Dragon Monarch System

Chapter 1001: Chapter 1001:- Level Three Dragon Palace [II]

”I didn’t expect so many people to come out of the capital just to witness this scene.” Aditya was genuinely surprised. And the number was only rapidly increasing.

”Long live the Dragon Monarch!”

”Long live Emperor Aditya!”

”Glory to the Istarin Empire!”

”Wooooooo!!!”

”Aditya! Aditya! Aditya!”

”May the Dragon Monarch reign forever!”

”AHHHHHHH!!!”

”The pride of our Empire!”

”Our Emperor! Our Pride!”

”Long live the King of all Dragons!”

”Wooooo!!! Long live His Majesty!!!”

”The greatest Emperor!”

”The protector of the people!”

Some soldiers stepped forward to lead the people into cheering. But once the cheering began, the Crowd took control and began showering Aditya with all kinds of nicknames. The voices of the crowd rose higher and higher, overlapping with each other until it became a deafening wave of sound.

Some people raised both their hands in the air while shouting his name.

”Long live the Dragon Monarch!”

”Long live the Istarin Empire!”

”WOOOOOOOOOO!!!”

Aditya froze seeing this scene. He had a look of surprise. He could not believe it. There were more than one hundred thousand people present, and the number was rapidly climbing as more and more came out of the walls. And the cheers for him only grew stronger and stronger.

”I was not expecting this to turn into a cheering fest.” But he did not hate it. This was the first time he was receiving such loud cheers.

Their love for him was clearly evident by how loud and non-stop their cheers were.

”They love you a lot,” Julia said with a smile. As someone who had been with him since day one or maybe even before day one, she couldn’t be prouder and happier for him. She was happier to see this than Aditya.

Because she knew how hard he worked to get here.

”You are the pride of the Istarin Dynasty.” Alicia patted Aditya’s right shoulder while looking at the crowd with a small smile. He led the Istarin Dynasty into the Istarin Empire.

”The greatest Emperor to ever walk on earth,” Riya added with Alicia’s words.

”Honestly, given how hard you have worked for them, it’s not surprising that they love you so much.” Riya looked at Aditya and said with a small smile. How can they not feel proud seeing this scene?

”The research department of the Imperial Academy recently conducted a survey covering five major cities of the Istarin Empire. It was found that over the last one and a half years, at least 2.7% of the population have named their child Aditya, as those couples believe that sharing the emperor’s name would bring their child Fortune. This means the use of the name Aditya within this whole continent has surged by almost 9000%.” Lilith could not help but add something that she recently heard at the Academy.

It’s important to note that the five major cities of this empire have close to 30 million people living in them.

Hearing all of their cheers, Aditya could not help but feel his heart getting warm. He had done this as his duty as the emperor. He did all of this without asking for anything in return. He did not need anything in return, but seeing the people cheering so loudly just seeing his face made him really happy.

One of the reasons why he hates corruption so much is that back on Earth, he had seen corruption everywhere.

Even in some of the most glorified nations that claimed to follow democracy, corruption existed from top to bottom. It was not always visible on the surface, but behind closed doors, power was often used for personal gain rather than for the people.

There were cases where a powerful leader, before launching an attack on another nation, would quietly ensure that his close family members invested heavily in certain industries that would benefit from war. The moment the conflict began, the value of those stocks would rise sharply, bringing them huge profits.

Then, after things escalated, the same leader would appear in public and repeatedly claim that the war would end soon. These words would calm the market and cause the stock prices to fall again.

During that time, his family would once again buy those same stocks at a lower price.

And when the situation changed again, the prices would rise once more, allowing them to sell at a high price and make even more profit. To the public, it looked like normal political decisions and market movements. But in reality, it was a carefully controlled cycle, designed to generate wealth using power and influence.

This was the kind of corruption that Aditya had seen with his own eyes. But this just harms the Nation as a whole. This was just one of the countless other real-life examples he had seen with his own eyes. He was not a saint either. To thrive, he had no choice but to take part in the system as well. But that time, his power and influence were limited.

But now things were different.

So Aditya believed that in order to create a long-lasting empire, it was necessary to wipe out corruption. Corruption had no place in this empire. He did not want the virus known as corruption to spread. If one was allowed to exist then this would give courage to ten others to do the same and that’s how a system becomes corrupt.

The Istarin Empire and the Celestial Dragon Empire has to be corruption free from top to the bottom.

Aditya looked at the crowd and then raised his arm and waved at them.

The moment he did that, the cheers from the crowd multiplied tenfold. It was truly a sight to behold.

No one standing with Aditya has seen such a large crowd, cheering for one person and constantly chanting his name.

Everyone felt very proud of him. They knew behind the scenes how hard this man had been working.

It’s easier to conquer an empire and expand territories, but it was harder than conquering to develop the economy of the newly conquered land.

Throughout history, countless have won wars, but how many were able to create the economic miracle that He created? The whole empire was thriving on the foundation that he built. Even before Spencer arrived, Aditya had already established a solid foundation.

Soon, the transformation was about to be complete. Aditya and everyone else turned their attention to the Dragon Palace.

But instead of the bright flash of light that glowed like a miniature sun, it dimmed, and then it got brighter.

A very strong, bright flash of light that blinded everyone within a 15 km radius in all directions faded; the position of the original dragon Palace had vanished.

At the same time, they saw the bright flash slowly floating up. The bright flash of light, which was the Dragon Palace itself, continued rising above the ground until it reached a height of 400 meters.

『Ding! 99%...100%...!』

Then the bright flash slowly started to dim down. Once the light dimmed enough, they were finally able to see what changes had taken place.

『Ding! Congratulations!! The Dragon Palace has been upgraded to a Level Three. Due to the addition of the extra materials, the size of the Dragon Palace has been increased. New Functions and Features have been added. 』

Above everyone’s head, there was the Dragon Palace, but its appearance had entirely changed. It looked nothing like the original Dragon Palace.

Now it was much bigger and looked more magnificent than before. Everything about the Dragon Palace felt noble, like it was made for the Monarch of all Dragons.

The Dragon Palace was built on a floating island. But the palace itself covered the entire island. There were twenty-five 1-meter (3.28 feet) long diamond-shaped glowing pillars floating around the entire Dragon Palace, and these pillars seemed to be slowly orbiting around the Dragon Palace.

The floating island itself was massive. It stretched across nearly 400,000 square meters, making it several times larger than the previous Dragon Palace. The edges of the island were rough and uneven, with chunks of stone slowly floating and reconnecting as if the island itself was alive. From below, faint streams of mana could be seen flowing downward like invisible waterfalls, giving the entire structure a mysterious and powerful presence.

The entire island remained suspended high in the sky, completely stable, without any shaking or disturbance. It was as if the sky itself was holding it in place.

”Woooooo!!!” For a moment, Aditya and everyone else just stared at the beautiful Paradise that was silently floating above them.

The Dragon Palace took everything with it. Almost 30 meters of the ground on which the Dragon Palace previously sat also rose with it as part of the floating island. Once the Dragon Palace rose, it left behind a massive crater that was 30 meters deep.

”We have to deal with this crater as quickly as possible.” Aditya felt that this massive crater damaged the beauty of this place.

”Your Majesty, you should be focusing on the Dragon Palace now, not on the crater.” Spencer lightly reminded Aditya while staring at the Dragon Palace without blinking.
