Chapter 101: Chapter 52: Drinking and Going Wild (Part 2)

K3 felt like his ears were going to go deaf. First, he was tortured by Su Jiameng’s piercing magical sound, and now he was being tormented up close by Xu Na.

He dug his ears with his little finger, and K3 finally felt his hearing recover a bit. But given Su Jiameng’s usual style, he didn’t think he could stop her. He was just looking for an excuse to sneak out for some fresh air. Just then, his smart brain made a beeping sound, and he quickly raised his hand and said, ”Nana, Senior Sister Ai is looking for me. I’ll leave things here to you for now.”

Then, K3, who had always been quite loyal, was the first to sneak away. Opening the door of the private room, Su Jiameng’s voice directly burst out, making the customers in the corridor shudder. K3 calmly closed the door, opened his smart brain to see who sent the message, and pretended to mutter, ”Which darn room is that sound coming from...”

The message was from a woman with the ID name Lan Lian. K3’s eyes lit up; he didn’t expect his random guess just now to be correct. The message was indeed from Xiao Xue. He found a secluded place and opened the video connection.

”Momo, where are you?” The video showed a girl with a striking appearance and a tranquil temperament, her eyes exuding a gentle warmth like water. ”I went to Nocturnal Song City with some classmates for a gathering. Do you want to join us?”

Nocturnal Song City? K3 thought to himself, feeling it was fate, and smiled as he said, ”Senior Sister Ai, I’m actually in Nocturnal Song City right now, celebrating with my team members. We just gathered enough for Three-star Team’s five thousand points, and everyone’s a bit too excited.”

”Three-star Team? You reached five thousand points already?” The voice on the other side lifted slightly, as if she couldn’t believe it. But she quickly congratulated K3, her tone sincere, genuinely happy for him. Then, with a hint of regret, she said, ”Since your team is having a celebration party, it’s not convenient for me to ask you over. Have fun, and remember not to go too crazy.”

Thinking of the scene inside the private room like a wolf crying and a ghost howling, K3 only felt a headache. But in front of the senior sister he liked, he couldn’t show a bad expression. He could only brace himself and respond, ”Senior Sister Ai, you take care too. You have classes tomorrow, right? Don’t stay out too late.”

The school system at Xilena Academy lasts all year, without semesters. So while K3 was on vacation fighting for team points, the hardworking students at Xilena had to continue attending school, sometimes not getting home once a year.

After exchanging a few more words, K3 reluctantly hung up the video call. After turning off his smart brain and opening the private room, he found the scene inside even more chaotic. Xu Na, Xu Lei, and Lucy were sitting obediently on the sofa, each holding a microphone. They were seated, and Su Jiameng was standing. To K3, this scene looked like three rabbits being stared down by a wolf.

”Xiao Meng?” K3 hesitated and called her name, and at the same time received sympathetic looks from the other three buddies.

”Boss Qin?” Su Jiameng turned her head to look at him, then nodded, pointing her microphone at him, and then towards the empty spot next to Lucy, ”Sit there, sit properly, pick up the microphone! Hurry up, if you don’t want to suffer, just obediently do as I say!”

K3 was puzzled, but seeing that the other buddies were doing the same, he foolishly followed suit. He really wanted to know what Su Jiameng was up to in her drunk state... and then, he knew.

”I’ll teach... teach you all to sing. I’ll sing a line, and you follow along! No going off-key, no forgetting the lyrics, and no not singing!” Su Jiameng placed her foot on the coffee table in front of the sofa, holding a microphone in each hand. The one in her right hand was intact, but the one in her left hand had been twisted into a pretzel by her strength. ”Does everyone know the game’s rules?”

K3, with an unfortunate mouth, asked, ”If... by chance we go off-key, or forget the lyrics, or don’t sing, what will happen?”

Lucy next to him cautiously nudged his foot with hers, signaling him to look at the twisted metal block beside him, hinting that this would be the consequence of breaking the rules! K3 looked over, and after a long realization, recognized what it was ╥﹏╥. Damn, when did she tear down the defensive wall panel from the private room? Wasn’t this thing supposed to withstand a thousand shots from the Hotline Particle Cannon?

”Can we sing now?” Su Jiameng smiled with an evil charm, her loli face inexplicably giving off a queen’s demeanor.

”Can we sing now?” The few were about to nod and say they could sing now, but thinking of that panel, they reflexively raised their microphones and repeated Su Jiameng’s words. The result was obvious; their actions were very much to someone’s satisfaction.

Everything quieted down, the audience was obedient, and the students were focused. Su Jiameng once again passionately and deeply entered the world of music. A medley of various off-key divine songs heightened her spirits, and with grand gestures, she occasionally performed distressing robotic dances. Watching this, K3 and the others not only had earaches and stomachaches but also profound headaches!

K3 suddenly deeply regretted not accepting Senior Sister Ai’s invitation to join her private room gathering. Returning to his own room was completely suicidal QAQ.

For the sake of his little life, he quietly applied for external assistance... hoping that Senior Sister Ai, with their mutual understanding, could swiftly come to the rescue!

The drunk Su Jiameng was evidently full of energy, hoarsely shouting for most of the day, still vigorous, as if planning to continue for several hundred rounds. While singing, she raised her head in confusion and asked K3 and the others, ”Where did the concert audience go?”

K3 and the others were speechless, choked: ”...” She had deluded herself post-storm into thinking she was holding a concert?

Normally, people need Credit Points to sing, but this person demands lives when she sings! (To be continued. If you like this work, please visit Qidian (qidian.com) to vote for recommendations and monthly tickets. Your support is my greatest motivation. Mobile users, please read at m.qidian.com.)
