About a kilometer away, a Beastman War Gang was rapidly approaching. This Beastman War Gang was led by several groups of shield-bearing Inferior Horned Beasts, a few Horned Beast Groups, and two Great Horned Beasts. On both wings were large groups of Chaos War Dogs and Chaos Razor Beasts.

”The evil Beastmen have appeared! Eslelin, pick up your weapons and fight to defend our forest!” Alaros shouted loudly as he rode on his Wood Elf Warhorse, commanding the Wood Elf army: ”Prepare to engage the Beastmen! Woodland Guards in front! Eternal Guards in the back! Woodland Cavalry, follow me!”

”Yes!” The Wood Elf army quickly formed ranks: ”For Aisloron, for Olein and Airel!”

”Asur!” Tygris also began to issue orders.

The well-trained High Elf Army quickly formed ranks like flowing water. The Lothern Sea Guard and Long Spear Soldiers brought by Tygris were positioned in front, with Archers in the back. Tygris disdainfully glanced at the rapidly advancing Beastman War Gang, raising his hand to prepare to unleash Rain of Fire Meteors.

”No, Lord Tygris! Please don’t cast destructive spells in the forest!” Female Prophet Lifer immediately sensed what Tygris intended to do and hastily urged him: ”The forest is our home!”

”...” Tygris’ face changed slightly, and his dead fish eyes glared at Lifer once. The Supreme Grandmaster immediately selected a spell from his vast magic knowledge that wouldn’t harm the forest.

High Magic, Hand of Glory!

The spirits of the Ancient Warriors were summoned by the Supreme Grandmaster to the elves’ side, protecting and enhancing their combat power.

Female Prophet Lifer also finished chanting a Life Magic spell, Thorn Shield. The Eternal Guards of the Wood Elves were protected by the Thorn Shield. They formed a tight shield wall, ready to confront the enemy.

As the first Inferior Horned Beast came within range, the elves displayed their formidable archery skills. Swarms of arrows shot out like a storm towards the charging Beastman Tribe, causing massive casualties among the Beastmen. At this moment, the Lothern Sea Guard, High Elf Archers, and Woodland Guards all launched their volleys. Wave after wave of arrows covered the Beastman ranks, and in the blink of an eye, swathes of Inferior Horned Beasts and Horned Beasts fell under a barrage of arrows.

The first wave of Beastmen fell before they could get close, with none reaching the shield wall assembled by the elves.

However, this Beastman War Gang was sizable, with a second and third wave coming behind the first. These Beastmen were not like the riffraff of the first wave; most carried shields, and many Great Horned Beasts wielding giant axes charged through the dense rain of arrows towards the elves.

”Kill... Sharp Ears! Kill... everyone!”

”Feast of Crows!” Tygris immediately chanted the second spell. The Supreme Grandmaster summoned an enormous number of black crows, which rushed into the Beastman Battle Group, greatly slowing their advance. However, the thick hides of the Horned Beasts and Great Horned Beasts made it difficult for the crows to inflict any effective damage.

”Hmm!” ”Clang~”

Seeing the Beastmen approaching, the Woodland Guards quickly retreated behind the Eternal Guards, and the Lothern Sea Guard raised their Long Spears.

The first Horned Beast crashed into the shield wall, causing several High Elf Long Spear Soldiers to stagger back, long spears pointing, as the Beast was skewered by three spears impaling it through and through.

Next came the second, the third, black and brown tides like waves crashing on a cliff by the sea, hundreds of Beastmen slammed into the shield wall of the Elf Alliance Army, with flesh and blood flying.

The Beastmen’s fierce assault seemed thrilling but was actually ineffective. The shield wall formed by the elves did waver under the Beastmen’s fierce assault but remained intact. Whether High Elf or Wood Elf, their soldiers were all battle-hardened. Even new recruits had no less than ten years of military training. Facing an ordinary Beastman War Gang, the elves felt no fear.

The Woodland Cavalry moved freely through the forest. Some rode horses, others rode stags, but none of this hindered their mounts’ agile maneuverability. Even in dense forests, these cavalry could move at full speed. Under Alaros’ leadership, the Woodland Cavalry deftly circled to the flank, using their bows to shoot the enemy from the side.

”Centaurs!” Alaros immediately noticed the cunning Beastmen with the same idea, as a Centaur Beast Group also attempted to outflank the Elf Alliance Army from the side.

”Shoot!” Dozens of Woodland Cavalry fired simultaneously, arrows whistling by as Centaur Beast Group members fell in succession. Alaros’ reflex bow hit the eyes of three Centaurs in quick succession, then he drew his Long Spear from his back, stabbing a charging Centaur straight through: ”Hey! Damn bastards! Taste this!”

The side battlefield involved the Woodland Cavalry and Centaur Beast Group, while on the front battlefield, the elves’ shield wall firmly blocked the Beastmen’s assault. The Beastmen could not breach the shield wall, and the battle began to reach a stalemate.

Time Distortion! Tygris chanted the third spell.

The time to decide victory had arrived!

”For Hos! For the Phoenix Royal Court! For Ossuan!”

The resounding horn sounded from the rear of the High Elf Army, symbolizing supreme wisdom and power. The first exquisitely clad Hos Sword Saint, wearing half plate armor and a skirt of armor, stepped on the shoulders of his comrades, leaping from behind the solid shield wall. His tall feathered-crested helmet bobbed along with the red plume streaming in Aisloron’s forest.
