Invincible Little School Doctor

Chapter 408: Chapter 407: Possession

”So what if it is a threat?”

Bao Guozhong sneered, ”Ye Haochuan, I know you can fight, so this time I won’t let you succeed easily. Let me be honest with you, I’m desperate too. If you don’t cure my AIDS, I might as well die, and they can forget about living too.”

Upon hearing this, Ye Haochuan’s face was filled with murderous intent. This Bao Guozhong had gone mad! Wanting to die himself and even dragging others down with him.

At that moment, Bao Guozhong sneered ominously, ”Oh right, I almost forgot. Your relationship with my sister-in-law seems not so simple, eh? Tsk tsk, you’re really lucky to have picked such a tender flower; I’m damn jealous.”

Ye Haochuan’s face darkened, ”Enough talk, just tell me where you are. I’ll come and treat you.”

”Good, straightforward!” Bao Guozhong’s tone carried a hint of joy, but he soon calmed down, ”Ye Haochuan, you better not play any tricks on me. I won’t give you any chances to play tricks this time. If you piss me off, I can’t guarantee I won’t do something stupid.”

Though he hated this asshole to death, at this moment, Ye Haochuan was out of options and could only take it one step at a time, replying lightly, ”Everything is under your control, what is there to worry about?”

”Hmph, glad you know your place!” Bao Guozhong finished speaking and snorted heavily, ”Wait, I’ll arrange a van to take you up the mountain; just wait for us at the road outside the town at the foot of the mountain.”

After that, Bao Guozhong hung up the phone.

Ye Haochuan then put away his phone and drove to the road outside the town to wait.

After a while, a van with its front headlights on slowly stopped in front of him, and then the door opened, and five or six men jumped out. These men were all burly and grim-faced, exuding a murderous aura, clearly different from ordinary thugs, as they were all battle-hardened.

”Get out, get out!” As soon as these men jumped out of the van, they began frantically pounding on the window.

Ye Haochuan got out of the car immediately.

However, shortly after, one of the men took out a pair of shiny handcuffs and clasped them on his wrists.

From this, it was evident how wary Bao Guozhong was of him, even using handcuffs. Of course, for Ye Haochuan, these handcuffs couldn’t hold him at all; with just a light struggle, he could break free.

”Get in!”

The guy who had handcuffed him, pushed him into the van. Then, everyone else got in, surrounding him from front and back, ready to deal with him harshly at any sign of trouble.

Sitting in the van, Ye Haochuan suddenly had an idea. Now that the enemy was unknown and he was known, wasn’t he skilled in the Ghost Escape Technique? It could be worth a try. If he could figure out the whereabouts of Zhao Bingqian and Zhao Ruqian, rescuing them would be much easier.

Thinking this, he immediately closed his eyes and began nurturing his spirits, quietly practicing the Ghost Escape Heart Method. Before long, he felt his soul leave his body, drifting out of the van.

Looking down as the van meandered along the rugged mountain road, Ye Haochuan smirked, thinking these fools could never have dreamed that he possessed such a secret technique, and he was already exploring the situation ahead on the mountain.

Drifting towards the mountain, Ye Haochuan quickly discovered a small temple at the summit and saw the restless Bao Guozhong inside and a group of men lying in ambush around the area.

What he hadn’t expected was that among these men, there were even snipers with their rifles aimed!

Damn it, this Bao Guozhong had really gone all out, even arranging for snipers!

Ye Haochuan furrowed his eyebrows deeply, but he didn’t pay much attention to those people, and instead continued to search for the whereabouts of Zhao Bingqian and her sister, Zhao Ruqian.

However, after searching the temple, and the areas in front of and behind it for a long time, he had not found any trace of the sisters, which made him quite anxious and disappointed.

In the end, he even used his Perspective Ability, but still came up empty-handed.

”It seems Bao Guozhong has really learned his lesson, knowing his own strengths. To guard against me, he must have deliberately placed Zhao Bingqian and her sister somewhere else, making me hesitate to act recklessly,” he reasoned.

Although Ye Haochuan found it tricky, fortunately, he had now learned the Ghost Escape Technique, which might just come in handy.

However, at that moment, he suddenly felt weak. He understood that this was because the essence qi of his Ghost Escape Technique was fading, and he could no longer maintain it. He had to find a living person to attach himself to and absorb their essence qi to avoid his soul scattering.

Thinking of this, he floated down. Coincidentally, the assistant who had always been by Bao Guozhong’s side suddenly appeared in the temple, holding a walkie-talkie. The voice coming from the walkie-talkie was clearly reporting the location of the van transporting Ye Haochuan.

This fool came just in time!

The thought crossed Ye Haochuan’s mind, and he immediately floated forward. The assistant was inexplicably enveloped by a cloud of black smoke and felt strange. Suddenly, everything before his eyes went dark, and he passed out, collapsing to the ground.

Ye Haochuan took the opportunity to possess the assistant. It took the strength of nine oxen and two tigers, but he eventually suppressed the assistant’s own soul and temporarily took control of his body.

Subsequently, under Ye Haochuan’s compulsion, the assistant opened his eyes, got up, and continued to walk inside the temple.

At this moment, Bao Guozhong, who was in the temple, had no idea that his assistant was already in trouble. Although he looked up and noticed something off about the assistant’s gaze, he didn’t think much of it, casually asking, ”Where have they reached now?”

”Almost at the mountaintop,” replied Ye Haochuan, controlling the assistant’s body.

Bao Guozhong, unsuspecting, nodded and said viciously, ”Hmph, Ye Haochuan, wait until you cure me, and see how I torture you to death!”

Nearby, Ye Haochuan, hearing this, chuckled and thought boastfully, Who’s going to torture whom?

In order to clarify the whereabouts of Zhao Bingqian and Zhao Ruqian, Ye Haochuan didn’t immediately cause trouble, his mind racing, ”It’s said that Ye Haochuan is also a man with connections; even the Haishan police have ties with him. What if he uses these connections to rescue them? If that’s the case, getting Ye Haochuan to obediently treat us might not be so easy.”

He posed the question very skillfully, so flawlessly that Bao Guozhong didn’t suspect a thing and grunted, ”I’ve asked that little auntie, and that kid Ye Haochuan is having an affair with her. Given that kid’s temperament, he would definitely not rashly call the police; that would only provoke us. Moreover, my mole in the police station has also reported back that the kid indeed hasn’t called the police.”

Ye Haochuan suddenly broke into a sweat. Damn it, this Bao Guozhong, though he seems incompetent, handles things without leaving any loopholes. Luckily, I was one step ahead, choosing not to call the police, or it would have only harmed Bingqian and her sister.

”But it’s still best to be careful. Otherwise, if Ye Haochuan finds out, there might be complications. After all, curing AIDS is not something that can be done in a day or two,” Ye Haochuan said, feigning concern.

”That’s true,” Bao Guozhong agreed, feeling it made sense, then promptly took out his phone and dialed a number, ”Blondie, how is the situation in the valley? Anything unusual?”

The valley?

Ye Haochuan frowned. Could it be that Zhao Bingqian and her sister were trapped in the valley?
