Caught in Affairs with Superstar

Chapter 489: Chapter 382: Returning Through the Snow

After dinner together, Zhou Yun messaged Zheng Xiaojue, saying that he was done here and could pick her up now.

”I’m going to the airport soon, heading back to Shanghai.”

Wei Heyun clicked his tongue twice and said, ”As expected, with a boyfriend now, you are in such a hurry to go back late at night.”

”Exactly, do you have a problem with that?”

”No complaints.” Wei Heyun said somewhat irritably.

The two sat in the private room chatting.

Twenty minutes later, Zheng Xiaojue messaged Zhou Yun: Sister Xiao Yun, we’ve arrived.

”They’ve arrived, let’s go.” Zhou Yun said.

Wei Heyun nodded.

The two walked out of the private room and headed towards the entrance.

Suddenly, two people came towards them.

It was a man and a woman.

Zhou Yun recognized the woman.

It was a woman he hadn’t seen for a while.

During the shooting of ”Eighth Heartbeat”, besides their main actors, there were also some who played supporting roles. Thanks to the popularity of ”Eighth Heartbeat”, each actor gained considerable attention. Although the film was a flop, it made a name, and the actors benefited from it.

Zhou Yun hadn’t expected to encounter Yu Yhan here.

It was clearly deep winter, and it was snowing outside, but she was wearing only a black mini dress that wrapped tightly, fully showcasing her impressive figure.

The dress only reached her thighs, revealing a pair of long, straight legs.

She was wrapped in the arms of a man in his thirties, the two of them intimately chatting and laughing.

Then, Yu Yhan looked up and saw Zhou Yun.

For a moment, Zhou Yun didn’t know whether to greet Yu Yhan or not.

It turned out to be the man beside Yu Yhan who spoke first.

”Wei Heyun, you’re here today too, why didn’t you tell me, we could have had a drink together.”

Wei Heyun smiled and said, ”I’m here with a friend, I don’t have the time to drink with you guys.”

”Friend? Is this your friend? Isn’t this Zhou Yun?” The man beside Yu Yhan looked Zhou Yun over, his smile suggesting a hint of innuendo, then turned his gaze back to Wei Heyun, ”I was wondering why you sneaked here alone without telling us.”

”Cut it out, don’t get the wrong idea, just friends.” Wei Heyun waved his hand, ”I’m going to take Zhou Yun back now, we’ll talk later.”

”Why the rush? Let’s have another drink.” The other man said.

Wei Heyun waved his hand, ”I have something to do, I’ll catch up with you later,” and with that attitude, the other man couldn’t really say more.

Only then did the two of them leave.

Zhou Yun didn’t greet Yu Yhan at all.

Neither did Yu Yhan greet her.

It was as if the two didn’t know each other.

”Who was that man?” Zhou Yun asked.

Wei Heyun said, ”Zhong Zidong, a playboy just as idle as me.”

”Oh.”

”Are you upset by how he spoke just now? Ah, don’t mind, that’s just how he is, everything is trivial to him, drinks alcohol like water, he’ll probably die at a drinking table one day.”

”No, I don’t mind his attitude, but the person with him just now, shot a film with me, her name is Yu Yhan.” Zhou Yun said.

”Her, I know her. I saw her not long ago when I was dining with Zhong Zidong. I heard people say she’s his girlfriend,” Wei Heyun said, ”but I haven’t interacted with her personally. Zhong Zidong changes girlfriends too fast, it would be too exhausting to get to know each one.”

Zhou Yun frowned.

”Why is Yu Yhan dating someone like that?”

Wei Heyun looked at Zhou Yun’s face, with words on the tip of his tongue, but he said nothing.

”Don’t worry about others, let’s hurry, aren’t you catching a flight?” Wei Heyun said, ”Come on.”

”Alright, let’s go.”

The snow had stopped.

If the snow hadn’t stopped, who knows if the flight tonight could take off normally.

While on the way to the airport, Zhou Yun felt somewhat anxious, worried the flight might be delayed due to the weather.

She messaged Song Chi: On the way to the airport, but looking at the weather, I’m not sure if the flight will be delayed.

Song Chi replied: Alright, no rush, I’m reading a script.

Fortunately, the plane departed as scheduled.

There was no snow, and the weather was good.

Zhou Yun slept on the plane and felt a bit uncomfortable when the plane landed, opening her eyes.

The company had arranged a car to pick them up.
