The Cheat Emperor of the Culinary World

Fu Yu spoke in great detail, as they were all the same age, making the conversation more relaxed.

What was called training was actually a simple introduction to some of the best-selling dishes, what ingredients were used in cooking, and what seasonings, to help the front-of-house staff serve customers more fluently.

Moreover, Fu Yu explained everything clearly and from his understanding, emphasizing not just flavor and ingredients, but also casually mentioning some compatibility issues with seafood dishes that customers often inquire about, and what foods and drinks to avoid with seafood.

To put it simply, the so-called training has one purpose.

To promote dishes to customers and provide all relevant services well.

It was Fu Yu’s first time doing training; previously, Zhao Meng and Gu Yunwu took turns.

However, the hardest part is the beginning, and once the training started, it became much easier.

After all, he was discussing things he was familiar with.

As for the specific presentation and taste styles of various dishes, these would become familiar over time with more work experience.

However...

During the training, Fu Yu suddenly realized that both his language expression and vocabulary description seemed to have improved a lot.

Looking at a dish, when he thought about how to introduce and explain it, all kinds of elegant phrases that he couldn’t recall before mysteriously appeared.

The key point is that he could not only use these words flexibly but also knew when to say what to better attract people’s attention and agreement.

This was quite intriguing!

Could it be because he had been interacting often with successful people like Liu Yunong, which had subtly influenced him?

As he was speculating, someone below took the opportunity to ask about a previous barbecue takeaway review.

A few girls gathered and excitedly discussed the live broadcast of that review.

The topic quickly shifted from food to the three hosts.

And at that moment, Fu Yu suddenly remembered that he had received rewards for writing skills, advanced language expression skills, and rhythm control skills.

Thinking about it like this, it seemed he had indeed become somewhat adept at communication recently!

Seeing what kind of person, saying what kind of words, adopting what attitude, without guidance, he was fully aware of it himself.

Realizing this, Fu Yu felt even happier.

It’s often said that language reflects personal charm.

His biggest regret in life was not studying well and lacking cultural accumulation.

Now the system had directly given him an edge, transforming him into a literary expert overnight!

As Fu Yu explained, his mind was bubbling with joy.

The system was truly understanding.

It directly and fully compensated for his biggest regret.

If the system continued to treat him this way, he would definitely follow the system’s arrangements and work hard on tasks.

Following the order of the featured dishes on the menu, Fu Yu explained each one.

As he got tired, he followed Zhao Meng’s advice and asked those present to raise questions based on what they just learned.

While listening to their discussions, he offered suggestions and discussed considerations when introducing certain dishes to customers, such as components that might cause allergic reactions and how to explain this to customers.

Fu Yu’s explanations were detailed and earnest.

Additionally, he elaborated on the suitable cooking styles for various seafood in different months and specifically described the dishes in detail.

Actually, there was no need to memorize everything at once and apply it freely, but rather to retain a certain impression.

Through work in the future, with deeper understanding, everything would naturally come effortlessly.

For everyone’s inquiries, as long as Fu Yu knew the answer, he addressed them one by one.

Most importantly, everyone suddenly realized that no matter how tricky the question was, Fu Yu always provided a very reasonable and thorough explanation.

This was truly impressive!

After all, Fu Yu looked so young yet was so knowledgeable!

No wonder the seniors privately said, besides the two head chefs Zhao Meng and Gu Yunwu, the most talented person in the kitchen now was Fu Yu.

It turned out to be true.

With this realization, everyone naturally started calling Fu Yu ”Teacher Fu.”

Fu Yu found this enjoyable.

Being able to give lectures to a group of similarly aged pretty girls was indeed a blessing.

Hearing them call him Teacher Fu one after another, he felt an unexplainable joy. Why was that?

However, within the group, Fu Yu couldn’t help but notice Liu Yuqing, who sat obediently nearest to him.

It’s undeniable.

Xiaoqing is truly beautiful.

Even if Fu Yu glanced casually at everyone, his gaze would subconsciously fall on Liu Yuqing in the end.

It was truly pleasing to the eye!

The training time passed quickly, finishing with a lively and joyful classroom atmosphere.

Everyone felt they benefited greatly, realizing for the first time that the restaurant’s dishes had so many stories, and that training was actually quite interesting!

As for Fu Yu, after everyone left, he hurried back to the kitchen.

Now that he had received special permission from Zhao Meng, he no longer worked the night shifts, making him even more diligent during regular hours.

Although he knew it didn’t make much of a difference, as some people still thought he was shirking, he felt a bit guilty inside.

After all, after he left, all the night work fell on Zhao Meng and Sun Qingning.

During the day, he tried to do as much as he could to lighten their loads.

...

In previous years, training for newcomers in the kitchen was handled by Zhao Meng and Gu Yunwu.

Today, it unexpectedly changed to Fu Yu and Yao Yihang.

As the head, Gao Wenjing was somewhat uneasy.

After the training ended, before customers started entering, she called the newcomers together to inquire about the training process and content.

To Gao Wenjing’s surprise, everyone was very satisfied with today’s training, feeling fully rewarded and deeply moved.

Could the rumors of Fu Yu dropping out of high school be false?

Regardless, since the training went smoothly, Gao Wenjing could finally rest easy.

The next day, Zhao Meng had the night shift, and Yao Yihang was responsible for the training.

Yao Yihang also took this training very seriously.

Being able to replace Gu Yunwu for newcomer training indicated he had gained the boss’s recognition and the trust of the store’s management.

Understanding this, Yao Yihang was in a great mood.

He specially put on a clean chef’s uniform, got up early to wash his hair, to look clean and neat.
