Wilderness Survival with Druid System

Of course, Chen Wen didn’t leave the starting point immediately.

For him, the resources at the starting point weren’t only available at the Japanese team’s location; naturally, Chen Wen also didn’t overlook the camps of other countries.

The remaining small half of the waterproof cloth was all left for them.

He arrived at the British and American teams’ side.

Chen Wen saw clearly and grabbed a big handful of the British and American teams’ roasted camel jerky.

For Russia and France, as potential allies of Chen Wen,

Chen Wen didn’t take much, just keeping it to the same quantity as from the British and Americans.

In Spain and Australia, Chen Wen also took materials equivalent to those from the British and Americans.

After ransacking all four camps, Chen Wen, carrying a load of materials, quickly left the starting point.

...

In the distance from the starting point.

As everyone fled, the hornets were gradually left behind by the crowd.

At this moment, Feng Zhong was sitting on the ground, helping Yoshikawa Feng squeeze out the toxins injected by the hornets.

Although this was the best method to deal with hornet stings, the act of squeezing the wounds left the two in unbearable pain.

”Hiss! Damn it! Who the hell did this!”

Yoshikawa Feng couldn’t help but cry out in agony, roaring out his frustration.

Upon hearing this, Feng Zhong gritted his teeth and said, ”When I came out, I saw that Australian contestant, he was fleeing, it must have been him who inadvertently angered the hornets.”

Saying this, Feng Zhong squeezed hard on Yoshikawa Feng’s wrist.

From the sting site on Yoshikawa Feng’s wrist, some venom immediately oozed out.

”Ah! Is he an idiot!”

Yoshikawa Feng screamed, venting all his inner dissatisfaction.

And around them, other members of the Japanese team were also squeezing their own wounds, trying to maintain their health as much as possible.

Soon, people from the Australian Association arrived.

They checked everyone’s injuries and then said, ”Three people have lost the ability to continue, they’re out, the wounds of others are not serious, but if you feel any discomfort, remember to seek help immediately.”

After saying this, the people from the Australian Association, with a sullen face, took away two Australian members of the Japanese team and one from the Spanish team.

Thus, three more were eliminated.

Among those remaining, everyone was injured.

Aside from this, the level of trust among everyone had also reached a freezing point.

Everyone was suspicious that perhaps it was the others who did this.

They waited outside all night, and not until the next morning did they muster the courage to return to their camp.

...

Meanwhile, with Chen Wen.

Taking advantage of the situation, he stole a large quantity of materials and returned with the waterproof cloth to the camp.

At this time, Adam and the others had also returned to the camp, waiting for news from Chen Wen.

Seeing a man carrying a big bag approaching, Adam and the others showed astonished expressions.

”Whoa! What did you do? Did you rob everyone? What are all these?”

Adam looked at Chen Wen and the exaggerated big bag behind him in shock.

Chen Wen, panting, placed the bag on the ground and wiped the fine sweat dripping from his forehead.

This round of exertion was massive, even Chen Wen, with his attributes, struggled to bear it.

Chen Wen opened the bag and gestured for everyone to take a look themselves.

He himself then gasped for breath, sitting down on the sand, appearing somewhat weary.

Seeing this, Adam didn’t say much, directly holding a torch and walking to the side of the big bag.

He recognized that the big bag seemed to be waterproof cloth, so he simply spread the bag out, laying it outside the camp.

”Camel jerky, camel jerky, is this canned food?”

Adam rummaged through the outermost items, which were all stolen from other teams.

Beside him, Dennis stared with wide eyes at the abundance of things, ”Wow! I see, this should be the grains they exchanged for, right? All white rice, whoa! There’s even so much bread here!”

Local indigenous people would go to distant cities to purchase large amounts of grains before every survival challenge started.

Including rice, bread, corn kernels, canned food, and so on.

Exchanging these things for camel hides could be said to be a sure-winning deal.

The two took the food out, placed it aside, and continued searching through the rest.

Soon, Dennis had another discovery.

”This must be a team’s props, look, there’s a shovel here, and salt, gee, this should be barbecue seasoning from India, right?”

Dennis rummaged through things, casually taking out the materials inside.

By this time, Chen Wen had finally caught his breath.

He also took a look at the tools inside, and honestly, there was a lot that overlapped with what they had brought along.

Therefore, this gain, in Chen Wen’s eyes, wasn’t much.

However, Dennis and the other four were quite astonished.

This feeling of getting so much food for nothing without doing anything was a completely new experience for them!

Adam admired, ”Chen Wen, you’re really amazing! It’s the first time I’ve seen someone in the Eight Extremes Challenge manage to gather so much food and supplies! And it’s only the first few days!”

Hua Yun didn’t say much but just remarked, ”You have to get used to it, Chen Wen has always been someone who defies common sense.”

Dennis was filled with emotion: ”It was worth coming, really worth joining you guys!”

Fred even enviously said, ”I thought living alone in the wild was your peak, but I didn’t expect that in the pvp stage, you become even more formidable!”

Upon hearing this, Hua Yun and Adam felt a pang of heartache.

They were both failures of living alone in the wild.

Back then, when they failed, they didn’t feel much of a gap with Chen Wen, but now it seems...

Sigh, let’s not talk about it, it’s all tears!

Chen Wen awkwardly smiled and then said: ”But we daren’t put these things directly in the shelter, knowing those few in the Japanese team, they’d frame us for the previous incidents, this time they’re likely to do the same.”

”Of course, even if other teams don’t believe it, they’ll force themselves to, after all, our team is obviously the strongest now, they’re likely to find reasons and excuses to target us!”

Upon hearing this, everyone nodded in agreement.

Indeed so.

On the surface, their team is indeed the only one currently unscathed.

”So what do we do?”

Adam spoke, a desire to fight glowing in his eyes, ”Take the initiative?”

The others stood up as well, their eyes flickering with a yearning for battle.

But Chen Wen waved his hand: ”No, pretend to be scared!”

This took everyone by surprise, and their spirits which had just lifted, subsided in an instant.

Seeing this, Chen Wen said, ”Right now, they’re holding a lot of anger, we absolutely shouldn’t walk into the lion’s den, so tonight, let’s pack these things back up, bury them in the sand dunes outside the camp, and leave a marker.”

”Even if they come tomorrow, we won’t directly bear the blame!”

There wasn’t anything wrong with this statement.

Everyone immediately got busy, packing all the tools into bags and burying them in the sand dunes outside the camp.

Busy throughout the night.

The next morning, everyone returned to their shelters to rest.

And just at this time.

Other teams, having spent a night in fear and trepidation at the starting point, returned to the starting point’s camp.

They didn’t initially notice the missing resources.

But when everyone realized that the hornets had left, and began checking on the missing resources,

They suddenly found a significant quantity of their stored food was missing.

At the same time, the Japanese team also found their tools missing.

Accompanied by angry shouts, several teams who already didn’t trust each other were once again on the brink of confrontation.

For a moment, the starting point was once again teetering on the edge of chaos.
