Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

Major David, who was leaning close to his cover, immediately arranged for the soldiers to leave with him. ”Alan, Lib, bring them away! Remember our retreat route and meet up with the soldiers from the Libyan government. Tell them that we need their support!”

Damn it, what they needed the most now was support!

”Yes, Major!”

The two British soldiers who received the order retracted their rifles that had been firing. Their muzzles were hot. They squatted beside the reporters and told them that they would lead the retreat now.

On the battlefield, the reporters could only listen to the arrangements obediently. The three British reporters naturally trusted their country’s soldiers and nodded without any hesitation to show that they understood.

The family of three also chose to leave together. The two reporters from Wanhai were afraid that they would be left behind. When they knew that they would be leaving first, they heaved a sigh of relief.

At this moment, the two of them realized that Chen Shuzhen, whom they had been currying favor with, was not beside them. They were stunned.

”Where’s Reporter Chen?” the reporter in charge of filming asked his colleague.

The colleague was frightened. ”Isn’t she with you?”

The two of them looked at each other in the dark. Although they couldn’t see each other’s expressions, they knew that the other party’s expression was definitely very bad. It was over! It was over! Reporter Chen wasn’t with them!

”Go, go, go!”

Before the two of them could recover from their shock, their shoulders were pushed forward by the British soldiers. Without any time to think, the two of them followed the British soldiers.

Reporter Chen wasn’t with them. Where… Where did Reporter Chen go?

They didn’t dare to think about it because they were thinking of the worst.

They didn’t dare to think or go out to look. Who would dare? Did they want to die?

Since they didn’t dare to think about it and didn’t dare to go out to look for her, they would follow the British soldiers obediently and leave quickly. But… could two soldiers escort the eight of them?

They didn’t dare to ask for more soldiers to escort them. Listening to the gunshots that made their souls scream, the two reporters hugged their heads and left the crossfire point.

The remaining British soldiers used their firepower to cover their comrades as they left with the people who were rescued. Major David, who was panting heavily, fired fiercely at the street. ”Kill the machine gunner! Kill the machine gunner!”

The anti-aircraft machine guns pressed down on everyone until they couldn’t lean out. If they didn’t kill the machine gunner now, the rebels would close in. They would then have no other choice but to die.

The special forces soldiers from the Xueyu unit didn’t say anything. They focused all their attention on the traitors only one street away. The anti-aircraft machine guns’ bullets made them lower their heads too. They could only shoot blindly with their rifles.

Xia Jinyuan panted. ”Think of a way to kill the machine gunner. Damn it, I can’t move forward.”

The power of the bullets from the machine gun was too great. Even if the bullets only brushed past their skin, they would leave a deep wound, like a burn mark.

Xia Jinyuan couldn’t tell how Chen Shuzhen was doing. If she had continued to lie on the ground, she might still be alive. If she had gotten up, she would be dead by now.

When it was time to make a sound, she didn’t. When it wasn’t, she kept quiet.

K7 retracted his rifle and said calmly, ”I’ll kill the machine gunner. You guys cover the captain.” His voice was calm as if he wasn’t on the battlefield.

”Be careful!”

Z7, who used to be a playboy, was now holding a rifle. His eyes were as fierce as a hungry wolf as he fired at the target in front of him.
