Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 2692 Calming A Bit

Natalya and Tanya were snuggling by his side when they suddenly noticed a tent appear over the middle portion of his robe.

”...”

The two of them looked at each other, blushing slightly as they wondered how daring he could be as they were still in public. But although he held them closer, he did nothing to them, causing them to understand that it should be nothing more than a reaction.

However, they were surprised to see that it didnʼt deflate even after three minutes.

”Darling... are you uncomfortable...?”

”Very much. My cheeky women gave me too many supplements in the form of a feast. I shouldʼve known when they were taking care of me as though fattening me up for slaughter.”

Davis heaved a raspy, hot breath that caused Natalya and Tanya to tremble. As they were too close to him, they could practically smell the pheromones that burst from him due to an increase in yang energy in his body and organs.

His body was becoming warmer and more comfortable to snuggle with, and it would be a lie if they said that they werenʼt tempted, but Natalya grit her teeth.

”Then letʼs go back quickly.”

”I would like to do that, but as you can see, Iʼm trying...”

Davis tried to calm himself down, but it was of no use. Even while sitting, it formed a sizeable tent. If he stood up, it would practically shoot to the heavens. Although he would be prideful as a man, it would still be embarrassing if seen in public, especially when he was with two women.

He didnʼt want to give them a bad name even if he was to become the Heaven Piercing Emperor.

? ”Let me help...”

Natalya suddenly reached out her hand, causing Davis to tremble even more in panic. However, contrary to his expectations, she touched his abdomen using her finger and skillfully sent yin energy into his pores, which entered his meridians, making its way to his kidney.

Davis didnʼt resist, feeling himself cooling down as a wave of comfortableness filled him.

”I didnʼt think my Natalya had become a physician.”

”What physician? Iʼm just following the unwinding instructions written in the Yin-Yang Merit Sutra...”

Natalya blushed as she looked at him with upturned eyes, which caused him to place his hand on her cheek. Her gaze shook, but then, she took his hand away and separated her from himself.

”This would only help you for some time, so letʼs return as soon as possible.”

Davis saw her reject him, which wasnʼt possible, causing him to smile.

”What if I said I want you right now?”

”What are you saying? I already had you for a while. If I had you more, I would be ostracized by my fellow sisters. Shoo~ Go back and choose one of them.”

Natalya looked away as she mumbled at the end. Davis was only attracted more and more by her concern and her ability to suppress her own desire, for he knew for a fact that she was aching for him as much as anyone else or perhaps even more because of her huge appetite.

However, he could see her vague smile that seemed delighted with him saying that right to her face.

”Tanya, you seem to want to say something...” Suddenly, he turned to look at the beauty he held over his other arm, matching gazes with her face to face.

However, quickly, she was unable to maintain the intensity and looked away, blushing heavily as her lips moved.

”Not here... Iʼll say in front of everyone...”

”Then, Iʼll ask. Will you marry me?”

”You-!” Tanyaʼs beautiful eyes flickered as she trembled, feeling delighted, but she clenched her teeth and beat his shoulders lightly with folded hands.

”Ah~ Why did you say that? That was my line.”

Davis chuckled, ”Thatʼs because you earned it more than you are credited for, my Tanya. Honestly, Iʼd like to marry all of you, but you almost topped the list, standing alongside Nadia.”

”Donʼt give an explanation for that~”

”Youʼre the one who asked.”

Tanyaʼs blush became severe that it reached her ears, but Davis simply shrugged. He knew being shameless was the only way to catch the hearts of multiple women, but he was still sincere with his words, wanting to let out what was in his heart bare to them.

Nonetheless, Tanya and Natalya became heartened, swooning more over him, although they didnʼt let him take advantage of them at the moment, still insisting that he go spend time with the others.

Having no luck, Davis sighed. It would be a lie if he said that he wasnʼt attracted by Tanya greatly at the moment. Still, they didnʼt remain on the mission distribution island anymore and left. However, halfway through, a bunch of disciples used their hands to point at them.

”Woah... is that Tanya Davis?”

”Wait... look at her closely! Sheʼs an Immortal King, as the rumors said! How is she still graded in the Immortal Rankings?”

”Now that you mention it... it does look weird. Is she being favored?”

