Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 723: Chapter 488: Riding the Black Dragon (2)

The powerful Rainbow-colored Poké Block is quite precious. After replenishing a batch in Shuijing City earlier, several situations arose, consuming them quite significantly.

Hence, while Rayquaza can taste the flavors, it dreams of eating its fill.

After thinking for a moment, he simply mixed the spicy monochrome Poké Block with the Rainbow-colored one, walked over to the eagerly anticipating Rayquaza, and poured them into its slightly open mouth.

After pouring, seeing its closed long snout, Baimu felt like he was feeding a crocodile.

”Don’t sneeze on me casually, or the pot and tent will be blown away,” he warned.

When interacting with a large Pokémon like Rayquaza, one must be extra cautious. Didn’t a sneeze just blow someone away earlier?

If you get close and listen to its roar, it would probably deafen you like Exploud’s voice for a while.

Hearing this, Rayquaza wasn’t too embarrassed. Instead, it cooperatively turned its head to the other side and, after savoring for a moment, felt the spice rush to its head, causing its entire body to shiver a bit.

Satisfying~

It almost couldn’t help but hum, but it was truly comfortable.

Baimu looked at its slightly trembling body, smiled, and went to help Blissey make dinner.

As various ingredients and numerous spices slowly fused in the flames of the gas stove, the aroma that mesmerized both humans and Pokémon gradually wafted out.

Rayquaza, coming back to its senses from the extreme spiciness, was quickly drawn in.

It curiously looked at the large pot before Baimu, not quite understanding why the flame glowed, and why the things inside the pot glowed as well.

Yet they were very enticing.

It made a dragon that eats dust daily in the ozone layer hungry.

”I’ll serve you a bowl soon!”

Baimu was quite confident in the glowing dish, and Rayquaza’s gaze was entirely expected. Usually, he was accustomed to making extra large portions. With Steelix absent, he would simply give Steelix’s portion to Rayquaza.

Before long.

A bowl of glowing mixed fried rice appeared before Rayquaza, filled with many Tree Fruits that Dragon-type Pokémon especially love besides the fried rice.

Rayquaza stared at the fried rice, its mouth involuntarily drooling dragon saliva, its body rising and revealing its three-fingered claws.

It looked at the other Pokémon who had started to feast, unable to hold back any longer, and attempted to dive in and eat.

A bit unaccustomed.

But it didn’t matter at all.

Because it was simply too delicious, too satisfying for it.

It even wanted to fly up and sing to express its joy—not doable, couldn’t hold it!

Like a swimming dragon, Rayquaza flew towards the ceiling that seemed never-ending, roaring thunderously as it flew, causing its cries to echo throughout the Buried Tower, making even the platform tremble.

”Goodness gracious!”

Baimu quickly supported the folding table to prevent the utensils from falling, while Blissey went to secure the gas stove.

The other Pokémon looked up blankly, wondering if it was too delicious or too unpleasant?

Sister Dragapult lowered her head and forcibly pulled her brother out of the rice bowl; how could he sleep through the loud roar of Rayquaza?

Sleeping through it was one thing, but eating while sleeping as well!

She turned her head towards another dragon who was also eating and sleeping, thinking that big guy was something she’d leave for the Trainer to handle.

Half a minute later.

Rayquaza returned from its frenzy and finished the remaining food, its face showing a highly human-like expression of satisfaction.

”This is all I can offer to entertain you,”

Baimu said to it.

Actually, there’s Pokémon massage, which, though not an exceptionally sophisticated skill, was well received by his Pokémon... He didn’t have the courage to mention it.

Mostly for fear that his massage face would scare Rayquaza.

Besides, he was quite tired; he had been busy for most of the day, giving Rayquaza such a massive dragon a massage was truly exhausting.

Some other time, perhaps.

The bright moon hung high.

Rayquaza hoped Baimu would bring it more pleasurable things, but unfortunately, after greeting it, he dove into the tent preparing for sleep.

No other entertainment.

A bit disappointed, yet understanding humans need sleep to replenish their spirit.

Alright.

It too went to sleep.

Rayquaza gradually coiled up, pressing its head on its body, sinking into slumber like a snake.

——

The light and pleasant bird song woke Baimu.

He rubbed his eyes as he looked outside the tent, finding sunlight streaming in through the hollowed-out portion in the middle of the Buried Tower, making the interior somewhat bright.

