Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 1143: Chapter 679: Da Wu’s Title Defense

Rumble rumble rumble——

The entire venue shook violently, even the audience seats could clearly feel it.

Hard Claw Comet Fist!

Just the momentum felt like a comet falling from the sky!

Baimu stared at the towering dust cloud and the frightening airwaves sweeping the battlefield to the edge walls, involuntarily envisioning Aggron possibly enduring this blow in the future.

”Phew!”

He felt a bit of pain in his bones.

Mega Metagross can’t make a move against Super Ancient Pokémon, but against Modern Era Pokémon, it has no problem.

However...

It can block it!

Mega Aggron not only has extreme Physical Defense but also resists Steel Attribute, halving the power of Attribute Energy, the rest is manageable!

Baimu saw Salamence abruptly fly out from the dust cloud, knowing that it ultimately avoided the final impact damage of the Comet Fist.

With Mega Metagross’s terrifying tonnage, the accelerated ram is akin to being hit head-on by a speeding train.

Even without the support of Attribute Energy, it still can inflict significant damage on Salamence’s body.

That’s why when Mega Metagross rammed into Ailan’s Mega Charizard X, it indirectly shattered a mountain peak, and Da Wu couldn’t help but praise Mega Charizard X for withstanding it.

And now, upon closer inspection.

There were scorch marks left by the explosion of Steel Attribute Energy on Salamence’s back; its reaction wasn’t as sharp as Mega Metagross’s, escaping just in the nick of time was already extremely difficult.

On the ground.

Mega Metagross spun as it dispersed the smoke, and its collision created a massive, crater-like concave on the ground. It raised its head, looking up at Salamence in the sky, spreading its four arms, calm like a battle machine.

According to the Illustrated Guide, Metagross has four brains connected together, making its ability to assess situations surpass a supercomputer, hence being able to instantly calculate any Technique’s attack route for Evasion.

Whether it has four brains, Baimu doesn’t know.

But he does believe in its ability to calculate the attack route to dodge.

From just now, it hasn’t been hit by any of Salamence’s Techniques, dodging threatening attacks as if it naturally had max level Evasion.

Salamence only has one Technique, Hot Wind, with a large range, making it hard for Mega Metagross to dodge——

But it can use Strong Mental Will to create a shield!

No matter how fierce Hot Wind is, it couldn’t move the shield created by Strong Mental Will, making Baimu increasingly feel like Da Wu and Ailan are just putting on a show.

Because Ailan’s Mega Charizard X once hit Mega Metagross twice, even though Dragon Claw or explosive combustion only felt like scratching an itch to Mega Metagross.

Of course.

It may also be that Mega Metagross thinks there’s no need to dodge.

And calculated that Salamence’s flame is stronger than Mega Charizard X’s, so it maxed out its Evasion capability, just like during the Grandmaster Tournament dodging Ash Ketchum’s Pikachu’s Hundred Thousand Volts.

Long-range fire attacks repeatedly missing, Salamence had to change its strategy.

It first unleashed a Meteor Shower into the sky, narrowly avoiding the Cannon Light Cannon fired amidst the sparkling Electric Light from Mega Metagross’s gathering of four giant arms.

Meteor Shower fell.

Every deep violet light arrow was larger than Hydreigon’s, truly like genuine meteors crashing down.

Mega Metagross’s dodging space rapidly shrank.

The field is large, and so is its size; such densely packed attack ranges are indeed hard to dodge——

But it’s never been only about dodging.

”Wel-oh!”

Mega Metagross was like an engine-started locomotive, clamping its four giant arms together with a radiant silvery-blue brilliance, swiftly enveloping its entire body, exploding with terrifying energy waves rushing towards Salamence!

Comet versus Meteor!

A Meteor Light Arrow crashed down, colliding with an explosive sound.

Yet Mega Metagross didn’t slow down a bit, crashing through the dust cloud, moving forward without the slightest effect from the explosion.

Feeling the imposing pressure, Salamence boldly faced the fierce opponent, its Crescent Blood Wings glowing gold, a cross cyclone appeared from the rapid charge!

The sky-blue energy stream fired up a whirlwind, its momentum indeed over Mega Metagross’s Hard Claw Comet Fist!

Flying Skin: Ultimate Impact!

In an instant.

The two suddenly collided!

Boom——!!

It was like a storm sweeping across the world collided.

The terrifying explosion left countless spectators in temporary tinnitus, their vision engulfed by the intense light, until a violet protective barrier rose, blocking the more horrifying airwaves outside, making them realize what had occurred in the field.

The obstructed energy aftermath soared skyward, forming a deep blue column of light; for miles around, people could see this towering blue light when looking up!

In the woods, countless bird-type Pokémon took flight in fright, and the timid Wild Pokémon watching the arena shivered.

Outside it was like this.

Inside the field, it would have been unbearable if not for the protective barrier.

”Is this the top-tier mega Pokémon then...”

Baimu had to admit, these mega Pokémon, inherently at the pinnacle in the game, were made stronger in the animation by their Trainers.

For such airwaves, he would need Pokémon to Burst Seed or multiple boosts in attack and special attack abilities.

Yet Da Wu and Genji simply triggered the potent Traits of their two Pokémon.

Mega Mawile... being one of the top data points for Physical Attack, its power should not only be what it demonstrated against Salamence.

At the very least it must match Da Wu’s Mega Metagross, maybe even surpass it!
