[Subscription Wanted] _1 “What’s going on?”

Jia Yan certainly didn’t understand the real reason these people from the Wa Kingdom gathered on this small island!

He only hovered briefly in the sky above the small island, curiously, before descending towards the ground!

The notebook was still quite useful, Jia Yan felt he couldn’t give up!

Besides, even if he was spotted now, Jia Yan wasn’t too scared!

If it came down to it, he would just have another fight with the Wa Kingdom’s warplanes!

Now, he could say that he didn’t care about anything!

Even if he couldn’t win, he could just dart off into the sea, could they chase him?!

He was already able to breathe underwater, so if he dived into the sea, he’d be just like a real fish, he could even dive deep into the sea!

Once he dove hundreds of meters into the deep sea, or even deeper, do they have the ability to chase him?!

Plus, his instantaneous burst speed exceeded that of warplanes!

Not to mention, after his mutation, his flexibility had greatly increased!

With so much confidence, even if Jia Yan’s current flight speed had not reached the limit of advanced human warplanes, he truly had nothing to fear!

Nuclear bomb?

If it’s willing to use the environment and such huge destructive power to kill him, Jia Yan really wanted to try, could he survive a nuclear attack now?!

What would it feel like to be hit by humanity’s most powerful weapon?!

Of course, this was only a thought Jia Yan had in his heart at the moment, he didn’t intend to act upon it!

Defending against a nuclear bomb was just a moment’s thought, he had no intention of killing himself!

Jia Yan’s heart surged with heroism as he descended towards the earth.

“What’s that in the sky?!”

“Big Mosquito!”

“Giant mosquito monster!”

During Jia Yan’s descent, he could hear many people from the Wa Kingdom below who saw his form, crying out anxiously.

These people were not like those curious people fond of mysterious things a week ago, now they were very much afraid of monsters, some of them had even been threatened by metal monsters back in the Wa Kingdom, and barely escaped with their lives!

Now here they are in this seemingly idyllic path of the world, encountering such monsters, these people are almost on the verge of a breakdown!

Jia Yan found the attitudes of these people from the Wa Kingdom somewhat strange, but he didn’t think too much of it and continued his descent.

At least a hundred people were present on this small island at the moment, with everyone rushing out of their dwellings, watching the giant mosquito monster descend from the sky with a gust of wind.

“This is a giant mosquito even larger than the one from the Bay War!

It never occurred to me that there are mosquitoes in this world larger than that one, what the hell are these monsters!”

Some people immediately recognized Jia Yan’s true identity, it was none other than the type of giant mosquito monster that had made a big appearance on TV across the Wa Kingdom…

of the same kind!

No matter how open-minded they were, none of them would have thought that this monstrous giant mosquito was the one they saw on TV a week ago!

After all, the sizes of the two were too different.

The previous Jia Yan, although also known as a giant mosquito, was only considered huge compared to ordinary mosquitoes.

Yet his current body spanned two and a half meters, with a wingspan of more than four meters.

Its long six legs, when stretched out, covered a horrifying range of over ten meters!

This, whether to humans or other creatures, seemed like a huge monster, clearly unrelated to the previous giant mosquito monster.

If it was the same giant mosquito, growing to such size in just a few days would be terrifying!

The giant mosquito landed in a forest on the island with a howling wind!

“You young ones, go over there and take a look.

If you’re detected, you can still escape with your speed.”

“You old guys should take a look.

We’re the future, don’t ask us to die with you!”

People were dodging the task.

But while they were still avoiding the task.

A immense black figure rose into the sky!

The giant mosquito flew up again!

Deeply, he eyed the people of the Wa Kingdom below, a pair of compound eyes refracting the sunlight, making it gloomily terrifying.

The hurricane caused by the flapping wings almost made people unable to stand steady, several children around five or six were continuously retreating in the wind, two of them crying out loud!

These people from the Wa Kingdom couldn’t worry about these crying kids at all, the crisis in front of them was too great.

They were all anxious, fearing that the big mosquito hovering perched above their heads would attack!

A giant creature larger than two and a half meters long and capable of deflecting bullets, just like the one that had fought with the police and Self-Defense Force, this was almost unavoidable fear for the islanders!

These people were deliberately making grimaces, yelling at the big mosquito in the sky!

Perhaps they thought that this would frighten it away!

But was Jia Yan a simple creature that could be scared away so easily?!

He did not plan to scare these humans, after all, with his current strength, it was unnecessary to intimidate them.

If he wanted to kill, he would do it straight away!

Jia Yan did not feel like killing randomly, he was just flying above the heads of these humans, at this time he really felt strange!

The gathering of people from the Wa Kingdom on this barren island was extremely unusual, coupled with their attitudes.

While Jia Yan could not see anything amiss at the moment, he felt that something was off!

