Invincible Little School Doctor

Chapter 414: Chapter 413 Too Explosive!

Through the bathroom mirror, one could see that at this moment, Zhao Ruqian was hiding behind the bathroom door, her pretty face so flushed that it was utterly captivating.

However, seeing that he still hadn’t handed the bath towel to her, Zhao Ruqian suddenly realized something was amiss from behind the door.

When she looked up slightly, she saw, in the bathroom mirror, Ye Haochuan’s ardent gaze, staring straight at her.

”Ah!”

Startled, Zhao Ruqian let out a soft cry, about to close the door, but Ye Haochuan said heartlessly, ”Hey, Sister Ruqian, why are you closing the door? I’m here to bring you the bath towel!”

Only then did Zhao Ruqian sober up a bit, poking her fiery red head out a little, she glanced, swiftly grabbed the bath towel in his hand, and then withdrew, slamming the door shut with a bang.

Being left standing before a closed door, Ye Haochuan felt no hint of deflation, but the glimpse he had just caught made him more itchy inside.

Stepping out, Ye Haochuan was met with the scrutinizing gaze of Zhao Bingqian, who was nestled in the blankets.

”What were you just up to?” Zhao Bingqian huffed.

”I wasn’t up to anything!” Ye Haochuan smiled.

”Then what was my sister screaming about for no reason?” Zhao Bingqian said, disbelieving.

”How would I know? Maybe it’s because spring has arrived,” Ye Haochuan chuckled.

It took Zhao Bingqian a while to catch on to the meaning of his words, she sat up abruptly, flinging the pillow underneath her at him, and scolded, ”Spring has come for you, maybe!”

Ye Haochuan reached out and caught the pillow, grinning without a word.

”Behave yourself, keep talking nonsense and you’ll be sleeping outside,” Zhao Bingqian threatened.

Seeing her demeanor, Ye Haochuan realized she wasn’t joking and decided to tone it down a bit.

At that moment, the sound of a door opening came from the direction of the bathroom, and Zhao Ruqian, wrapped in a bath towel, peeked out her head, giving her younger sister Zhao Bingqian a look.

Zhao Bingqian immediately understood, telling Ye Haochuan, ”Turn around, don’t you dare peek.”

Ye Haochuan, fully aware of the situation but unable to resist the young woman’s ferocity, complied.

Then he heard the rustling sound of slippers across the floor, followed by the creaking of the bed, and then all was quiet.

”All clear, Uncle,” Zhao Bingqian’s voice came from behind him.

Only then did Ye Haochuan turn around, to see Zhao Bingqian and Zhao Ruqian, the sisters, currently huddled in the blankets, enveloping themselves tightly.

But as his gaze swept past Zhao Ruqian’s face, the older niece’s cheeks revealed a bashful flush, clearly recalling the awkward encounter in the bathroom.

Great, looks like I’m out of the picture now.

Hugely disappointed, Ye Haochuan could only hang his head in sorrow and head to the bathroom to freshen up thoroughly, then wash his clothes, dry them with True Qi, and finally look for a spot on the floor to sleep.

Alas, as the sisters share the bed, I’m relegated to the floor. Why does this kind of bad luck always hit me?

Ye Haochuan shook his head, sighing endlessly.

While he was sighing in the bathroom, the sisters on the big bed were whispering secrets of the boudoir to each other.

”Sister, your figure is too good, I’m so envious,” Zhao Bingqian giggled.

Zhao Ruqian scolded gently, ”Your boyfriend is still in the bathroom, what if he hears? Really, at such a young age, what are you thinking all day long?”

Zhao Bingqian laughed, ”Heehee, I’m not thinking anything bad, I am just telling the truth. Big sis, your figure really is enviable, even I, as a woman, can hardly resist.”

”You are never serious. If it weren’t for the Body-Strengthening Pill you gave me, how could I have recovered this much? Speaking of which, it’s your boyfriend who’s amazing, managing to concoct it. If he applied for the Nobel Prize in Medicine this year, I think it would be his for sure,” Zhao Ruqian said.

”Heehee, if he weren’t amazing, do you think I would spare him a glance?” Zhao Bingqian curled her lip and said.

Zhao Ruqian shook her head and smiled, ”I knew you had high standards. By the way, sister wants to ask you, have you and he done... that sort of thing?”

”No... not,” Zhao Bingqian stammered.

”Cut it out, don’t play dumb with your sister. You two caused such a racket at home, don’t think I didn’t know,” said Zhao Ruqian.

The color rose in Zhao Bingqian’s face as she said, ”Heehee, it turns out you’re quite the clever one, big sis.”

Zhao Ruqian glanced at her and chided, ”Really, at such a young age, instead of learning good things, you’ve picked up the bad ones. What would you do if you got pregnant?”

”That will never happen now...”

”Can you guarantee that?” challenged Zhao Ruqian.

”Of course, he always makes me take...” Zhao Bingqian began, then suddenly clamped her mouth shut, covering her face, burning with embarrassment.

Zhao Ruqian, an experienced person herself, could easily read between the lines, reproaching with frustration, ”How could he be like that? You silly girl, can’t you use your head for once?”

Meanwhile, Ye Haochuan, who was soaking in the bathtub of the bathroom while listening to the two women’s hushed conversation, felt the urge to burst a nosebleed; dammit, this news, was just too explosive.
