My Players Are So Fierce

Chapter 3051 -1016: Transylvania Tactics · Monkey Edition Orbital Drop Ready!_2

Therefore, the foreign warriors must complete the landing within twenty-five minutes.

I will change the wind direction to ensure you land near the lighthouse position. That means you’ll be encircled by the merfolk as soon as you hit the ground, with no time to adjust, you must enter battle mode upon landing.”

“No problem, Lady Triss!”

Lord Qin said in a deep voice:

“We are already mentally prepared; fighting with the merfolk at the center of the position fits well with our battle aesthetics. But, from what you say, not killing the Father of Fish’s entity projection means the storm won’t stop, so should we send scouts to search and snipe?”

“No need, Morphy and I will take care of that, but support and rescue for the mermaids relies entirely on you all.”

Triss reminded:

“We only have over three thousand people, while the number of merfolk is incalculable. This is a very dangerous battle, I hope you are prepared! Cui Tan is about to descend with his blessing; the airship is ready to accelerate!”

Triss’s projection dissipated in the next moment, and everyone in the command cabin returned to their posts.

A few minutes later, with the illusionary sound of ocean waves crashing against rocks, the blessing of the demigod Wanderer Cui Tan from the Star Realm descended from the sky. The azure water flowed and enveloped the eight airships, and as a blade formed by gathered lightning slashed out from the foremost airship, the rotating enclosed storm ahead was also torn open.

That was the Crimson Witch casting a spell.

She hovered in the air, beating her dragon wing-like wings, holding the lightning wand and swinging it forward.

As the shining lightning around her spun, the most explosive front force in nature charged into the eye of the storm in the form of a leaping lightning dragon, creating an aerial path large enough for the airships to advance through after multiple rips and expansions.

The flickering lightning under Triss’s control transformed into a fine electric grid supporting the passage, pushing outwards and eroding, maintaining the storm passage from being filled. Meanwhile, the Morphy’s Hammer airship piloted personally by Dou Jiang Bai crashed into it first.

This is very dangerous.

A slight misangle in the airship entry could lead to Triss’s lightning attacking the airship itself. But it proved that this guy’s piloting skills are solid, and following his lead, the eight airships quickly plunged into the storm shrouding the nearby sea islands.

In the extreme disastrous climate, distinguishing directions accurately from high above is quite difficult, but the mermaids lit the lighthouses on the islands, allowing the airships to capture the direction for advancement.

The blessing granted by Cui Tan temporarily allowed the airships to ignore the gale, descending along the nearest route and reaching the skies over the island ten minutes later.

“Brothers! It’s our turn!”

The players in the cabin were ready for the airborne drop amidst the storm.

Fully armed, they stood up eagerly, lining up amidst the jolts, waiting for the cabin door to open.

The ordinarily wild Top Shark was surprisingly calm, like a samurai engaging in spiritual meditation, leaning on the Vam’s beheader and adjusting his breathing. He could see through the porthole that other airships were searching for a drop spot in the air, while the storm-lashed sky was continuously struck by glaring thunderbolts. In this black deluge, the sky and ocean looked as if contaminated by ink, like a dark evil god extending its filthy claws into this world.

Frankly, the pre-departure background environment is just awesome.

Unfortunately, we are now on a lousy airship instead of the previously cool solar ship, unable to crash directly into the battlefield in an assault pod like before.

“Damn, when we get to the Sanghai Empire, we’ve got to get ourselves a solar ship somehow.”

The Top Shark whispered to the Happy Stick beside him:

“Then we can enter any battlefield in orbital drop style, equipping the brothers with power armor, whoa, isn’t Sir Morphy’s Angel of Death coming right up?”

“I thought you were just a freak.”

Stick Brother strapped the flail and heavy shield on his back again, arranged his weapons and ammunition, and remarked with a twist of his mouth:

“I didn’t expect you to also have a thing for hammers; you’re a bit complex, man… Hmm? Why are you looking at me like that? Do I have something weird on me?”

The Happy Stick asked with confusion.

Top Shark glanced at the pin on Stick Brother’s shirt and whispered:

“Did Miss Melia give that to you?”

“Mm, a birthday gift, why? Do you have a problem?”

Stick Brother immediately asked back with a blank expression.

Top Shark waved his hands, not daring to have any issues, not because he feared Stick Brother would get embarrassed and duel him, but mainly because Happy Stick might be too embarrassed to lose and do an offline gank. Now that it’s unblocked, if he really intends to ambush, there’s no escaping a pounding.

Yet, not many know about the matter between Happy Stick and the blind vampire Melia, but those who do, like the current Top Shark, marvel at Stick Brother’s rough outer shell housing a heart that seeks cybernetic emotions.

“Airborne countdown one minute! Final equipment check!”

The old soldier of the Qing Dynasty shouted from the cabin entrance, making the elite players inside the cabin immediately hold their breath and focus, ready to go to battle.

The tense 60 seconds flew by swiftly. As the cabin door opened, the chilling wind with a filthy smell hit them head-on, yet it couldn’t suppress the players’ fiery hearts. Wearing an exoskeleton and carrying a chainsaw sword, the old soldier of the Qing Dynasty clinked down the visor of his combat bucket helmet and jumped out of the cabin first.
