sent a soul transmission to Mingzhi, ”Nowadays, youʼre really prone to becoming temperamental. Are you sure that it is not due to your physique?”
