After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 669: Chapter 673 Her Ancient Castle [2]

Her Castle

The first floor’s living room, dining room, kitchen; the second floor’s piano room, study, Practice Room...

Leng Zimo led her on a tour of the castle, with the Butler respectfully following behind them. It wasn’t until they reached the third floor that Leng Zimo raised his right hand and the Butler stopped in his tracks on the staircase.

Upon reaching the third floor, Leng Zimo let go of her waist, stepped back two paces, then, like a Gentleman, extended his left hand to her.

”Honored Her Royal Highness the Princess, please allow me to escort you to your quarters.”

Luo Xiaoqian smiled and placed her hand in his.

”Very well, my knight sir, it is my honor.”

Leng Zimo gently kissed her hand and led her to the end.

The door, a pure European style, opened quietly. Unlike Huangfu Ruo’s slightly more modern decor, this entire castle was decorated with an authentic medieval style; everything in the bedroom was kept in its original castle essence.

Whether the color scheme or the style, it was exactly the kind that Luo Xiaoqian liked the most.

Her gaze swept across the bedroom, pausing at the bay window hung with sheer curtains.

”This...” She had seen this bay window before, ”is this from the album you showed me?”

”That wasn’t an album; it was a design draft that I had the designer prepare for me. The bay window was renovated exactly according to your ideas,” Leng Zimo said with a smile.

”You had already bought it?!”

Luo Xiaoqian’s face was full of surprise. When she first saw those, she thought they were just pictures in an album. She hadn’t expected they were actually design drafts.

”Originally, Qin Lan wanted to buy this castle, but at that time the owner wasn’t sure about selling. He had to settle for the next best thing and bought the one next door. Later, when the seller contacted him again, he called me to ask if I wanted it. He said that in the future we could be neighbors, and you and Ruoruo could play together. I simply decided to buy it.” Leng Zimo smiled indulgently, ”I didn’t discuss this with you, and I was a bit worried that you wouldn’t like it. But seeing how much you like it now, I’m relieved.”

Luo Xiaoqian held his hand, ”Doing this, you’ll end up spoiling me.”

”That would be best, then no one could take you away from me.” Leng Zimo walked with her onto the balcony, ”Come, look in front of you. From the river to that forest over there, all belongs to the castle. It’s past the season now, but by next June, you can come here and see the Lavender Field in full bloom.”

Luo Xiaoqian gazed at the lavender fields in the nighttime haze; now only a indistinct night view was visible, yet she envisioned a vast expanse of blossoming flowers.

”I can imagine that the view must be beautiful. By then, you’ll accompany me to see it.”

Leng Zimo wrapped his arms around her waist from behind, resting his head gently on her shoulder, looking at the moonlight before them together.

”By then, our child will also have been born, and we can bring him here to see it with us.”

”Yes, our family of three will come together then.”

Turning her head, Luo Xiaoqian looked into his approaching gaze, not speaking further, but simply leaning in to tenderly kiss him.

With such a doting man, she had nothing else to offer in return, the only thing she could do was to love him even more.

Lifting her into his arms, Leng Zimo headed straight for the large bed in the bedroom.

”One thing...” Luo Xiaoqian pinched the front of his clothing, reminding him with a flushed face, ”I’m carrying Xiao Bao right now, so be a little gentle.”

”I will be very gentle, very gentle,” he murmured, and his lips found hers once more.
