The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 1275: Chapter 1275: My Daughter Is Not Inferior to Anyone!

Hendrik Zachmann looked at his once exceedingly fond uncle, with a helpless expression on his face, somewhat reluctant to speak: ”I asked Audrick Zachmann, the school event was Caryn’s fault, I’ll have her apologize to my cousin in person.”

Before he could finish, Stanley Zachmann interrupted him lightly: ”No need, Nathalie Quinlan doesn’t need your apology, if it’s not sincere she doesn’t need to hear it, such an apology is merely a facade, only wasting everyone’s time.”

Stanley Zachmann knew very well that Caryn Zachmann could not sincerely apologize to Nathalie Quinlan.

The apology Hendrik Zachmann mentioned was nothing more than a mere ’sorry’.

He understood Nathalie Quinlan, Nathalie wasn’t the type to need someone to say sorry. If Caryn Zachmann was just putting on a show for Hendrik Zachmann, why force Nathalie Quinlan to listen to their apology?

Upon reaching this point, Hendrik Zachmann was at a loss for words, could only say: ”Regardless, what happened at the school event was her fault, I’ll go back and talk to her...”

Changing the subject, Hendrik Zachmann suddenly brought up Nathalie Quinlan’s matter: ”But uncle, we did see Nathalie at Serenity Clubhouse. Her classmates said she got into a Lamborghini with an out-of-town license plate, I went to the parking lot, there was indeed a red sports car parked there. Nathalie doesn’t know with whom she’s run off to Serenity Clubhouse to play.”

Hendrik Zachmann assumed he was acting in the best interest of his young cousin whom he had never met. When he spoke about Nathalie Quinlan, it came more naturally to him than when he mentioned Caryn Zachmann: ”I think at her age she should focus on studying. Nathalie Quinlan reaching the World Software Competition finals shows she has certain talent in computer science, she is so gifted and young, if well nurtured, she will surely have a great career.”

Hendrik Zachmann rubbed his brow, paused, and reluctantly continued to explain: ”I hope she doesn’t go down the wrong path.”

”McKinney’s conditions aren’t as prosperous as Beijing’s, she always lived in McKinney and never came to Beijing before. Coming to a new place, it’s inevitable she’ll be dazzled. I truly hope she doesn’t go down an incorrect path and ruin her life.”

Stanley Zachmann listened to every word of his advice to manage his daughter, hinting that Nathalie Quinlan previously lived in McKinney, and hadn’t been exposed to the world, thus was blinded by Beijing’s prosperity and was on the wrong path. His heart sank suddenly, and his gaze towards Hendrik Zachmann turned noticeably colder.

Stanley Zachmann didn’t answer Hendrik Zachmann directly but instead asked him back: ”Have you met Nathalie, do you know her?”

Hendrik Zachmann was somewhat embarrassed by the question, realizing Stanely Zachmann seemed angered by what he said, his expression showed some helplessness along with a bit of awkwardness, he replied: ”No. Before, I booked a private room at Imperial Hotel for dinner, but Nathalie didn’t have time to come.”

”She didn’t not have time, she just didn’t want to have dinner with you all!” Stanley Zachmann replied quite unkindly, his refined square face tight, extremely stern, and his words were very straightforward: ”You’ve never even met her, nor do you understand her, and you assume she’s gone down the wrong path just because you saw a similar red sports car outside the clubhouse. Ha, today if you saw Caryn and friends outside eating, would you also think she went down the wrong path?”

”You speak so confidently only because that person is Nathalie! You think she lived in McKinney, hadn’t seen the world, is inferior to Caryn in every way, hence she is easily tempted and went down the wrong path, right?”

Stanley Zachmann asked him two questions in succession but didn’t wait for him to answer, just said indifferently: ”I tell you, Nathalie Quinlan is more excellent than you think, she is not inferior to anyone!”
