Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

Chapter 410: Chapter 409 Let Me Die

To be honest, when Fang Zheng heard Takao speaking, he was completely stunned.

Sea Mist begging for mercy?

But on second thought, it made sense. The light cruisers he had encountered before only possessed basic self-awareness, and since Takao had evolved a mind model, her intelligence was definitely higher than other Warships of Sea Mist. Under these circumstances, surrendering was not impossible, but...

”What do you all think?”

”Just sink her with one shot!”

For the little vampire, this clearly wasn’t a problem.

”I will follow Master’s orders.”

For Iona, it didn’t seem to be a problem either.

”I think it’s worth considering, Master.”

But Nymph seemed to have a different opinion.

”Oh?”

Fang Zheng raised his eyebrows upon hearing Little Angel’s response.

”Why?”

”Because a complete heavy cruiser core is very rare. If we only rely on light cruiser cores stripped from shipwrecks, it will reduce the quality. Now, we happen to have a complete heavy cruiser core in front of us. Not only that, she also possesses a complete warship. I believe that if we integrate and transform her like we did with Iona, it would be a great help to us.”

”Hmm... a heavy cruiser?”

Having heard this, Fang Zheng frowned. Indeed, he was in urgent need of a shield, but the warship cores collected from the remnants of sunken light cruisers were incomplete. Little Angel had used ten damaged cores for integration and transformation to create a destroyer’s mind model. Now, however, Takao’s heavy cruiser core was intact, and she also possessed her own complete vessel like Iona. This meant that if he could integrate and transform Takao as he had Iona, his ”squad” would also effectively have a ”MT,” but...

”Can she be trusted?”

Fang Zheng wasn’t very familiar with the Sea Mist and naturally questioned the loyalty of a captive. If it were just a simple captive, it would be one thing, but if Takao were transformed, her combat power would greatly increase. In that case, what if Takao turned against them?

”I can rewrite Takao’s fundamental code to restrict her from attacking non-hostile targets.”

Nymph, the Little Angel, assured that with her around, this wouldn’t be a problem. It had to be said, these Warships of Sea Mist roamed the seas tyrannically, but Nymph was truly their nemesis. Little Angel’s specialty was information modification, and, coincidentally, these Sea Mist warships were all constructed from information...

”Then fine, I’ll discuss it with her.”

For Fang Zheng, Sea Mist warships, by rights, didn’t have human rights, but since the other party had shown a human-like mind model, adhering to the policy of treating captives well, Fang Zheng walked over to Takao to announce their decision. Upon hearing Fang Zheng’s words, Takao’s face immediately turned pale.

”You, you want me to hand over the warship core? And... to transform me?”

”That’s right, what are your thoughts?”

”I...”

Upon hearing Fang Zheng’s question, Takao looked utterly miserable. If possible, she wouldn’t choose any of those options! Not to mention that each Sea Mist warship’s soul is its warship core, and the idea of undergoing transformation... it sounded very painful, right!

But...

Glancing at the vampire who was glaring fiercely at her and Iona, who had silently locked onto her, Takao expressed... did she even have a choice?

No, there was no choice at all.

”...Alright.”

In the end, left with no other choice, Takao nodded her head. Then, she closed her eyes, and soon, a pale blue radiance shone from the center of Takao’s chest, followed by a core that looked somewhat round, much like a cartoon crab, emerging from it. Fang Zheng reached out, took the core, and handed it over to Little Angel, who stood not far away.

”It’s up to you now, Nymph.”

”Alright, Master, please wait a moment.”

Taking the Warship core from Fang Zheng, Nymph walked to one side, then closed her eyes. Soon, a series of light rings emerged from her palm, encircling and spinning around the core.

”Ooh...”

While Nymph was modifying the core, Takao’s expression subtly changed. She clenched her teeth, seemingly enduring some discomfort.

”What’s wrong? Are you in pain?”

Seeing Takao’s expression, Vampire curiously blinked and looked at her—now that the battle had ended, Iona and Vampire had also come over to inspect their ”Spoils of War.”

”Ooh...this feeling...it’s my first time...it’s like something is moving around...”

As she spoke, Takao continually twisted her body. Her long, slender legs, wrapped in black silk, rubbed incessantly; the girl’s face was flushed with red and she even began breathing heavily.

”Haah...haah...this feeling...so strange...I can’t...inside my body...”

Speaking in a low voice, Takao continued to twist her body, as if trying to relieve an itch. However, her hands were locked, so now she could only twist her torso and incessantly rub her legs together in an attempt to alleviate the strange sensation. Fang Zheng, meanwhile, silently took out his phone and started recording Takao.

”Accessing base-level permissions, beginning code modification...”

”Ooh...ah...”

As Little Angel further proceeded, Takao suddenly screamed out, her body suddenly stiffening straight. Vampire and Iona’s eyes widened in astonishment as they watched the scene unfold, clearly unaware of what Takao’s condition signified.

”That part...that’s too intense...it’s going to kill me...no, don’t push so hard...my core...can’t take it anymore, this is really unbearable...!”

”Base-level code modification complete, beginning program injection...”

”Ah...ahhh...don’t, so much...so much is...coming in, I can’t take it anymore ahhh—!!”

Following the scream, Takao suddenly stopped moving. Her eyes bulging, her slim body trembled slightly, her legs swaying side to side. Perhaps it was Fang Zheng’s imagination, but he could even see several droplets of water forming beneath Takao’s thighs.

At that moment, Takao seemed to have lost all her strength and collapsed limply onto the deck.

”Hey, I mean...are you really okay?”

Now, both Vampire and Iona, startled by Takao’s reaction, exchanged looks before Vampire cautiously watched Takao and asked.

As she faced the inquiry, Takao, collapsed on the ground, blushed red, closed her eyes, and kept gasping for breath.

”To have suffered such humiliation, it might as well have killed me!”

Watching the girl lying on the deck gasping for air, Fang Zheng silently put away his phone.

Thank you for the hospitality.
