Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Chapter 325: Chapter 323 New Student Registration

It turns out she was also heading to the city, but only to find work.

Watching An Hao dressed neatly to go to Medical University for registration, she clenched her clothes so tightly almost puncturing the fabric.

An Hao glanced at her without a word and walked straight ahead.

Song Yueqin gritted her teeth and hurried a few steps to catch up with her, ”An Hao, don’t be too smug! You ruined my life, I won’t let you have an easy time in the future!”

”Fine, if you have the guts, then bring it on!” An Hao curled the corner of her lips, leaving her with a message, ”I am no longer the An Hao of the past, I am ready to accompany you at any time!”

------------

An Hao arrived in the city and found her way to the Medical University with ease.

During the vacation, she had made a special trip to see what her future university looked like.

Following the process, An Hao completed her registration, collected her textbooks and living supplies, and then went upstairs alone.

She found her dorm room 4401, and when she entered, there were already four people spreading out their bedsheets; An Hao was the fifth to arrive.

Seeing An Hao come in, one of the girls making her bed greeted her warmly:

”Hi! Are you also in this dorm?”

Being new, An Hao didn’t know what to expect from her future roommates.

Seeing someone greeting her as soon as she walked in, An Hao responded with a friendly smile, ”Hello! My name is An Hao! I’m new here, please look after me!”

”Hello! My name is Gu Shuangshuang!” The girl who had greeted her smiled, showing a pair of cute little tiger teeth, and then pointed to the girl in the bunk below, ”She’s my good friend, Xu Yinuo! Nice to meet you!”

Hearing Gu Shuangshuang introduce her, Xu Yinuo also looked up and smiled at An Hao, ”Nice to meet you!”

”Me too!” An Hao smiled, and noticing there were two more spots in the dorm, chose a top bunk and began to make her bed.

Because the top bunk was somewhat high, it was a bit of a struggle for An Hao to climb up.

The short-haired girl, who was busy arranging her bed below, reached out to help her, ”Here, be careful! Those not used to the top bunk might find it a bit difficult to start with.”

”Thank you!”

”You’re welcome, we’re roommates, and future colleagues. Helping each other is only natural!” the girl said with a smile, ”My name is Lei Linxuan.”

At that moment, the last girl in the dorm also greeted her, ”My name is Zhang Juan!”

Soon enough, all the girls in the dorm were acquainted with each other, and fortunately, everyone was very friendly.

The girls finished making their beds and sat chatting merrily on top of them.

From their conversation, An Hao learned that Gu Shuangshuang and Xu Yinuo who had first greeted her were from a military compound.

Lei Linxuan and Zhang Juan both came from ordinary worker families.

An Hao alone came from the countryside.

But she didn’t say, and if she didn’t, they wouldn’t know since An Hao’s skin and aura were very good, not at all like someone who grew up in the fields, blown by the wild wind and fed by the loess.

The girls chatted happily, and An Hao felt fortunate to have encountered such a nice group.

”Hey, I heard that there are only six girls in our class this time! Just one dorm’s worth of us,” Gu Shuangshuang, who was lively and well-informed, said.

”But that’s only five people! Who is the sixth?” Xu Yinuo looked at the empty bed near the door, the one in the worst position, and felt somewhat concerned, ”When I reported today, I heard some teachers mention that our class might include a child of some leader. I wonder if the person coming to that last bed is that child?”
