After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 789: Chapter 793 I’ve Already Fallen in Love with You

”Mo Mo has really grown up, and you look wonderful. Let Uncle John help you get some warm water ready, and Mom will go prepare your clothes for you to dress up as a handsome little prince to meet your Princess Wanwan.”

The three of them went upstairs together, with John taking Luo Jun for a bath, while Luo Xiaoqian opened her suitcase to take out the little suit she had prepared for Luo Jun and a nicely-wrapped gift and took them to his room.

Soon, Luo Jun had finished his bath and walked out of the bathroom wrapped in a big towel. Luo Xiaoqian carried him to the bed, carefully dried his hair and body, then used a hair dryer to blow his hair dry before she took out the prepared shirt and little suit.

Such simple things, Luo Jun did not need her for, watching the little guy dress himself, Luo Xiaoqian helped him adjust his bow tie and handkerchief, then took a step back, nodding in satisfaction and giving him a thumbs up.

”Prince Mo Mo, you look so dashing. I’ve already fallen for you.”

Imitating the style of a prince from the movies, Mo Mo knelt on one knee, ”Then you should marry me, Princess Qianqian.”

Luo Xiaoqian laughed aloud, ”Okay.”

”You have to put your hand in mine,” Mo Mo corrected.

”Yes, Your Royal Highness the Prince,” Luo Xiaoqian tried to suppress her laughter and placed her hand on his little one. Mo Mo then leaned over to kiss the back of her hand, ”Now, you are my bride.”

Seeing him being so serious, Luo Xiaoqian couldn’t help but laugh out loud, hugging her son tight, ”Prince Mo Mo, you really are Mommy’s little happy pill.”

In the past five years, it was because of his presence by her side that she was able to maintain her optimism amidst the fatigue and loneliness of struggling alone.

Now, her son had grown another year older and had become increasingly understanding, indeed a mother’s heartfelt relief.

”Oh, look what this is!” Luo Xiaoqian remembered something, let go of him, and took a nicely-wrapped gift from a bag on the floor and presented it to him, ”To my most beloved Prince Mo Mo, happy birthday!”

”Thank you!” Luo Jun accepted the gift and did not forget to lean in to kiss her cheek before he carefully opened the wrapping of the large square box in his hands.

Once the wrapping was removed, what was revealed was unmistakably a vinyl record case.

”Wow!” Little Luojun said with a face full of surprise, ”Is this... Beethoven’s string quartet?!”

”That’s right!” Luo Xiaoqian sat down next to him, ”Do you like it?”

Perhaps inheriting both parents’ musical talents completely, Little Luojun had been particularly sensitive to music since he was born, especially enjoying the piano. On one occasion, when he heard a vinyl record, this little fellow, with his natural musical ears, immediately noticed that the sound quality of these records completely surpassed the modern CDs, and he developed a deep interest in these records.

The ethereal and live feeling of vinyl records is unique, an ultimate high-fidelity restoration.

Because her son liked it, Luo Xiaoqian naturally helped him collect them.

She had recently acquired this vinyl record in very good condition, with not a scratch on it, and she had brought it from the United States specifically to give to her son as a birthday present.

”I love it!” Luo Jun said, his face full of excitement, ”Can I listen to it now?”

Compared to other children’s favorite toys, vinyl records were undoubtedly the best gift for him.

”Of course not,” Luo Xiaoqian patted his little head, ”You’re about to attend the birthday party, so you’ll have to listen to it later.”
