The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 1267: Chapter 1267: Large-Scale Face Slap Scene

After all, Caryn’s friends are all some second-generation rich kids in Beijing, not very old, all quite young. If Caryn is willing to help Nathalie Quinlan get into her circle, it would be easier to explain to my uncle and grandpa.

Hendrik Zachmann himself thought his idea was great. First, it would ease the relationship between the two, and second, it would count as helping Nathalie.

Nathalie, after all, came from McKinney.

The circle in Beijing is always very exclusive and big on rejection. For someone like Nathalie, it’s very hard to integrate into this circle. If someone brings her in, it would be different.

Caryn Zachmann has a good relationship with Amadeus and them, and her status in the circle is very high. As long as Caryn is willing to give Nathalie a hand, Nathalie can integrate into this circle.

It’s just that it’s hard to reach the higher circles.

Thinking this way, Hendrik sent Caryn a message, saying he might bring Nathalie along.

After sending the message, Hendrik didn’t check how Caryn replied. He put the phone in his pants pocket and went to the bathroom to wash his hands and cool down.

At this moment, Nathalie was still unaware that someone hoped she could cling to Caryn to get into the Beijing circle.

Valencia Jett’s sports car just parked at the Serenity Clubhouse. The Clubhouse staff led them in. Valencia, always grand, went to make a phone call on the side, then turned around and said to Nathalie, ”Let’s go. We’re going in. I’ve booked the whole Clubhouse, so no one will disturb us today.”

The girl just got out of the car when her phone buzzed. She took it out and saw a string of messages from Hendrik Zachmann.

A pair of cold and detached eyes just glanced at the messages from Hendrik and saw him mentioning Master Cadmus, and Nathalie’s lips curled slightly with a hint of coldness.

Caryn Zachmann wants to get into Master Cadmus’s laboratory?

Caryn is someone with ill intentions. Getting into Master Cadmus’s lab for her would just be to gild herself, not to truly learn anything.

If Caryn really got in, that would be a waste of a spot!

Nathalie doesn’t like to meddle in other people’s business and isn’t interested in anything to do with the Zachmann Family.

With cold, pale hands, she deleted Hendrik’s messages, lifted her head, and followed Valencia into the Serenity Clubhouse.

...

Meanwhile, Caryn Zachmann and her entourage arrived in pomp at the outside of the Serenity Clubhouse.

There seemed to be a lot of people around her, but they were all small fry. No one from the circle like Govert Griffin was there, and even people like Nadya Tucker didn’t show up.

Let alone Sadam Vinson and Amadeus Yancey.

It was all just surface-level glamor!

This time, Mateo Gordon reserved the place. When everyone arrived, they waited for Mateo’s arrangements. Who knew? Mateo excitedly went to find the Clubhouse’s staff, and before long, they heard the sound of quarreling.

”What do you mean? What do you mean we should come back another day? Do you know who we are yet you’re making us come back another day?”

”Sorry, Mr. Gordon, our Clubhouse is fully booked today. The VIP requested a private experience, so we cannot accommodate other guests today.”

Mateo was fuming, his face, exhausted from indulgence in wine and women, turned a liver color. He completely ignored the staff’s explanation, arrogantly shouting,

”You’re just a waiter talking nonsense. Where’s your manager? Let him come and talk to me.”

Caryn felt he was making an ugly scene and unhappily walked over, her beautiful eyes faintly asking, ”What’s going on?”

”This person tells me the Clubhouse is fully booked today and that we need to find another place.” Mateo, filled with anger, sneered, ”I haven’t heard of anyone being able to book the entire Serenity Clubhouse! It’s not Amadeus Yancey and his followers. Who the hell is so friggin’ grand!”