Instantly, many people began to question the legitimacy of the points she was awarded, not understanding why she was still on the Immortal Grade Rankings - True Disciples. After all, she was an Immortal King already.

Davis frowned. Today was not exactly a good day, but with the protection of the Aurora Cloud Gate, not even the Godwin Family is quickly making a move on them. For nobodies to point at them, he was getting angry, especially when his yang energy was fueling his desire to be an authoritative man who wouldnʼt take bullshit for no reason.

”Everyone, letʼs go complain to the elders about this matter.”

Suddenly, a voice filled with annoyance and rancor echoed around the area. When Davis turned to look who it was, he saw that it was Rai Zenflame.

He possessed majestic phoenix wings of a fey and appeared confident as he called for everyone. But behind him was also a familiar person who was an Immortal King Beast. It was Tegon Zenflame, looking at them with deep-seated hatred brewing in his eyes.

Catching a look at him, Davis felt his anger fade like the receding tidal wave.

The fact that he killed Tegon Zenflameʼs little brother, yet the other party could do nothing about it, brought him some peace of mind, causing him to snicker at them and leave with Tanya and Natalya.

His reaction caused Rai Zenflameʼs expression to flicker.

”What? Are you running away? Coward. Obediently apologize to the crowd for being an eyesore and cheating in the rankings. Otherwise, we would all head to complain-”

”When do you want to be chicken wings? Please send the date so I can look forward to eating some chicken wings that day.”

Davis lazily spoke as he flew away, leaving behind a speechless crowd who turned to look at Rai Zenflameʼs lips twitching, unable to speak. After the next few seconds, he nodded his head many times.

”Good... good... very good!”

He turned around and headed to the mission-issuing palace to complain about Tanya.

But instantly, he was met with an answer.

”We have already registered hundreds of similar complaints on True Disciple Tanya Davis. However, when she took the mission and entered the Mercurial Blitz Ice Valley, everyone knew that she was only an immortal disciple. For her to have a breakthrough to the Immortal King Stage while being on a mission, she would normally be rated as an Immortal King disciple.”

”However, the Mercurial Blitz Ice Valley is a restrictive zone that doesnʼt leave Immortal Kings alive. For her to survive there as an Immortal King, she has definitely earned the right to be graded as an Immortal Stage True Disciple for the course of that mission, but thereʼs no need to worry. Any mission she does further would be graded in terms of an Immortal King-”

”Donʼt worry, my ass! Youʼre all just siding with her because she has an immortal inheritance that would make the sect richer, blatantly favoring her!”

Rai Zenflame furiously yelled and turned to leave, leaving behind a stunned receptionist who frowned. He no longer entertained Rai Zenflame and left, causing the latter to appear incensed and make a scene, fussing about Tanyaʼs cheating all over the island.

It wasnʼt until he made it outside the mission distribution island that his angered expression left, replaced with a bit of a languid smile.

However, the person behind him, Tegon Zenflame, was full of confusion.

”Brother Rai, I have never seen you angry. Did that bitch truly cheat?”

”Cheat?” Rai Zenflame silently chuckled as though he heard something funny from Tegon Zenflame before shaking his head, ”We must commit arson and fan the flames to smoke people out of their homes, and what better way is there to get Davis Alstreim outside than frame and humiliate his women which will naturally get him angered? Did you not see his killing intent before that was somehow snuffed out? I think we have to do better.”

”Oh... so thatʼs why.” Tegon Zenflame grinned as he understood.

”That said, is Zahara still not out of seclusion yet?” Rai Zenflame asked.

”Sheʼs still cooped up inside. We donʼt know when she will appear outside as itʼs said that she is gravely injured.”

”I see.” Rai Zenflameʼs expression became contemplative, ”Prepare to secretly export her outside once she is out of seclusion.”

”Brother Rai...” Tegon Zenflame looked stunned.

”Itʼs not my wish. It is our clan that no longer tolerates letting her handle dealing with Davis Alstreim as she seems to be favoring him, so she is to be extracted without alerting the sect. You got it?”

”That bitch also had it coming. Heh~”

Tegon Zenflameʼs expression grew zealous of the clanʼs handling of this situation as he was expecting an appropriate punishment for her putting her foot in front of them every time they were in an altercation with Davis, disallowing them to do their work, which was to bring Shirley to their Fire Phoenix Clan!