And on the steps of the hollowed-out section stood several Swablu with their wings folded.

They curiously glanced inside, quite bold.

Baimu glanced at the napping Rayquaza and confirmed once again that these Swablu were quite bold. Pokémon have a much stronger sense of danger than humans, and yet they didn’t flee upon seeing such a fierce Rayquaza.

”If you dare come over, I’ll dare to feed you!”

He thought to himself. Inside the tent, Blissey also woke up, the movement of getting up disturbed Mawile, who impatiently turned over, facing Corsola.

And then...

Hydreigon woke up.

With its awakening, all Pokémon were forced to wake up.

”Cheedor!”

Mawile grumbled and sat up, its bangs a bit messy and fluffed, much like a little girl just waking up.

Rayquaza was also among those awakened by the noise.

But it wasn’t angry, just a bit surprised.

It had a dream.

Rayquaza couldn’t recall how many years it had been since it last experienced a dream. As a being that doesn’t need to land, it could go a hundred years without sleeping, soaring freely through the skies.

Unexpectedly, after meeting Baimu and experiencing new things that night, it actually had a dream.

To be honest, the feeling wasn’t bad.

Although many scenes in the dream seemed peculiar to it, this kind of vague, illusory yet seemingly real vision struck a chord with it.

And when it smelled the fragrance of food, Rayquaza became excited again.

Could it be time to eat again?

That glowing food!

”Hmm, good morning, Rayquaza!” Baimu turned his head at the sound and greeted it, ”After breakfast, can you send me back to the Pillar of the Sky?”

He had agreed with Xijana to return in the morning, and he didn’t want to go back on his word.

Rayquaza didn’t say much, just stared at the pot in a daze.

This dragon...

was a bit of a glutton.

Baimu could understand the allure of glowing cuisine, but he hadn’t expected Rayquaza to be so quickly captivated by it. Technically, it should have been more reserved...

Well.

If it were the Hoenn Rayquaza, maybe it would be more reserved.

The alternate-colored Rayquaza was inherently carefree, doing whatever it wanted without hiding its thoughts.

Baimu twisted the spoon a bit, pondering how he might persuade the creature to take him back to Hoenn’s Pillar of the Sky, even if they didn’t get too close.

He was, in fact, also concerned about the Hoenn Rayquaza’s presence and the possibility of a territorial fight breaking out between the two Rayquaza.

That wouldn’t be much fun.

During the meal, the Swablu ultimately dared not approach, as the awakened Rayquaza’s deterrence was ten thousand times stronger than when it was asleep. These future Dragon-type Pokémon’s courage wasn’t great.

Baimu, while a bit regretful, frequently glanced at the cheerful-faced Rayquaza.

He wasn’t sure if the latter truly intended to release him. A brief mental exchange made him understand that, to humans, the alternate-colored Rayquaza’s personality seemed a bit domineering.

Especially when it encountered something it was interested in.

It would cling to it like a little boy holding onto his favorite robot, unwilling to let go.

Thus, Baimu was somewhat worried.

Unexpectedly, just when he thought he’d have to exert a lot of effort to convince Rayquaza to take him back, it readily agreed upon hearing the request once more.

And it even allowed him to ride on its back to return.

”Huh? Really?”

Baimu looked at Rayquaza with immense surprise. The latter nodded slightly and found a position that let him climb up smoothly.

What’s going on? Did his dream come true so quickly?

In just one night, he became the Rayquaza knight?

He felt a bit like he was dreaming, and while he thought he somewhat understood Rayquaza, he realized he actually knew very little. Perhaps they could have more mental exchanges.

”Thank you.”

After expressing his gratitude, Baimu eagerly sat up at Rayquaza’s neck.

Feeling the weight on its neck, Rayquaza quickly lifted its upper body, causing Baimu to quickly grasp its horns to prevent himself from falling off.

”Ah! Sorry! I didn’t mean to—”

He was about to let go when Rayquaza suddenly whipped its tail and charged outside, letting out an earth-shattering roar as it went.

”Aong—!!”

In an instant.

The bird Pokémon originally perched on the outer walls of the Buried Tower took flight in a panic, dispersing in all directions. After escaping to a safe spot, they looked towards the departing alternate-colored Rayquaza.
