After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 765: Chapter 769: From Princess to Queen! [8]

”Remember to be very careful,” Luo Xiaoqian softly reminded.

The strength of that man surpassed her imagination by far, just finding Xu Pei took her a whole five years, and now, that man had not yet appeared. To be safe, she had to be doubly careful.

This house contained her memories, and was also her and Zimo’s home—she couldn’t let anyone destroy it.

Even if it could potentially affect Leng Zimo’s projects, she still had to do this.

She believed that when Leng Zimo eventually learned the truth, he would definitely forgive her.

The two cars quickly returned to the city, and Luo Xiaoqian took Luo Jun to a small seafood restaurant she used to frequent for some grilled seafood. The little guy ate with great relish, while Luo Xiaoqian only took a few bites before taking out her camcorder to record Luo Jun.

She always carried the camcorder with her, recording the little guy’s growth ever since she left Leng Zimo.

The first sound of the fetal heartbeat, the first fetal movements, every prenatal check-up result, her gradually enlarging belly... his first cry after birth, his first bath, the time he learned to roll over, to crawl, to hold his bottle and drink water, to take shaky steps...

She would record everything with the camcorder.

All these moments of Luo Jun’s growth that Leng Zimo missed, she would make up for them later.

Because these were moments his father should have been a part of.

”Big Fool, do you see? Your son is just like you, he always likes to peel everything clean before he takes a bite...” While recording, Luo Xiaoqian didn’t forget to add a voice-over, ”Today I did a little something to your project, to protect our home, I hope you won’t be angry.”

Luo Jun had long been accustomed to her constant recording, and after peeling the shrimp, he didn’t eat it but instead handed it to her straight away.

”Mom, you eat.”

”One bite each.”

Luo Xiaoqian didn’t refuse, but bit off a third.

She wanted to raise her son to be a person who wasn’t selfish, and sharing was just one part of that.

Luo Jun stretched out his little hand, bit off a third of the shrimp in his hand, and then brought the remaining part up to the camcorder lens, ”Big Fool Daddy, this is yours. Mommy says to like helping others. Since you’re not here, I’ll help you eat it.”

Then, he really took the shrimp back and put it in his own mouth.

Luo Xiaoqian smiled as she watched him from the side. The little guy ate with elegance, placing the peeled shrimp shells neatly on the plate, just like his father, the Gentleman.

That man was very dominant, and it seemed that even his genes were dominant. Although Luo Jun was their child, he was more like him, whether in appearance or personality.

After dinner, they returned to the hotel, she gave the little guy a bath, settled him into the bed of the suite, turned off the main light, and then returned to her own room.

When she came out after washing and drying her hair, her bed had a big lump on it.

Poking at it, Luo Xiaoqian walked over, lifted the blanket, and sure enough, there was Luo Jun grinning at her.

”Mom’s bed is so soft.”

”Should I go sleep over there?”

”It’s really cold over there.”

”Should I add another blanket to the bed for you?”

When his two excuses were seen through, the little guy immediately crawled over and hugged her like a koala, greedily sniffing the scent on her.

”Mom smells so nice, and so pretty. It’d be dangerous to sleep alone, should Mo Mo come protect Mom?”
