I Live on the Land in Global Games

Chapter 186 - 186 185 6th Level Druid186: Chapter 185: 6th Level Druid 186: Chapter 185: 6th Level Druid Mu Ying also noticed that the last remark about the Natural Bracelet had changed, where it once read “Divine Artifact that has not yet fully revealed its might,” now it has become “Divine Artifact that has unveiled most of its might.”

Does this mean the effects of the Natural Bracelet are finally about to be fully activated?

This piece of equipment that had been with her since birth, although it only revealed its edge after the apocalypse, was incredibly well-suited to her.

It was almost a comprehensive enhancement for a Druid who revered nature.

As Grandpa Shom had said, the Natural Bracelet was also a very famous Divine Artifact, one of the Elf Clan’s treasures.

Why had it come into her hands?

She already had some guesses.

Initially, she was a Half-Elf.

The fact that even Grandpa Shom said her Elven bloodline was extraordinary was enough to suggest she had relatives of high standing among the Elves.

Then, this Natural Bracelet was very likely from him or her.

Shi Yin was stranded on Deep Blue Star because her mother died of grave injuries here, but what about her?

She still remembered that she had been abandoned in Qingshan Forest by a woman.

Why leave such a precious Divine Artifact with her and yet discard her?

For a moment, Mu Ying’s thoughts drifted to many possibilities.

Because she retained her past life’s memories, her dependency on parents and relatives had long since disappeared.

She was merely curious about her origins in this life but had no urgent desire to find her relatives and return to her ancestral roots.

She had no intention of specifically seeking out the Elves Clan Leader Ned mentioned had migrated to this world; she would leave it to fate.

Family ties were no longer that important to her, though she still felt a modicum of gratitude towards the one who had given her the Natural Bracelet.

After all, the bracelet had truly aided her a lot since the apocalypse.

Her thoughts wandered briefly before she snapped back to reality and continued her journey northward.

In the beginning, she headed straight north, but she would sometimes veer off course after encountering interesting plants or after fighting with other wild beasts, leading her to take many detours.

As she grew more and more adept at the White Wolf Form, the enhancements it brought became less significant, and gradually, although she still gained Professional Experience, she barely received any attribute boosts.

In most cases, the adventure record notifications were now similar to those when caring for plants, merely resulting in professional cultivation.

Her Professional Experience was steadily increasing.

After battling a group of Jackal Wolfmen and feeling her combat abilities in Wolf Form had improved, another notification popped up.

[You have completed a session of professional cultivation and gained 5× Professional Experience.

You have reached the 5th level experience cap, with 3 Professional Experience points overflowing]

[You have met the criteria for leveling up.

Please prepare and level up as soon as possible]

Mu Ying glanced at her attribute panel.

[Profession: Druid Level 5 (1500/1500)▲]

She could level up now, and Mu Ying reverted to her human form.

The gains from this outing could be considered quite good.

She took out the flying broom and rode it to find a secluded cave hidden by vines.

Gungun sat at the entrance to keep watch as she began sensing nature to level up.

[After nature’s baptism, you have become a 6th level Druid]

[Based on your Druid level, the usage count of your professional Skill Wild Transformation has increased, and new forms have been unlocked]

[Based on your Druid level, your Life Value has increased to 480]

[Based on your Druid level, your Mana Value has increased to 140]

[No new Spells unlocked at this level]

This level brought no new professional Skills or Spells, just a small increase in Life Value and Mana Value.

The significant change was in the Wild Transformation skill.

She opened her attribute panel.

The long attribute list unfolded.

She glanced over the largely unchanged information at the top and then examined the skill section carefully.

[Wild Transformation: By observing and imitating, you can transform into a small or medium-sized animal.

In this form, you possess the attribute panel of the corresponding animal, and your life value is independent from your human form.

Usable twice per day, includes small and medium-sized aquatic and flying animals.]

The number of times Wild Transformation could be used each day had increased by one, meaning she could now switch between human and wild forms twice a day.

The key point was, she could now transform into flying animals as well.

Just as she had almost mastered the wolf form, and since the turtle and sea turtle forms lacked their respective ecosystems for practice, adopting a flying animal form would not only benefit her professional cultivation but also make traveling more convenient.

Using a flying broom was not very convenient to be seen by others, whereas the Druid’s professional skill, Wild Transformation, was not an issue.

Moreover, she was urgently in need of finding more ways and approaches to professional cultivation.

Her gaze landed on the profession level item.

[Profession: Druid Level 6 (0/2100)]

(Note: Starting from this level, Slaughter Experience is invalid)

Level 6 required a full 2100 points of experience, and Slaughter Experience was no longer applicable.

This time, she had not reaped the benefits of cultivating rare plants.

2100 professional experience points, considering her current situation where she had to plant a certain number of trees to gain a single professional experience point, leveling up to 7 seemed like an eternity away.

Although her strength had increased and her speed of planting and cultivating plants had quickened, professional experience had become increasingly rare.

From her recent experiences, researching the forms of Wild Transformation seemed to be a promising direction.

......

Qingshan Town, Bruce Tavern, a group of players were fixated on the level leaderboard.

“He’s leveled up again, the Lord has risen, I won!”

“Ah, that was too fast.

I bet on tomorrow.”

After adding chess and card services, Bruce Tavern added a new betting event.

The hottest betting pool recently was: On what day will Mu Ying reach Level 6.

......

Meanwhile, on the forum, other players in the Xia Country Region also noticed Mu Ying’s latest upgrade.

The top five on Xia Country Region’s leaderboard had mostly settled down.

[Level Leaderboard]

[No.1 Mu Ying (Druid Level 6 0%)]

[No.2 Li Luoxia (Priest Level 4 95%)]

[No.3 Zhan Qing (Wanderer Level 4 86%)]

[No.4 Huo Shaobai (Warrior Level 4 75%)]

[No.5 Miao Guowei (Warrior Level 4 65%)]

...

“Li Luoxia is nearly catching up to Mu Ying, almost reaching the same level, what a pity!”

“Didn’t you hear that Mu Ying is heading towards Lingtian Town?

Last time, she got to Luoxia Village so quickly, but she hasn’t been seen for so long this time, turns out she went off to level up.”

“Really want to know what Level 6 is like, oh, with every level, the Slaughter Experience quota decreases by 10%.

It turns out that starting from Level 6, Slaughter Experience can no longer be used.”

“That woman, she’s become even stronger, untouchable, absolutely untouchable.”

“Each level requires a lot more experience, and if you calculate carefully, although Mu Ying’s leveling speed is slightly slower, her experience gain speed is still unmatched by anyone, just one word, amazing!”

“Mu Ying’s Druid isn’t the same as ours, why am I so slow!”

“Are you a Druid above?

Officially envious.

With a Mu Ying, you’ve had so many difficulties in your professional cultivation smoothed out, at least you have a big shot to learn from.

We just have to grope around on our own.

Are there any other profession masters willing to share some of their cultivation experiences?”
