My Players Are So Fierce

Chapter 3081 -1026: Fishermen Are Pure Folk, Right, Prince His Highness? [6/10]_2

But if you head south of the Misty Sea, you’ll have to face the Daguan Fishmen and Blood Fear Pirates. Both are strong, but if you ask me, compared to the Eastern Fleet of the Kalem Ancient Country, they don’t quite measure up.

When I was young, I used to run shipping routes to the Land of the Far East and have seen the fleets of the dragonkin with my own eyes.

They not only have giant ships navigating the sea but also flying boats in the sky that move together with the sea fleet, plus the merfolk of Atlantean Kingdom guarding below the waters.

It’s a triad of military forces on the sea, in the sky, and underwater!

They even have the dual blessings of Lord Cloud Mist and Sea Abyss Deity, and their fleet includes dragonkin admirals who can transform into true dragons, controlling storms with a flick of the finger. It’s just that these dragonkin, holding on to their Celestial Empire, are not willing to engage much with the outside world. Otherwise, the Misty Sea would have changed owners long ago.”

“Ah, sounds badass.”

Five-Wheeled Riko said, rubbing his face:

“I really want to find a chance to see it in the future…”

“See what? Addicted to listening to stories, right? Quickly, give the orders and command!”

Old Qin’s shout came from the other end of the command cabin, with a displeased reprimand:

“The Elf Fleet has already dispersed the main force of the Merfolk, they are fleeing! Let the players seize the opportunity to pursue the enemy, assist the elves in sealing the breach, and force them to flee toward the land direction! The Hammer of Murphy is ready for sea bombing, assist the elves in driving away the last persistently resisting Merfolk.”

“Understood!”

Five-Wheeled Riko responded immediately and issued the command.

The Hammer of Murphy, the only undamaged airship in the fleet with high-altitude bombing capability, also opened the bomb bay. Of course, before projecting firepower to ignite the ocean, the commander Doujiang Bai on the airship didn’t forget to send a warning to the ground, mainly to the Elf Fleet.

Advising them not to get too close to avoid being accidentally injured.

Their wooden ships, no matter how self-healing, cannot withstand the devastation of heavy incendiary bombs.

The news that the Transia People were about to launch a final attack on the Merfolk quickly reached the flagship of the Elf Fleet. In the command room, a blue-haired elf commander in majestic armor walked onto the deck with interest, taking out a half-body man’s telescope.

He intended to witness the bombing strategy of the Transia People, praised highly by Auntie Filoseer, with his own eyes.

Minutes later, as the Hammer of Murphy reached the bombing position, black aerial bombs with adjusted explosion points rained down on the sea like iron rain, and auto-detonated a few meters above the water, drenching the surface with flames like raindrops.

The flames clung to the water surface, and the high-temperature steam instantly cooked the Merfolk in the bombing area.

Although this destructive power was much weaker than ground bombing, it was more than enough for driving away the Merfolk. After two rounds of bombing, the combat sea area became a ferocious sea of fire, leaving the seed warship’s elf commanders stunned.

The blue-haired elf commander solemnly put down the telescope, looked at his two subordinates beside him, and said quietly:

“Our ships…”

“Can’t withstand such bombardment and flames.”

A female captain shook her head and said:

“Apart from the fleet flagship with its own storm barrier, the other warships can last at most a few dozen minutes in the face of these bombs loaded with special fuel before turning into a mass of rotten wood. The flaw of fearing fire is rooted in the nature of plants, and even with the pity of the Mother of Forest, we cannot maintain combat strength in such descending fire.”

“Conversely, though, their airships have very strict climate requirements in the combat area.”

A male captain on the other side of the blue-haired commander looked at the burning sea in front of him and said in a gentle tone:

“Once we call the storm in advance, then their airships may not even get a chance to take off, and without such large transport carriers like airships, how to project destructive firepower in a short time becomes a big problem.

Therefore, we can conclude that the firepower advantage of the Transia People is terrifying, but we have our own advantages too.”

“They won’t always use airships.”

The blue-haired officer sighed and said:

“In the report Auntie Filoseer submitted to the Royal Court, it mentions that Mr. Morphy, the governor of Transia, places significant emphasis on the use of engineering in warfare. They have already developed unmanned war machines before the half-body men, so we can assume that armed airships are just one phase in Transia’s pursuit of dominating the sky.

Just as storm summoning can’t suppress the solar ship attacks of the Sanghai people, one day, the Armastasha Fleet, when facing Transia’s destructive iron rain, can only pray for Divine Spirit protection.

The fleet must begin to change immediately!

We must quickly complete the design and development of the next generation of warships. The druids of the Castia Great Tree have already proposed a plan. Quickly provide them with sufficient funds and resources to advance their experiments.

The bombing concept of the Transia People is not hard to emulate, and soon this armed airship carrying bombs that can create a sea of death will spread across the Continent.”

“As you command, Your Highness.”

The two captains immediately bowed to accept the order, then watched as their prince whistled loudly, summoned his black unicorn mount, mounted it, and said:

“I am going to pay a formal visit to Mr. Morphy. I am transferring the fleet’s command authority to you, assist the merfolk and Transia People in completing this already concluded naval battle.”

“Your Highness, the Transia People are deliberately blocking the battlefield gap, trying to drive the Merfolk toward the shores of the Kato area.”
