Along with the advancement of Azure Dragon, an illusion of omnipotence, surged straight into Yu Zi Yu’s heart.

It was the feeling of being able to do anything.

For a fleeting moment, he felt he could forge a planet with a single hand…

Stride across time and space…

Even summon back the dead…

One impossible ability after another rose at his fingertips as though they were nothing.

…

This was omnipotence. True, boundless omnipotence. Even a powerful entity as fearsome as the Eternals could not compare to it.

However, this incredible power did not belong to him.

It was the power of the Heavenly Dao itself, the authority of the omnipotent Heaven Dao of the vast universe.

And Yu Zi Yu’s current Azure Dragon Form had only stolen a shred of that authority.

However, even that tiny scrap was enough to make him feel as though he held dominion over all things.

“What a pity…” A soft sigh escaped Yu Zi Yu, as a feeling of regret welled up within his heart.

After all, this sense of omnipotence was something he could only experience, but that too occasionally. But when it came to actually exercising it…he could do nothing.

Because, just as Azure Dragon Form was constantly evolving…

*Clatter… clatter…* Sounds, akin to clattering of chains, suddenly echoed across the cosmos.

Looking toward the source, everyone spotted silver chains emerging from the swirling vortex, slowly winding around Azure Dragon’s immense body.

These were the Shackles of Heaven. They were a form of restraint, but also a form of acknowledgment.

While they restrained Azure Dragon’s power, preventing him from disrupting the balance of all things, they also recognized his existence.

Yu Zi Yu did not resist these chains wrapping around his body. After all, if he dared to resist them, Heaven’s punishment would fall upon him in the next breath.

Everything had its pros and cons.

Azure Dragon, having stolen the power of the Heavenly Dao, had indeed become terrifying and omnipotent, but he must also bear the Shackles of the Heavenly Dao.

To break these bindings, one must gather the Nine Dragon Balls and, by borrowing the power of the Human Dao, release Azure Dragon’s seal for a brief moment.

In exchange… Azure Dragon would fulfill any wish of the wisher.

That was now the purpose of Azure Dragon’s existence.

As for using this form to fight, or to serve Yu Zi Yu’s needs, that was plain impossible.

However, Yu Zi Yu had expected this from the start.

“What I want is for the Azure Dragon Form to continue growing…” murmuring to himself, Yu Zi Yu willingly accepted the Heavenly Dao’s restraints.

*Roooooaar…* A long, resonant Dragon Roar echoed as the chains pierced directly through his colossal body.

Power…

All of his power… sealed!

In addition, Yu Zi Yu felt a sudden pulling force traveling along the chains.

The Heaven’s Shackles were actually trying to drag the Azure Dragon Form out of the universe.

Heaven could not allow a Dragon of the Heavenly Dao to remain here; such an existence would inevitably disrupt balance and must be removed.

However, at that moment, as if recalling something, Yu Zi Yu’s lips curled upward into a smile, as he declared, using Azure Dragon’s voice, “I am omnipotent… and yet not omnipotent… Find the Dragon Balls I have scattered across the stars. In return… I shall grant you any wish.”

As his calm, ethereal voice faded, Yu Zi Yu’s Azure Dragon Form abruptly froze and then erupted in a brilliant azure radiance.

*Booooom…* A deafening roar, as if the very Heavens were collapsing, reverberated.

Then, under the scorching gazes of countless powerhouses, the Azure Dragon split into nine parts, shooting toward the far reaches of the cosmos.

And this time, it was far more astonishing than before, because the nine streaks shot beyond the bounds of the Milky Way itself, launching toward other galaxies.

Yu Zi Yu speculated that their range now covered the entirety of the Western Sector.

…

The stronger Azure Dragon’s power, the more incredibly difficult it became to gather the Dragon Balls.

Only then could the power of the Human Dao drawn into the process grow vast enough.

Otherwise, even summoning the Eternal Dragon would be impossible.

After all, Azure Dragon’s current body possessed strength far too dreadful.

If it were truly unsealed, it might briefly become a being akin to a Creator, an existence capable of anything.

And this was the power of Yu Zi Yu’s Third Form, his Azure Dragon Form.

Unfortunately, this power did not belong to him, nor could he use it.

*Haaaa…* Yu Zi Yu heaved a soft sigh, feeling a bit regretful.

However, despite his regret, he was also quite satisfied.

His two other Forms: his True Body and the Soaring Purple Dragon, were already at the Realm of Hegemony; he already possessed more than enough strength.

As for his Azure Dragon Form… that had a far greater purpose.

Firstly, it allowed him to steal a portion of the Heavenly Dao’s power. This was a preparation for his future breakthroughs.

Secondly, it would facilitate him in cultivating One Qi Transforms into Three Pure Ones.

Once he had mastered the complete form of this Divine Ability, he should be able to borrow Azure Dragon’s power in his other Forms.

At that time, the Sacred Azure Dragon, the Soaring Purple Dragon, and the Void Elf Form, his three other Forms would be able to roam freely across the universe.

Furthermore, his True Form would undergo a complete sublimation.

At that point, he would truly become invincible under Heaven.

What was even more terrifying was that One Qi Transforms into Three Pure Ones was originally created to plunder great fortune and opportunities.

With Azure Dragon as a Heavenly Dao conduit… Yu Zi Yu’s path to stealing grand destiny would be unimaginably smooth for him.

A smirk danced upon his lips, as anticipation flashed in the depths of his eyes.

“And that’s not all…” A sudden murmur escaped his lips, as his thoughts drifted deeper.

Although Azure Dragon was currently bound by the Heavenly Dao, in the future, who was to say he could not replace it?

And once he did, these so-called shackles would become a joke.

At that time… a power akin to the Creator’s would naturally fall into Yu Zi Yu’s hands.

Of course, this was only Yu Zi Yu’s flight of fancy.

If such a day truly arrived, he would probably be more than just a Tier-8 Eternal.

In truth, Yu Zi Yu had never heard of anyone in all recorded eras wielding the power of a Creator.

Even the Angel Clan’s omnipotent Lord had merely created the Angel Clan and commanded Principles through words.