Why did the Self-Defense Forces of the Wa Kingdom, who surely knew of his appearance in the sea, fail to dispatch fighter jets to intercept him?

Jia Yan’s suspicions only grew with the subtly strange attitudes of the Wa citizens.

“Who cares about them!

The Wa Kingdom is of no concern to me.

I’m homeward bound to Huaxia, whatever happens next in Wa has nothing to do with me!”

With that in mind, Jia Yan ceased threatening the ordinary Wa citizens beneath him.

With a twist of his wing muscles, he soared up to the sky!

Whoosh!

The winds born of the giant mosquito monster’s flight were incredibly violent!

Astounding!

The Wa citizens watched in awe as the giant mosquito monster flew off, leaving them drenched in cold sweat, speechless, and collapsed on the ground.

Ignoring what these people might think, let’s shift back to the soaring Big Mosquito Jia Yan.

As Jia Yan flew through the sky, the scenery behind him swiftly receded like a receding tide!

For reasons unknown, he had an uneasy intuition as if something was happening.

These strange feelings of Jia Yan were perhaps gleaned from the expressions of the Wa citizens, which left him with a sense of foreboding.

He felt uncomfortable with these feelings and longed to return to Huaxia even faster.

Within Huaxia, the only people of his concern were his own family!

Besides, Huaxia was the place where he was more familiar, and most importantly, it was home.

Having finished up everything, it was natural that he longed to return to Huaxia!

The flight speed of the giant mosquito kept at around four hundred kilometers per hour!

Compared to his journey to the Wa Kingdom, the speed had doubled!

A journey that initially would’ve taken eight hours only took four hours now!

The difference wasn’t merely the halved time, but also the perception of the journey’s length.

An eight-hour journey was long, but a four-hour flight felt significantly shorter, despite the distance remaining the same!

Four hours was just enough for a round trip on the same day.

Given Jia Yan’s current energy levels, he could easily make two round trips in a single day!

If he wanted to arrive faster, he could use the ‘Sonic Continuous Flight Method’!

That method would cover five to six hundred kilometers in half an hour.

Perhaps just under two hours of alternate rapid and slow flying would be sufficient to cover the distance from Wa to Huaxia.

But of course, this method of flying was too exhausting and too taxing on the body.

Now was not the time to use it.

Jia Yan’s flying speed increased once more.

He soared at a height of two thousand meters above the ground.

This area was not only good for flying but also offered spectacular views visible through his compound eyes!

In no time at all, the scenery behind receded farther and farther until the Wa island slowly disappeared from the horizon.

Only then did Jia Yan slightly ease up.

It seemed like Wa wouldn’t be sending any fighter jets to intercept him anymore!

“This jaunt to Wa Kingdom has been worthwhile.

Not only did I manage the threat to the family, but I also saved two assassins.

That squares us!”

“Of course, the most significant gain was the Azure Mutation from this trip, raising my strength to a level I can’t even begin to gauge!”

Jia Yan tallied this trip’s gains.

Overall, the trip had been quite successful.

While he felt a bit of regret for not encountering the divine object of Wa, not everything in life goes according to desires!

Flying high, the Big Mosquito moved smoothly, producing only faint sounds when flapping its wings!

As the scenery of the ocean started getting monotonous, it became somewhat irksome.

The endless sight of the oceans caused visual fatigue and a slight letdown in the Big Mosquito’s alertness.

Such high speeds accompanied by lost attention could be disastrous, and in Jia Yan’s case, led him off course.

By the time Jia Yan noticed his mistake and adjusted course, half an hour had passed.

When he finally sighted an island, he realized how much off course he had flown!

The island ahead should’ve appeared on his left according to his original route!

However, it now appeared on his right, which meant Jia Yan had veered way off course, circling even below the island.

Thankfully, he had not strayed far.

The island was named Idiot Bend Island!

Thanks to his high vantage point, he was able to distinguish Idiot Bend Island from afar.

Although Jia Yan understood that given his size, he might have already been detected by the radar of the Idiot Bend Island, he did not wish to pass directly over it.

After all, it’s better to avoid unnecessary troubles!

Upon sighting the Idiot Bend Island from afar, Jia Yan veered to avert the island.

Whooping past!

He had no idea if the islanders had noticed him.

At any rate, when Jia Yan passed the island, he encountered no intercepting forces!

Just beyond the Idiot Bend Island, an expansive mainland appeared before him!

This mainland was home to his ancient homeland – Huaxia!

(These two days I’m trying to use the double spell input method, it’s starting off slow, so I’ll update at night.

Hopefully, as with my typing speed, I can ramp things up.

Getting the hang of the double spell input method will need at least a month.

You can look forward to my surge in updates then!

I’ll post something later.

To be continued.
