I Live on the Land in Global Games

Chapter 309 - 309 305 Griffin Hatching309: Chapter 305 Griffin Hatching 309: Chapter 305 Griffin Hatching Gungun had become famous this time.

Before, it was just a cute little creature that was nice to pet, and although many players liked it, they actually didn’t understand its strength and even thought it was just an adorable little useless thing.

This time, its Skill began to emerge, showcasing its strength.

Speaking of which, it’s mostly because Mu Ying, who is always lurking in the back row, has been too protective, always worrying that it would stray too far from her and might encounter dangers that she couldn’t rescue it from in time.

After all, she raised it from a palm-sized baby, bit by bit, and it was also her first time caring for and looking after a small animal, so she’d been a bit overly cautious.

Besides this, there were also some comments about the other Races of the territory.

“A level 10 Fishman Priest, huh?

The Half-Breed Clan Leader, all by himself with just a dagger, caught the Priest, and moreover, he caught him to offer to the Lord, boosting his Level Progress by at least 700-800 Experience at that moment.”

“And the mermaid brothers and sisters are also amazing, knowing that we rely on killing them for quests, they never steal the kills and deliberately push the Fishmen towards us for us to kill, totally lovable!”

“Also, the Mushroom Men are absurdly cute, and their Poison Gas Spores are simply fantastic, you know, they originally just came to gather material for filming a movie.”

“That’s so loving, I really want to visit Qingshan Town, with so many friendly races!”

“You guys upstairs praising foreign races, have you ever thought that these outsiders are actually invaders?

They are the ones who disrupted our peaceful lives, so why should we befriend them?”

“Exactly, what’s the difference between Fishmen and mermaids?

Aren’t they both outsiders?

Aren’t they all creatures from the instance?

Just because one is ugly and the other is good-looking, we kill the Fishmen but befriend the mermaids?

This isn’t a real fairy tale, is it?”

When Mu Ying saw these debates, she just laughed them off, not really minding.

Some people view the Doomsday Game positively, and naturally, there are others who see it negatively, which is quite normal.

Mu Ying belonged to the more positive group.

Perhaps because she had fewer ties to this world, when the apocalypse arrived, she actually experienced no losses.

Being an orphan, she didn’t lose any family or friends due to the apocalypse, and as she was quite poor, the loss of property was negligible.

On the contrary, because of the Doomsday Game and the Lord Token, she achieved financial freedom ahead of time.

She was a beneficiary of the apocalypse, so it was normal for her to view the apocalypse positively.

But there were also people who lost all the wealth they had worked hard to accumulate before the apocalypse as well as their beloved family and friends in an instant, so they viewed the arrival of the apocalypse as painful and regarded all creatures brought by the Doomsday Game as invaders.

It all comes down to different personal experiences.

For Mu Ying, she rather liked the world as it is now.

She enjoyed the feeling where great power belonged to herself, where all her efforts were reflected in her own strength.

She liked the bright blue sky and the fresh air of the present.

Therefore, she approached the Doomsday Game quite rationally, to some humans, the apocalypse was a disaster, but to the world, to Deep Blue Star and its flora and fauna, the apocalypse was truly an opportunity for evolution.

Foreign creatures can be good or bad, and those that can coexist peacefully are naturally preferred.

It’s not a matter of beauty or ugliness, but a question of stance.

Fishmen, having different stances from her as a Druid, were naturally the targets for elimination.

On the other hand, there was no conflict of interests or stances between the mermaids and her, and friendly communication was possible, which is why they could become allies.

Actually, these Foreign Races that descended on Deep Blue Star through the instance cannot really be considered invaders, because they all migrated along with their territories.

They aren’t the type to purely invade others’ homes to plunder resources.

From Deep Blue Star’s perspective, these Foreign Races are akin to immigrants who brought their own wealth and paid a settlement fee.

To it, the native Human Clan, which had once caused great harm to the planet, is no nobler than they are.

The Human Clan is not the master of Deep Blue Star; they are just creatures that depend on Deep Blue Star for survival.

Deep Blue Star itself is the master.

These were the realizations Mu Ying gradually came to after becoming a Druid.

If the world itself had a consciousness, it would probably overlap greatly with the consciousness of nature because what nature conserves is the very fundamental environment of this world, on which all life forms depend for development.

Speaking of which, aren’t the fragments obtained from participating in events related to fairy tales in the Emerald World a manifestation of part of the world consciousness?

The effect of physical transformation is a blank world consciousness that can recognize its owner.

With that being the case, Deep Blue Star might really have consciousness!

Mu Ying looked up at the sky, then embarrassingly withdrew her gaze.

She was in the Magic Hut, where there was no sky, only a ceiling.

“Dingling~ Dingling~”

The Dingling Flowers hanging on the wall rang again.

Mu Ying went over to look and saw it was Zheng Jing’s.

“Hello?”

“It hatched!

The griffin hatched!”

Excitement overflowed from Zheng Jing’s voice, loud enough to make Mu Ying’s head buzz.

Mu Ying shook her head; this was the excitement of madness.

No wonder she hadn’t seen her at Harbor Camp today; she must be busy hatching eggs!

After hanging up the Dingling Flower phone, she put away the utensils and vanished from the room, appearing in the Griffin District of the Breeding Camp in the blink of an eye.

This was a newly delineated area.

Because griffins, like Petrified Lizards, are highly aggressive, a separate area was cordoned off with a protective shield.

Inside, there was a small patch of grass and a little hill.

The griffin eggs were all in a wooden shed at the foot of the hill, with two Jumping Rabbits taking turns incubating them each day.

When Mu Ying teleported outside the shed, she could feel the fluctuations of a spell inside.

Everything was fine when she was on the Dingling Flower phone a moment ago; why had a fight broken out?

This spell fluctuation didn’t seem like animal conversation at all!

Walking in, indeed, Zheng Jing was using an entanglement technique to bind a cranky bald bird!

The Jumping Rabbits incubating eggs on the nearby pile of grass huddled into a ball with two eggs.

Zheng Jing also held a thin branch, poised to strike it: “Will you listen or not?”

“Do!

Do!

Do!” The cranky bald bird pecked at the vines entangling it, completely ignoring Zheng Jing’s threat.

Its sharp little beak had already pecked some small holes in the vines produced by the entanglement technique.

“Snap!” Zheng Jing decisively struck down.

The bald bird got hit and became more agitated, stopped pecking at the vines, and struggled as if seeing an enemy, trying to peck Zheng Jing’s face.

“Snap!

Snap!

Snap!”

Three more times.

“Are you going to submit or not?

If not, I’ll stew a bird for dinner today!” Zheng Jing threatened fiercely.

“Chirp chirp chirp chirp!

(No way, no way!

Griffins will never be slaves!)” The bald bird retorted defiantly.

Mu Ying, who intruded upon the scene of domestic violence, curiously cast animal conversation on herself as well.

After understanding the bald bird’s intentions, she raised an eyebrow.

The little guy was tough alright, hurling insults even in this state!
