Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

They couldn’t shoot blindly. There weren’t enough bullets, so they had to save them.

V8 and T6 became the main force suppressing the other party. G3, who was hiding, aimed in front. Almost every shot he made was accurate.

White Crane’s eyes were cold as he asked Xia Jinyuan, who was silent, ”Have you found her?”

He was outside. If he didn’t make a sound for a while, people would worry that something had happened.

Xia Jinyuan, who couldn’t take half a step forward, wiped his thin lips that were stained with gunpowder. His clear black eyes were deep and cold. ”She shouldn’t be dead. She’s probably still a distance away.”

Judging from the location of her screams earlier, she should be right under the electric pole that was knocked down by artillery fire. If she was not dead, it was because the electric pole served as a cover.

After blowing up the heads of a few rebels, G3 retracted the rifle that needed to have its magazine replaced. His breathing was rapid as he said calmly, ”K7, kill the machine gunner. We’ll reload, rescue her, and then fight while retreating.”

If they continued to fight like this, they would run out of bullets. Once they ran out of bullets, they would die.

Major David didn’t understand Chinese at all. His eyes were so red that they seemed to be bleeding. He said helplessly, ”I’m very sorry, my friends. I can’t understand what you’re talking about at all. Can you say something I can understand? Thank you.”

”My comrade suggested that we kill the machine gunner first and throw a few grenades their way. After saving her, we’ll fight and retreat at the same time,” Xia Jinyuan spoke quickly in English. Several bullets suddenly hit the broken wall that was protecting him.

Xia Jinyuan, who reacted quickly, immediately changed from half-squatting to crawling to prevent his head from being shot.

His cover was very small. It was just a piece of wall that had been blown by gunfire. One side was high and the other side was low. It was just enough to hide him. If the bullets took down what was left of the wall, he would be exposed as a live target.

Major David felt that this was a good idea. In that case, he would kill the machine gunner first!

Xia Jinyuan didn’t shoot to prevent himself from being exposed. He lay on the ground tightly and waited for K7 to kill the machine gunner first.

The seven Chinese special forces soldiers and eight British peacekeeping soldiers faced hundreds of rebels together. The exchange of fire lasted for ten minutes, but they didn’t suffer any losses. There were zero casualties.

On the other hand, the rebels suffered heavy casualties. The dozen or so rebels who broke out of the encirclement in front had already seen their god. In addition, there were more than ten injured rebels. For a moment, the remaining rebels were stunned. They didn’t dare to move forward and kept using a machine gun to suppress the other party, afraid that the other party would counter-attack.

K7 used the darkness as a cover as he passed through the rows of ruins and arrived at the corner of the street.

The place where they were exchanging fire was an intersection that formed a ’+’. The middle street was the area where they were exchanging fire. The rebel soldiers were in the upper right corner. The corresponding lower left corner was the peacekeeping soldiers of the two countries. K7, who had reached the intersection of the two armies, was very close to the rebels. He was so close that he could see the heavy machine gun set up by the other party after setting up his rifle and adjusting his aim.

”I’ve taken aim at the heavy machine gunner.” K7 aimed at the target and pulled the trigger with a calm expression. ”Cover!”

As soon as he finished speaking, a gunshot was heard.

The bullet hit the other party in the head. Half of the head of the machine gunner was sliced off by the bullet. Broken bones and brain matter splattered everywhere. They splattered on the face of the sub-machine gunner who was firing bullets beside him, blurring his vision.

He realized something and shouted. As soon as his hands touched the machine gun, he didn’t even have time to shoot a bullet. His body suddenly froze, and his eyes widened. He leaned back.
