Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Chapter 2134: Chapter 2129: This Tactless Guy

She wore an apron around her waist with her hair casually tied back, and at the moment she saw Qin Jian, a big smile blossomed on her face: ”You’re off work!”

Scenes like these were what Qin Jian had been hoping for almost every day for the past half-month, and today he finally got An Hao back.

Wherever An Hao was, Qin Jian felt that was home.

”Darling, you’re finally back!” Qin Jian blurted out uncontrollably.

”Yes! I snuck out during the weekend to come back! But, I need to sneak back too!” An Hao said with a smile, ”Come in quick, why are you still standing at the door?”

Qin Jian hurriedly walked in, ready to take the two dishes from An Hao’s hands.

”Don’t move! Go wash your hands!” An Hao smiled and gave him a playful glare, ”How long have I been away? And you all forgot to wash your hands before touching food?”

”I’m just too excited, forgot everything at the sight of you! Nothing else matters!” Qin Jian laughed as he dashed into the bathroom.

”Sis-in-law! I’m excited too!” Zhao Dong followed up, seeing the door not closed properly, he pushed it open and came in on his own.

”Zhao Dong! You came too?” An Hao didn’t expect him to come.

”What? Sounds like you’re really not welcoming me?” Zhao Dong asked with a smile.

”How could that be? Come in, we were just about to eat, join us?” An Hao invited him warmly, always giving Qin Jian’s brother enough respect.

”Alright! Lucky me, more delicious food!” As Zhao Dong took a step in, Qin Jian came out from the bathroom, seeing Zhao Dong again coming in for a meal.

After dinner, there was no avoiding letting Yuan Yunong join in.

His night of reunion with his wife was to be disturbed again, which he would never agree to.

”Zhao Dong!” Qin Jian suddenly called out.

”Yes! Commander!” Zhao Dong immediately stood upright, every time the commander used this tone, it usually meant orders to follow, ”Commander, please give your orders!”

”About-face! March!” Qin Jian commanded.

”What? Commander, what do you mean by this?” Zhao Dong was a bit puzzled.

”Follow orders!”

”Yes!”

With full of doubts, Zhao Dong turned around and marched, once outside the door, he heard a bang as the door was suddenly shut behind him.

Huh?

Zhao Dong was stunned for a moment, only then realizing he was kicked out. He hurriedly pounded on the door: ”Commander, what on earth do you mean by this?”

Qin Jian’s gloomy voice came from inside: ”You oblivious guy! Didn’t you notice your sis-in-law came back? Not even giving us some time to reunite?”

”What? Commander, I just wanted a meal... Can’t you give me a chance?”

”No! Find your own meal!”

”Commander...” Zhao Dong felt it stuck in his chest, could neither go up nor down. Did he alone think the commander was becoming more and more unreasonable?

”Why didn’t you let him in? He already came into the house, and you drove him out again! That’s too inconsiderate, isn’t it? Who ever drives guests out like that?” An Hao softly chided him.

”This guy isn’t the same Zhao Dong anymore! If you give him a pole, he’d climb to the top! If he gets used to your food, he’ll come leeching every day! Then, what will you do? Let him in every time?” Qin Jian said with a face full of disdain, ”Are you going to let him in then?”
