Dragon Monarch System

Chapter 789:- Letter for the Prime Minister

The Dune Sovereignty, Eldric Wystan knew the current Emperor of The Dune Sovereignty Empire way before the Empire formed. Both of them became close due to an incident. By the end of the previous Era, Eldric, the man who will be known as the Prime Minister of The Dune Sovereignty Empire had the current Emperor, Charles, in a competition. It was a simple competition. The participants had to find Silver Lily Herbs in the forest. Whoever found the most number of this herb would win the competition and would also receive a powerful Skill as compensation. While Charles used his brutal force to steal all the Silver Lily Herbs that other participants collected, Eldric used his mind to do the same. When the Empire was founded, Eldric became its one and only Prime Minister. Since then, he has never looked back. He has risen to the top with The Dune Sovereignty Empire. Right now, Eldric has become one of the most powerful men in the Six Continents. There probably isnʼt a King or Ruler who hasnʼt heard his name. Being the Prime Minister of The Dune Sovereignty Empire meant that his every sentence carried a ton of weight.

As close friends, Eldric and Charles planned to groom Garrick as the next successor. The plan was once Garrick took over, Eldric would also find someone suitable to take the role of the Prime Minister from Eldric. The plan was that Eldric would find a few potential candidates, groom them for a few more centuries, and then retire. But retiring didnʼt mean he was completely leaving everything behind and moving to some random island far from The Dune Sovereignty Empire. The plan was once everything was settled, Charles, along with some of the talented Peak 5th-order cultivators, would go to the Main Continent and cultivate to higher Order. Meanwhile, Eldric would remain in the Capital and would oversee everything. if Garrick or the new Prime Minister made any mistakes he would be there in Charlesʼs place to guide them and advise them. This was the long-term plan that the current Prime Minister and the current Emperor of The Dune Sovereignty Empire had made. Unfortunately, in life, things donʼt always go as planned. Some things can never be controlled. In their case, it was this sudden and rapid rise of the Dragon Monarch. The Istarin Empireʼs rise shook the entire Six Continents. At first, everyone was impressed by the Emperor. After becoming the superpower of the Dying Isle Continent, even The Dune Sovereignty Empire had to be wary of the Istarin Empire. But in the following months since then, things took a crazy turn. First, it was rumored that the Dragon Monarch was engaged to the Goddess of Alchemy, which later turned out to be the truth. Second, it was rumored that the Goddess of Nature and the Goddess of Wealth were very close to the Emperor and were even staying with him. Later, the rumor turned out to be the truth. Although at that point, militarily, the Istarin Empire hadnʼt taken over The Dune Sovereignty Empire in terms of political power, economy, and influence, the Istarin Empire was slightly above them. And this gap between the two great powers only continued to increase. However, till then, Charles and Eldric still stayed calm since, at the end of the day, it was the military power of an Empire that mattered the most. However, all that changed during the race to get the Dragon Grass. Charles and Eldric decided that they would send a small part of their military to get experience in this race. They never had the intention of getting the Dragon Grass for themselves. Aiming for the Dragon Grass meant going all out. In the process of getting the Dragon Grass, they would need too many too many sacrifices. So instead of going all out to get a Gragon Grass, they decided to send just a small fraction of their army to the battlefield to test the water. What both of them wanted was for other powerful Empires to fight against each other, and we could support each otherʼs military and resources. But again, their plans were disrupted when the Istarin Empire did not follow the expectations. Rather, it was the Dragon Monarch and three other powerful figures who took shook the entire Battlefield. During this time, the Istarin Empireʼs military superiority became apparent. Even the holder of the World Treasure could not defeat the Dragon Monarch. Just when it looked like things had calmed down, just a few weeks later, the Emperor protected his people while killing 9-headed Hydra. All this left Charles and Eldric feeling very complicated. They had to change their plans to deal with the Istarin Empire. First, they wanted to join the Cosmic Tide Alliance, which was controlled by the Istarin Empire.

But that plan was destroyed due to the arrogant behavior of their Crown Prince. ʼAnd now, the Crown Prince is behaving like a 10-year-old child. He is throwing tantrums at everything.ʼ Just thinking of everything that happened in recent times, Eldric felt very exhausted. Eldric was older than the Dune Sovereignty Empire. Yet, despite living so long, there has never been any anomaly like the Dragon Monarch. The changes that he brought just a little over a year are more significant than the changes that took place throughout the Six Continents over 15,000 years. Sigh...!!

