Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Chapter 2209: Chapter 2204: The Big Bad Wolf and the Little Rabbit

Yuan Yunong was waiting for the answers from the two little brothers, Ning Chenyang and Ning Chenguang.

Sure enough, the two kids didn’t disappoint.

”I’ve already finished drawing.” Ning Chenyang said loudly, ”Uncle, look, with this route map, the big bad wolf can definitely eat the little rabbit.”

The man glanced at it and gave Ning Chenyang a thumbs-up: ”You’re great! But, my son also figured it out. If you want to defeat me, you need to take more tests. Are you up for it?”

”But I haven’t eaten yet.” Ning Chenyang had long been thinking about his mom’s homemade buns and sour plum soup. After playing games all morning, his stomach was growling with hunger.

”Your meal can wait. But if you don’t answer the questions, other kids will, and that toy won’t be yours. Look at this machine gun, don’t you want it?” The man pointed at the toy machine gun on the ground, its shell looking shiny black as if real.

”Well... alright.” Ning Chenyang was tempted, ”Actually, the machine gun is alright! But I prefer the sniper rifle! Uncle, I promise you I’ll continue with the questions, I’m sure I can beat your son!”

”Alright then.” The man laughed happily.

Yuan Yunong was very pleased too, it seemed she hadn’t misjudged, and under these circumstances, these two children might be the ones she was looking for.

After asking Chenyang, the man turned to Ning Chenguang: ”What about you? Show your answer to Uncle!”

Ning Chenguang directly tossed the drawing he held to the man.

The man picked up the drawing and looked at it, there was no route map, but in a part of the drawing, the little boy had added a stroke: ”What is this...?”

Little Chenguang said unhappily: ”I don’t like your question, Uncle! The big bad wolf is a villain, the little rabbit is a good guy! Why should the big bad wolf eat the little rabbit? Evil can never overcome justice!”

”So...what does this mean?” the man pointed at the content on the drawing and asked.

”So I modified your question! Make it so the big bad wolf can never eat the little rabbit! And trap the big bad wolf in the maze so it can never come out!” Ning Chenguang said angrily.

Yuan Yunong showed an awkward smile after hearing Ning Chenguang’s response.

But the man happily gave Ning Chenguang a thumbs-up: ”You’re a very justice-minded child! You did a great job!”

This little boy indeed amazed him!

Finding a clear path in a complex maze is not easy, let alone using reverse thinking like he did.

It was truly rare!

For Ning Chenguang with his strong memory, this wasn’t difficult at all.

”Next question...” The man pulled out two magic cubes from his pocket like a magic trick, then scrambled them and said, ”Come on! Use your little brains! See if you can find a way to restore all six sides to uniform color blocks!”

Other kids came forward too, watching the two brothers play with the magic cubes.

”We want to play too!”

”It looks fun!”

The kids clamored, expressing their desire to play.

”Don’t rush! How about you all guess? Can they meet my challenge? Guess right and you’ll get candy!” The man said, taking out a handful of White Rabbit candies from his pocket.
