Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Chapter 340: Chapter 338: Vengeance for the Slightest Grievance

”An Hao, you really hit the jackpot this time, having Gu Shuangshuang speak up for you at this moment!” Guan Kexin felt aggrieved inside.

”Aren’t you lucky too? I’ve never seen someone framing others and feeling so righteous about it!” An Hao raised an eyebrow at her.

”What can you do to me then?” Guan Kexin puffed out her chest, staring at An Hao, ”I just can’t stand you!”

Having said that, she took the lead and started to run.

An Hao glanced at her and quickly stuck out her foot underneath Guan Kexin’s.

Guan Kexin tripped over An Hao’s foot and suddenly lost her balance, falling to the ground unexpectedly.

There was a smack, and Guan Kexin face-planted into the mud.

”Ptooey... Ptooey...” While spitting out the mud in her mouth, she also shed tears, ”An Hao!!! You bastard!”

An Hao’s mouth curved slightly upward as she looked down, ”I just like this feeling—how you can’t stand me, yet can’t do anything about me. Guan Kexin, we’re even now! Don’t provoke me again for no reason!”

With that, she strode off, beginning to run around the track. Damn it! My knee really hurts!

Gu Wushuang watched the whole scene from a distance, clutching his stomach and bursting into laughter, ”An Hao, well done! I finally found someone with a temper just like mine!”

Guan Kexin was knocked down by An Hao on the sports field and scraped her hands in the fall.

She skipped lunch and went straight to tap on Yan Ye’s staff room door.

Yan Ye had just lain down when he heard the door and got up to open it, seeing Guan Kexin standing at the entrance.

This time, she looked disheveled, dirty all over, and pitifully holding up a scraped palm.

”What happened to you?” Although Yan Ye was annoyed by Guan Kexin’s clinginess, he couldn’t just ignore her when she was actually hurt.

After all, their families had always had good relations, not to mention he had a very close relationship with Guan Kexin’s young uncle.

”Yan Brother, someone bullied me, are you going to take care of me or not?” As soon as Guan Kexin entered, she started crying, covering her face.

”I’ll take care of you,” Yan Ye frowned and pulled Guan Kexin’s hand over to see that the wound was full of dirt and dust, ”Wait for me to treat your wound.”

Guan Kexin obediently sat there, waiting for him to fetch the first aid kit to clean the dirt from her wound.

As Yan Ye was treating her, he asked, ”Did you get into a fight?”

”No, I was bullied unilaterally,” Guan Kexin said aggrievedly and in pain.

”Someone dared to bully you?” Yan Ye glanced at her, ”Didn’t you pull rank on her with Secretary Guan?”

Guan Kexin failed to notice the sarcasm in Yan Ye’s words.

”That damned girl doesn’t fear heaven or earth. She’s just like a little shrew,” she said.

”Oh?” Yan Ye became interested without having met this person, ”I need to see who could have bullied you to this extent. Start from the beginning, what exactly happened?”

So, Guan Kexin exaggeratedly recounted the incident to Yan Ye and placed all the blame on An Hao.

”Is there really such an excessive and hateful woman?” Yan Ye raised an eyebrow at her, ”I thought you were the epitome!”

”Yan Ye!!! Will you die if you don’t mock me!” Guan Kexin was furious.

Yan Ye’s lips curled into a smirk, ”Let’s go! Take me to see this hateful woman you’re talking about!”

For An Hao, this day was incredibly busy.