From all the shocking changes in the Six Continents, Eldric felt that he had suddenly become really old. He was starting to feel that he had become too old for this job. ʼHow long I have been doing this?ʼ Eldric asked himself. ʼThe Era of New Dawn began about 15000+ years back. This means I have been the Prime Minister of The Dune Sovereignty Empire for more than 15000+.ʼ ʼI canʼt do this job anymore.ʼ Especially the current changes and the chaotic condition of The Dune Sovereignty Empire were putting a ton of pressure on his mind. These days, Eldric always felt mentally exhausted. ʼPerhaps, messing with the Istarin Empire was a mistake.ʼ He regretted not stopping the arrogant behavior of the Dragon Monarch. The reason he and Charles allowed Garrick to continue is that they wanted to test the water, but who would have thought that this would provoke the Dragon Monarch himself? The end result was that the relationship between the two Superpowers became awkward. While the Dragon Monarch demanded an apology, Charles was too prideful and logistical to do that. Eldric knew that Emperor Charles would rather die than lower his head to anyone. This is the arrogance of being the superpower of the Six Continents for over 15000+ years. And since then neither of them has made any attempts to improve their relationship. ʼIf anything the relationship has only worsened.ʼ Sigh...!!

ʼThis whole conflict wasnʼt supposed to begin this way.ʼ While sighing in regret, Eldric focused on his work. He was left in charge of the daily work when Charles was personally suppressing the rebels. ”That remains itʼs about time that I promote Jey.” Eldric summoned one of his assistants. After a while, a very beautiful-looking woman appeared in his office. She had neck-length, short black hair. The most noticeable thing about her was big breasts and a big round ass. Her name was Misako. She is from the Beast Continent. She was from one of the few remaining human settlements in the Beast Continent. Misako was recruited by Garrick during one of his travels. Garrick found her talent to be very valuable. Eldric was more than happy to add someone talented at organizing to his team. With her, the work burden has decreased by half. Thanks to her, he was able to spend more time with his family. This womanʼs clothes were very bold. Misako was wearing a White Shirt with a few buttons at the top left unbuttoned. This left about an inch of her cleavage being shown for everyone to see. Her big breast shook with her every step. Sometimes, Eldric secretly wondered if one of those breasts was bigger than his head. Her back was equally amazing as her front, if not more. Personally, Eldric found her back more pleasing to the eye. She wore a black tight short skirt that barely covered her huge ass. Her long legs were covered with black stockings. ʼShe has changed so much.ʼ When she was brought here about 39 years ago, Misako was very shy and reserved. But slowly she changed. It was clear that she understood how things worked. She knew that being a woman, her greatest asset wasnʼt her skills but rather her body. Eldric could not stop staring at her. It was hard to look away from her cleavage. Sometimes, he even wondered if this woman was half Succubus because she was even more seductive than some Succubus.

ʼI am a married man. Yet this is so hard to resist.ʼ Remembering the things that did in the office a few times in the past, something became hard. Fortunately, it was hidden by the table. ”Sir, is something wrong?” Misako called Eldric seeing that he wasnʼt responding. ”Nothing!! I was just thinking of something important.” Eldric lied. Misako noticed him staring at her cleavage. She just smiled and said nothing. Some things were better being left unspoken. ”The reason I called you here is because I want you to Promote Jey.” Jey was Eldricʼs wifeʼs 9th brother. But that wasnʼt even the end. It seems every 5 to 10 years, his mother-in-law, gave birth to a child. Not even a decade has passed since he married his wife, and his mother-in-law didnʼt give birth. It was like his father-in-law had too much energy. Unfortunately, his wife did not have the same sex drive as her parents. When his wifeʼs siblings turned adults, it fell on his shoulders to secure a stable job for them. ”But sir, this isnʼt too early to promote Jey,” Misako asked. Jey just became an assistant Royal Official just over 4 to 5 months back. The last time Misako checked, this guy wasnʼt even educated about the roles and responsibilities that would fall on him as the Assistant Royal Official. She heard that instead of helping his superior, he was making his superiors do all of the work. ʼNot to mention, the last time I checked on him, he groped my ass.ʼ Misako was still mad about this. But she couldnʼt do anything about it. ”Just do as I tell you,” Eldric ordered in a stern tone. Misakoʼs expression changed instantly.

Although this man was seduced by her, that didnʼt mean he could be controlled by her or anything like that. Eldric still remained himself. ”My apologies.” Miskao intentionally bowed and apologized. Eldric looked at her cleavage for a few seconds before looking away. ”Sir, His Royal Highness have sent a letter for you.” Since Misako was recruited by Garrick, she still maintained regular contact with Garrick. Garrick wished for her to become his assistant once he became the Emperor. But for now, he let her work under Eldric so that she can accumulate experience. After receiving the letter, Misako left. She purposely slowly walked out of the room while hoping to be called back by Eldric. Unfortunately, that never happened. When she was about to close the door, she saw the Prime Minister was looking pale as he was reading the letter. ʼWhat happened?ʼ This was what she was left wondering. She knew that her curiosity wouldnʼt answered given her position. ----------------
