Like wildfire, a monumental piece of news tore through the cosmos: The strongest being in the universe, the Demon Emperor, had clashed with the enigmatic Hegemon of the Void Clan.

However, even that was not the most shocking part. The truly earth-shattering revelation came from the Titans.

With a single exchange, both the Demon Emperor and Void Hegemon launching just one attack, an entire Star System was reduced to dust.

Now, gazing toward that shattered Star System, one could clearly see the planets and stars erased into nothingness, leaving only a single planet quietly suspended in the void.

And that lone planet could remain only because the Demon Emperor had shielded it with his power.

As for all the other planets, they had been reduced to ash and scattered across eternity.

*Gulp…*

One by one, even the mightiest cultivators swallowed hard, their throats dry.

“So this… is the Demon Emperor. He’s not even mortal anymore,” whispered a powerhouse, who had come here to look at the devastated Star System. He was horribly shocked by the devastating sight before him

“The Demon Emperor is terrifying, yes, but that Void Hegemon… is no weaker.”

Gasps followed, the others falling into uneasy quiet.

Truly… this battlefield had shaken their Souls.

Just the aftershocks had laid an entire Star System to waste.

From this, one could only imagine how terrifying their true strength must be.

…

At this point, the location of the clash between the Demon Emperor and the Void Hegemon soon became a sacred site for countless powerhouses to study.

Meanwhile, Yu Zi Yu had returned to the Demon Court.

*Boom…* Suppressing the fluctuation of Spiritual Energy, Yu Zi Yu sat upon his throne once more.

For a moment, he seemed utterly ordinary.

However, if one looked closely, they would notice a faint curve tugging at the corner of his lips.

“Hehe… it went just as I planned.”

A glimmer of satisfaction flashed in his eyes.

He calmed his mind and began retracing every detail of that battle.

Everything had gone perfectly. He believed that the chances of being exposed were slim.

Still, the ever meticulous Yu Zi Yu decided to review it all once more, in case some subtle flaw had escaped his notice.

…

Time slowly passed by, and the news of the Demon Emperor’s clash with the Void Hegemon spread across the cosmos.

Powerhouses from distant galaxies journeyed through the void to witness the battlefield.

Today, the interstellar world had changed, thanks to the increasing contact between the Myriad Races. Massive interstellar portals were constructed everywhere, linking what once took decades of flight into mere moments of travel.

Some of these ultra-long-distance portals could bridge hundreds of galaxies at once. The universe itself seemed smaller now, the races closer than ever before.

Of course, such convenience came at a heavy cost. Without enormous wealth, few could afford to step through those stargates even once.

In fact, almost all the stargates in the Western Sector were controlled by the Demon Court, the Angel Clan, and the Titan Clan.

The Demon Court alone enjoyed 60% of the profits, while the Angels and Titans each held 20%.

That, too, was proof of the Demon Court’s supremacy.

Today, in the Western Sector, the Demon Court stood unrivaled, a formidable power capable of contending even the Dragon and Phoenix Clans.

…

At this moment, a smile appeared on Yu Zi Yu’s face, as he mumbled, “It’s almost time… to seek out the last few steles.”

Schemes had long become second nature to him. And now, the next phase of his plan was already unfolding.

The Void Clan had gained much experience through these invasions, and similarly, the Myriad Races had begun to unite in defense.

It was time… to increase the pressure.

And this time, Yu Zi Yu’s target was none other than the God Race.

The God Race was once the most powerful Force in all the cosmos.

Powered by Faith, they were a terrifying Race who were nearly impossible to extinguish.

No matter the era, they had remained at the peak.

If not for their overreliance on the Power of Faith, they would have ranked even higher among the Races.

However, now, Yu Zi Yu intended to plunder the Gods.

The heritage of the God Race was unfathomable.

If he could plunder even a fraction of it, it would mark a tremendous leap in his own strength.

Besides, Yu Zi Yu had long been intrigued by the Gods’ ultimate legacy, the Spear of Fate.

“So be it, let’s start with them.” He murmured with a faint smile.

…

At the same time, in the deepest reaches of the Void, the Soaring Purple Dragon, seated upon his throne, slowly opened his eyes.

*Boooom…* A dazzling violent radiance flared, as a vast and terrifying pressure rippled outward.

Then…

*Rooooaar…* A Heaven-shaking Dragon Roar reverberated across the Void, as an indescribable, colossal Purple Dragon soared into the sky, charging straight into the endless void.

*Boooooom…Booooom…* A dreadful might spread unchecked, shattering the very fabric of the Void.

At that moment, Yu Zi Yu’s Dragon Eyes, majestic and divine, swept across the Heavens, gazing down like a God over all creation.

“Let’s go…” His deep, resonant growl echoed through the boundless void.

“Yes, Lord of the Void!”

In unison, the countless Void Creatures roared, their voices reverberating like an unending storm.

Under the banner of the Original Sins, a new campaign was about to begin.

A conquest was a feast for the Void, and also a cause for celebration, for only through battle could they grow stronger. Only through war could they feast enough to survive.

*Rooooaar, rooooaar, rooooaar…*

*Screeeeech, screeeech, screeeech…*

A frenzied symphony of howls and growls once again engulfed the void.

However, this time, things were different, because when the Void Creatures lifted their heads, they beheld a dragon that stretched across the entire Void. Neither its head was visible, nor its tail. It was so massive that its form obscured the very Void. Its mammoth purple-crimson scale, as vast as mountains, shimmered with deep luster, their radiance rivaling stars.

He was the Lord of the Void, the Soaring Purple Dragon, a terrifying existence that transcended everything.

And now, using the title of the Lord of the Void, it was preparing to launch a war unlike any before, a huge war that would shake eternity itself.

“We obey the command of the Lord of the Void.”

“We obey the command of the Lord of the Void!”

Amid the chorus of shouts, the Original Sins, standing at the forefront of the tide of Void Creatures, knelt on one knee.

“En” With a slight nod, Yu Zi Yu, hovering high up in the sky, lowered his gaze upon the assembled forms.

The Humanoid Void Creatures were the highest echelon among the denizens of the Void.

Under the reign of the Soaring Purple Dragon, Yu Zi Yu’s second form, the Void Creatures revered these Humanoid Creatures as the pinnacle of evolution.

Even those who had not sworn allegiance to him were striving toward that same humanoid form, because that was the law he had set, the law of the Void itself.
