*Booooom, booooom, boooooom…* Thunderous explosions echoed one after another as countless violet shields, resembling overlapping Dragon scales, formed around Yu Zi Yu’s colossal draconic body.

These were Dragon Scales Crystal Shield. Their defensive power was so immense that even a full-force strike from an ordinary Hegemon might not leave a mark.

From afar, his vast form appeared to be encased within a gigantic crystalline cocoon. The enormous violet crystal gleamed with resplendent light, radiant and dazzling like a newborn star in the cosmic sea.

*Booooom…* A deep tremor reverberated through the interdimensional passage.

Yu Zi Yu lifted his gaze and saw a red glow, faint at first, then blazing brighter and brighter.

*Booooom, booooom, boooooom…* Thunderous booms echoed one after another, as that eternal crimson radiance surged, fierce and unstoppable. Adding more to the dread, the blood-red spear swelled constantly, growing larger by the heartbeat—until it grew staggering 100,000 meters long.

*Swooosh…* With a shrill whistle, the spear tore through space, shaking the interdimensional passage to its core.

The aura it carried was apocalyptic.

Its edge was sharp enough to rend the laws of existence themselves. This spoke volumes of its dreadful nature.

However, in that very instant, Yu Zi Yu’s expression changed drastically.

Because, to his utter astonishment, the blood-red spear passed effortlessly through the many layers of his crystalline barriers and shot straight toward him.

“This…?” Surprised and bewildered, Yu Zi Yu’s expression shifted repeatedly.

Then, as if sensing his bewilderment, a calm yet solemn voice echoed within his mind. It was Anzuiel, the True Sirit of his Imperial Armament.

“The Spear of Fate follows the trajectory of fate itself. Once it has chosen to pierce you, no defense, no evasion can alter that path. Even now, it is severing the threads of causality, erasing all resistance and all delay. What awaits you is inevitably being pierced by the Spear of Fate.”

Hearing this, Yu Zi Yu’s eyes grew grave. “So in other words… being pierced by it is my destiny.”

“Indeed,” Anzuiel affirmed, before adding in a steady voice, “Rather than struggle against what cannot be changed, just face it head-on.”

“I understand…” Yu Zi Yu voiced his understanding, and his pupils narrowed sharply.

Because, at that moment, the crimson spear, now 100,000 meters long, split through the void like divine judgment, hurtling straight toward him.

*Swoosh…*

*Squilish…*

The spearpoint, gleaming with icy red light, pierced into his body with a sound like worlds breaking. Yu Zi Yu’s brow furrowed.

Pain.

Sharp, tearing pain assailed him, like his flesh and Soul were being split apart.

But that was all.

Despite its colossal size, the spear was nothing compared to his titanic form. Against the boundless vastness of the Soaring Purple Dragon, it was no more than a splinter against a mountain.

After all, Yu Zi Yu’s current body, his Soaring Purple Dragon Form, imbued with the Supreme Infinite Principle, had never stopped growing, not even for a moment.

It was growing with every passing moment. And this was what created Yu Zi Yu’s terrifyingly powerful and colossal body.

Thus…

*Rooooaar…* He let out a thunderous roar that shook the stars, as determination flared in Yu Zi Yu’s eyes.

Rather than retreat, he lunged forward, bearing the spear impaled, as he dove straight toward the world Tree below.

*Boooooom…*

His wings spread wide, unleashing tempests that howled through the void. His vast body transformed into a living comet, an arrow loosened from the Heavens.

At that moment…

*Hmph…* A cold snort seemed to echo through the Void itself, and the crimson glow of the blood spear suddenly flared, blazing brighter and deeper until it dyed the very world scarlet. Its blood-red brilliance pulsed like a living heart, and even the Heavens trembled beneath its fury.

An even greater aura of destruction, domineering and suffocating, began to radiate from it.

“It seems… this thing is finally getting serious.” Anzuiel’s voice rang out once more in Yu Zi Yu’s mind, calm yet edged with warning.

“En.” Yu Zi Yu gave a faint nod, totally unconcerned.

Because by now, half his enormous draconic body had already crossed through the interdimensional passage, descending into the starry universe.

*Rooooaar…* A Dragon Roar thundered across the cosmos.

Under the countless horrified gazes of the God Race, the violet vortex, vast enough to engulf half a galaxy, shuddered violently as a colossal Dragon Head emerged from within.

Its size rivaled the stars themselves, and its eyes, deep and boundless, seemed to swallow light and reason alike.

But what made hearts truly freeze was the sight of the blood-red spear, gleaming with eternal crimson light, pierced straight through the Dragon’s body.

*Drip…Drip…* Drops of violet Dragon blood fell upon the Realm of Gods below, transforming into a torrential purple rain.

Each drop that struck the land corroded mountains and shattered cities, annihilating everything wherever it fell.

While Yu Zi Yu dared not say that a single drop of blood was enough to destroy a planet, leveling cities and kingdoms required no effort at all.

However, what was the most shocking sight was that despite the Spear of Destiny impaling his draconic body, a surge of indescribable vitality flowed through his form, healing, mending, regenerating at a rate visible to the naked eye.

Thus, while it appeared that the crimson spear had impaled the Soaring Purple Dragon, in truth, it was Yu Zi Yu’s body that imprisoned the spear.

It was the ultimate clash between offense and defense.

And it also revealed the terrifying nature of Yu Zi Yu’s physique.

Unable to immediately annihilate him, what awaited it was an unending tide of regenerative power drawn from his True Form.

Thanks to the Grand Divine Ability, One Qi Transforms into Three Pure Ones, Yu Zi Yu’s Soaring Purple Dragon Form was essentially carrying a mobile, inexhaustible reservoir of vitality that bordered on absurdity.

At this moment, if one were to look closely upon his True Body, which was seated upon the throne of the Demon Court’s Palace, they would see his entire form surging with an emerald glow.

Threads of verdant energy flowed out, following the mysterious and invisible connection, empowering the distant Soaring Purple Dragon.

But that… was not the most important matter.

What was truly important was the fact that the Soaring Purple Dragon had now arrived before the World Tree itself, the sacred heart of the God Race.

*Hahahahaha…*

A wild, earth-shaking laugh burst from his maw as his massive form twisted through the Heavens, coiling and spiraling downward.

From above, he dove like a falling star, his colossal body encircling the World Tree, descending toward its roots.

“What… what is he doing!?”

“Wait! Stop him!”

“Heavens… he can’t be serious!”

Cries of panic and disbelief erupted across the Realm of Gods as countless Gods looked on in horror.

From their perspective, the sight was simply apocalyptic. From the boundless starry sky, the Soaring Purple Dragon came swooping down, winding around their sacred World Tree like a celestial serpent.

The enormous Dragon Head, as massive as a star, lunged straight for the World Tree’s roots.

*Rooooaar…*

With a roar that split the Heavens, his massive jaws opened wide, and he bit down fiercely upon the roots of the World Tree itself.
