Warhammer Divine Throne

The road gradually became congested, too many carriages and pedestrians filled the originally wide path, forcing the dwarf convoy to slow down, which resulted in a collision with a group of elves.

The dwarves didn’t like the elves, and the elves spotted the dwarves.

Both sides indifferently ignored each other, each going their own way, and the large convoy moved in order, maintaining peace.

......

Brittania, the capital of Boldro Duchy, Bodlukes, Manannan Dry Dock.

A fleet from the empire was entering the port, with the sails of the large ship painted with a blue shield emblem, a white wolf head, and a battle flag depicting a white wolf wielding a warhammer.

”Prince-Elector of Wolrich and Duke of Midland, Boris Todbringer has arrived.” Duke Boldro Bodrick said to Sir Houlf beside him: ”It seems that the Grand Master of the White Wolf Knight Order, Axel Griss, is also here. You represent me to welcome them at the dock.”

There was no particular friendship between Bodric and Boris, and their relationship was average. Boris didn’t hold as much sway as Tygris, so Bodric felt just doing the minimum was fine.

”Yes! My Duke.” Sir Houlf was about to go forward to greet on behalf of Duke Bodric, but he quickly returned: ”Duke, Laine’s foster parents have also arrived!”

”What?!” Bodric looked closely, indeed, the fully armed Boris Prince-Elector and the Grand Master of the White Wolf Knight Order, Axel Griss, were each supporting a slim elderly nobleman and an elderly lady with white hair, helping them step off the ship, ”Sir Norman, Lady Norman, take it slow.”

The little old man with a red nose, almost bald in the middle with only a little hair on the sides, clearly wasn’t used to being on a ship, his face pale and his steps unsteady, cautiously alighting the vessel under the support of Boris Prince-Elector: ”No need, Sir Boris, you’re making it really awkward for me, you are a Prince-Elector, and I am just a bumpkin from Nord Village!”

”What does that matter? Laine and I are as close as brothers, which makes you my elder! Sir Norman.” Boris wore a smile on his face, indeed, normally a Prince-Elector’s status was five levels higher than a bumpkin lord from Nord Village, but Norman had a good son, making this little old man deserving of Boris’s courteous treatment.

In the current Nord Kingdom, who didn’t know that Norman’s son was Laine Macado? The Holy Sanctuary Powerhouse who even defeated ’Red Eye’ Egil? Even King Harald Frank of the Nord Kingdom showed respect to Norman, and Boris had his reasons to establish a bond.

White Wolf Yurik even issued an oracle, instructing Boris to take Mr. and Mrs. Norman to White Wolf City for their retirement.

”So they really are Laine’s foster parents!” Bodric could no longer remain calm: ”Go! Sea God Knight, come with me to welcome Laine’s parents!”

”Yes!”

Duke Bodric personally led a large group of Sea God Knights to greet Boris Prince-Elector, Grand Master of the White Wolf Knight Order Axel, and Laine’s foster parents, arranging for them to stay in the castle. The duke stood on the dock with a complex expression, muttering to himself: ”Even the empire’s Prince-Elector has come...”

From behind came an unpleasant sound of footsteps, which didn’t resemble human footsteps at all, but rather the sound of some wooden spikes piercing directly into the ground.

”Why do you appear at this time?” Duke Bodric did not turn around, he just stood there, as a woman appeared behind him wearing a red scarf, clad in tattered shirt and shorts, holding a trident.

This woman was special; from below her calves, instead of human legs and feet, were wooden prosthetics.

”Father sent me to find you, I need your help, the Divine Chosen Champion of my father and the Sea God’s prince, Bodric de Boldro.”
