Dragon Monarch System

Chapter 1002: Chapter 1002:- Level Three Dragon Palace [III]

『Ding! Congratulations!! The Dragon Palace has been upgraded to a Level Three. Due to the addition of the extra materials, the size of the Dragon Palace has been increased. New Functions and Features have been added. 』

’Finally!!!’ It has been a long time. But this long wait was worth it. Just the fact that the Dragon Palace now sat on a floating Island made it worth it.

’How many Emperors had their Palaces on a freaking floating Island?’ Just thinking about it, Aditya could not help but feel proud.

『Ding! Congratulations!! You have gained the ability to sense if any threat is attacking the Istarin Empire. You will only get this sense if the threat cannot be dealt with by the Istarin Troops. You will be able to sense the exact location of the threat within the Empire.』

’This will be really useful!’ With this ability, he can essentially act before anyone else. Normally, if any part of the Empire was attacked, words had to go through a chain of command before reaching his ears. But with this ability, he will be able to save extra minutes and act as soon as possible.

’With this ability, the entire Empire is directly under my constant watch.’ The Dragon Monarch will watch over his Empire and act when the Empire is in danger.

『Ding! Congratulations! The Dragon Palace has now gained the ability to make one random teleport in any territory of the Istarin Empire. But after each teleportation, there will be a cooling period of 30 days.』

『

Ding! The Dragon Palace has been upgraded to level 3. Would you like to see and read the description and functions of the Dragon Palace?』
Aditya shook his head. For now, he wanted to look and admire the structure and build of the Dragon Palace that he will be calling home.

’Given how big the Island is, the Dragon Palace is essentially a medium-scale city in its own right.’ Aditya felt amused thinking about it.

The floating island on which the Dragon Palace was built truly was massive. It stretched across nearly 400,000 square meters, making it several times larger than the previous Dragon Palace. The edges of the island were rough and uneven, with chunks of stone slowly floating and reconnecting as if the island itself was alive. From below, faint streams of mana could be seen flowing downward like invisible waterfalls, giving the entire structure a mysterious and powerful presence.

The entire island remained suspended high in the sky, completely stable, without any shaking or disturbance. It was as if the sky itself was holding it in place.

The tall metallic walls were still present, but they had also been upgraded. Now they looked thicker, stronger, and more refined. The walls still surrounded the entire Dragon Palace from all sides, but their height had increased to nearly 25 meters, making them even more imposing than before. Their silver-black surface remained smooth and flawless, without even a single mark.

The transparent defensive dome was still active. Like a massive bubble, it covered the entire floating island. But now the dome appeared denser and slightly brighter. From the perspective of the watchers, it looked like a beautiful transparent bubble had enveloped the entire floating island in it.

The number of bluish crystal pillars had reduced from before, but their quality had clearly improved. Each pillar now released a faint humming sound as it slowly orbited around the palace. Occasionally, small arcs of energy would travel between the pillars, forming a temporary network before disappearing again.

Compared to before, the scale of everything had increased.

”Congratulations, Your Majesty!” Spencer glanced at Aditya.

Both of them looked at each other with smiles on their faces.

Aditya looked at his siblings and then at his women. ”From now on, this will be our home.” Everyone was smiling.

It was a very special occasion for everyone.

”Let’s head inside!” Aditya looked at the crowd.

”To celebrate this grand occasion, for the next three days and three nights, the entire capital will hold a festival in your honour. All food and drinks in the city will be free for everyone. Markets will remain open, and there will be performances, music, and celebrations across every street.”

”And for those who have come out here today, special food supplies and drinks will be distributed immediately. No one who came to witness this moment will return empty-handed.”

Just as his words reached everyone’s ears, the people started cheering even louder. Sure enough, regardless of how the Dragon Monarch treated his enemies, he was very kind to his own citizens. His act just proved that.

But on the side, hearing this, Spencer began to sweat. He already had enough work. But now, the responsibility for overseeing this will also fall upon his shoulders.

’Dammit!!!!!’ At this moment, he felt like crying. He was the only one who felt miserable. His wide who was standing by his side, gave him a look of pity. But she then smiled and joined others in celebrating.

Recently, she had made some friends around the capital. Seeing them, she went to greet them.

Seeing this, Spencer felt even more miserable.

”Don’t worry, the Entire Empire will be there to help you.” Aditya patted his shoulder and whispered into his ear.

But that was not going to make things easier for him. After all, he had to oversee everything. Even with thousands of people and soldiers working under time, the task was still very difficult.

Aditya waved his hand. Everyone who came with the Dragon Palace was instantly teleported back to the Palace. Aria was left behind as she wanted to greet her friends, so noticing this, Aditya decided to give her time.

She can come to the Dragon Palace later.

Inside, the Palace mostly remained the same. But there was far more space compared to before.

A part of Aditya even felt that calling it the Dragon Palace was no longer suitable. It was a whole freaking city.

The Dragon Palace was now capable of supporting over 300,000 cultivators without feeling crowded. The outer court alone had expanded several times, leaving enough space for training grounds, residential areas, and common spaces without any sense of congestion.

’From supporting the cultivation of 150,000 cultivators to now 300,000.’ This was a huge change.

Now, more Dragonains and Dragon warriors can come here to cultivate in this rich mana environment. There might be space for even normal soldiers to come here and cultivate.

The middle court had also grown in size. The space around the Academy and the Smithy had been expanded, leaving enough space for future buildings and experiments.

The Academy now had more study halls and training rooms, allowing more people to learn and train at the same time.

The Smithy had also become larger, with more working areas where blacksmiths could produce weapons and armour in greater numbers. Even the underground sections had been expanded, making it easier to store materials and carry out large-scale work.

’Oh man, Percy will be so happy to see this.’ Before Percy complained a few times, saying that the Smithy wasn’t large enough or the inner court wasn’t big enough. Sometimes, they even needed to head outside to assemble parts of massive flying ships.

Just as he expected, Percy and his students were happily looking everywhere. They practically had stars glowing in their eyes, showing just how excited they were.

The core part of the Dragon Palace had also undergone major changes. The main Dragon Palace itself was now much larger, with more rooms, halls, and private spaces. The corridors were wider, and the overall structure felt more open and grand.

The garden had expanded as well. It now covered a much larger area, with more trees, flowers, and open green spaces. The environment felt calmer and more peaceful, making it a perfect place for rest and relaxation.

Riya and Alicia were very happy seeing this change. Now both girls could plant more herbs and rare trees.

”It’s a good thing that none of the rare herbs that we planted was damaged.”

”I agree! For a moment, I was so worried.” Both girls looked at each other and laughed.

The training ground on the western side had become significantly bigger. It now had enough space for multiple groups to train at the same time without interfering with each other. The ground was stronger and more stable, capable of withstanding powerful attacks without being easily damaged.

”Perfect!” The training ground made Rin and Alicia the happiest. As both girls used the previous training grounds more than anyone else.

While everyone wandered around and curiously explored their new home, or more like an upgraded home. Aditya stood at the entrance and felt the changes in the Mana density.

Compared to before, the Mana density within the Dragon Palace had also drastically increased. If before the manor density within the dragon, Palace was equal to the mana density that is found in the main continent, now the mana density has increased to match the level of cultivation Sects that have special mountains with higher Mana Density.

This was a huge change.

’Everything couldn’t have been more perfect than this.’
