Cutesy Wife Sweet Like Honey: Mr. Mu's Nightly Dote!

Chapter 734: Chapter 777: Baby

”She’s out, she’s out, finally out! Darling, quick... give her to me, I’ll hold her!” Seeing the child finally brought out, Ling Yueyue excitedly reached out, took the child in her arms, and as she felt the soft bundle, the softest spot in her heart was deeply touched, and her facial expression softened immediately.

This little one is very beautiful, like a sculpted jade doll! Two teardrops hung beside the big eyes, and the jet-black pupils, like black gems, were staring intently at Ling Yueyue.

Although the little one’s features hadn’t fully formed, all shrunken together, it was still clear she would be a very pretty little girl! She looked just like Xiao Bai, completely inheriting Mu Beiting’s flawless features. Although she resembled Mu Beiting, her temperament was nothing like his cold demeanor; instead, she was like Ye Anxin, cheerful, sunny, and gave off a very comforting and warm feeling!

Looking at the little one in her arms, Ling Yueyue couldn’t help but praise, ”Little one, you’re so beautiful, you’ll definitely grow up to be a great beauty!”

Mu Huajian immediately came over too, and when he saw the clean, sculpted jade doll-like child in Ling Yueyue’s arms, his always tense face softened unusually, and he couldn’t help but reach out his wrinkled hand to gently touch the child’s soft little face, his eyes filled with undisguisable affection!

As Ling Yueyue held the child and teased her, she asked the nurse who brought the child out, ”Miss Nurse, you haven’t told me, is it a little princess or a little prince?”

The nurse quickly smiled and apologized, ”Sorry, that was our oversight! Mrs. Mu gave birth to a little princess! The little princess is quite lovely, weighing a full seven pounds!”

Hearing it was a little princess, Ling Yueyue immediately beamed with joy, ”It really is a little princess! Just what we hoped for! Haha... come, come, Little Chu Yi, I’ll take you to see your mom and dad, alright! Your mom gave birth to you with her life at stake, we must go see your great mother!” Saying that, she thanked the nurse and then asked Huo Junmo to carry the things prepared for the child while she carried the baby to the hospital room!

Pete and the maternity nurse quickly followed Ling Yueyue to the hospital room!

Huo Junmo carried the big and small bags and walked alongside Mu Huajian, deliberately slowing his pace to match Mu Huajian’s, as he knew Mu Huajian was older and walked slowly, ”Sir, I’ll walk with you!”

”Mm!” Mu Huajian nodded, unable to suppress his smile.

Huo Junmo teased, ”Sir, are you very happy?”

Mu Huajian nodded without hesitation, excitedly, ”Yes! Happy! She’s the only girl in our Mu Family! In my life, I’ve only had two sons, the eldest died early, leaving me only one grandson, and Mu Beiting’s first child is also a son! This is the only girl in three generations, I’m happy, I’m truly very happy!”

Huo Junmo empathized and agreed, ”If you like, come to see her more often! I think girls should be pampered! The more spoiled, the better, to prevent being bullied in the future!”

Hearing this, Mu Huajian busily agreed, ”Yes, you’re right!”

Thus, the two chatted and laughed all the way and soon arrived at Ye Anxin’s hospital room door.

At the hospital room door, only Ling Yueyue and the maternity nurse went in, while the rest of the men stayed outside waiting!

When Ling Yueyue entered the room with the baby, Ye Anxin was already asleep from exhaustion, and the IV was already set up!

Seeing Ling Yueyue enter, Xiao Bai quickly reminded softly, ”Aunt Yueyue, keep your voice down, Mom is asleep!”

Ling Yueyue nodded, sat down on a chair beside the bed, and moved the baby in her arms closer to Xiao Bai, ”Oh, oh! Come quickly, look at your sister, she’s adorable! Like a sculpted jade doll, as if shaped from snow!”

”Is it a sister?” Hearing it was a sister, Xiao Bai quickly leaned his little head over, wanting to reach out and touch his sister’s small face, but then retracted his hand again!

Seeing him retract his hand again, Ling Yueyue curiously asked, ”What’s wrong? Just touch her if you want to!”

Xiao Bai pouted and said somewhat fearfully, ”I’m scared, she looks so soft, what if I hurt her?”

Hearing this, Ling Yueyue couldn’t help but burst out laughing, ”Don’t worry! Just touch her lightly, you won’t hurt her!”

Hearing Ling Yueyue’s assurance, Xiao Bai finally gathered the courage to extend his hand again, gently, softly touching the little baby’s cheek in Ling Yueyue’s arms! After a touch, realizing it was okay, he quickly touched her face lightly again!

The little baby felt the soft, gentle touch and immediately smiled broadly.

Her smile made Xiao Bai also burst into a smile, his long fingers gently caressing the chubby little face.

Mu Beiting stood on the side, looking down at Xiao Bai and the little baby’s delight in playing, his handsome face tightly drawn into a line, with an indescribable emotion in his eyes.

Seeing Xiao Bai know how to amuse little Chu Yi while Mu Beiting stood aside without any reaction, Ling Yueyue couldn’t help but look at him and asked puzzled, ”Mu Beiting, this is your daughter? Don’t you want to hold her? Look, she’s looking around with her eyes wide open!”

Mu Beiting’s fingers at his side twitched, his thin lips gently parted, and he softly uttered, ”I’m afraid...!”

Hearing this, Ling Yueyue couldn’t help but burst out laughing, ”Is there really something in this world that the great Mu Beiting fears? Besides, what’s there to fear about such a little dumpling?”

Mu Beiting’s handsome face turned red, stiffly saying, ”She’s too small, I’m afraid of hurting her!”

”Pfft...!” Ling Yueyue couldn’t hold it in anymore and burst into laughter, unreservedly mocking, ”Mu Beiting, if I remember correctly, she’s not your first child, right? You raised Xiao Bai by yourself, and you’re afraid of hurting her?”

”...!” After such mockery from Ling Yueyue, not only did Mu Beiting not get angry, but his handsome face turned even redder, his thin lips opening and closing as if trying to say something, but ultimately saying nothing!

Seeing the little one in Ling Yueyue’s arms, Xiao Bai couldn’t get enough and asked, ”Aunt Yueyue, can I hold her?”

”Of course, she’s your sister!” She said, preparing to pass the little one from her arms into Xiao Bai’s outstretched hands, but was stopped coldly by Mu Beiting, ”No, your sister is too small, what if you hurt her? You can hold her when she’s a little older!” As he spoke, he looked so nervous and serious as if the little one in Ling Yueyue’s arms was the most precious porcelain doll, and any slight carelessness would break her!
