After giving a few simple instructions, Yu Zi Yu turned and departed.

For him now, nothing was more important than cultivation.

However, just as he was about to leave, as though a sudden thought crossed his mind, he added, “If the Master of the Buddhist Sect comes seeking me… tell him to wait three years.”

“Yes, Master.”

Everyone replied in unison, as they watched the imperial-robed figure fade into the air, leaving behind only rippling waves of distorted space.

“What level has Master reached now?” The question came suddenly, and surprisingly, from Nine Tails, who wore a smile.

“I do not know,” someone replied with a slow shake of the head.

For a moment, everyone couldn’t help but look at each other with uncertainty. Truth be told, none among them truly understood just how far their Master’s cultivation had reached. However, there was one thing they were certain of, their Master’s strength had already transcended any mortal’s comprehension, reaching a level so terrifying it defied imagination.

At that moment, a calm voice suddenly shattered the stunned silence, “If my guess isn’t mistaken… Master should be on the verge of breaking through Heaven’s Door.”

Hearing the calm words, everyone’s gaze turned toward the speaker, who happened to be none other than Golden Monkey, the most enigmatic figure in the entire Monster Court.

And if even he said so… then it was likely true.

“Heaven’s Door, huh…” Nine Tails murmured softly, a soft sigh involuntarily escaping her, as she added, “The gap between us and Master seems to grow wider by the day.”

“Indeed,” a faint echo of agreement passed through the crowd, followed by a heavy silence.

In the past, they could at least glimpse the shadow of their Master’s back. But now… even that was beyond reach.

…

Meanwhile, Yu Zi Yu remained blissfully unaware that his terrifying pace of cultivation had left Nine Tails and the others feeling suffocated by pressure.

However, knowing him, he likely wouldn’t care even if he did know.

After all, pressure breeds strength, and that, to Yu Zi Yu, was a good thing.

“It’s time for another seclusion,” he mused with a faint smile.

Then, slipping into another Spacetime Dimension, before reverting into his colossal Divine Tree Form, blotting out the entire sky, seemingly supporting the entire starry universe.

The torrential River of Time surged out from underneath it, while waves of spatial ripples spread endlessly outward.

This was Time and Space.

And when fused as one, they formed the Supreme Principle borne by Yu Zi Yu, the Principle of Spacetime.

“With time as the medium…and space as the conduit…” His faint and ethereal voice echoed through the boundless stillness, when suddenly, the surrounding ripples gradually froze, as though everything was suspended in time.

However, if one looked closely, they would see that Yu Zi Yu’s True Form was changing. Light and shadow intertwining until his figure blurred and lost distinction.

Time accelerated, not by a factor of two or ten, but a hundred.

*Boooooom, booooom…” Continuous rumbles echoed as Yu Zi Yu’s Spiritual Energy surged wildly. His Spiritual Energy, which was once radiant with nine hues, derived from various elements, at this moment, began to distill into wisps of silver-gray energy.

This was the purification of Spiritual Energy, or in simpler terms, he was fusion his own Spiritual Energy with the Principle of Spacetime, converting it into something new, something far more profound: Spacetime Spiritual Energy.

A single wisp of this silver-gray energy surpassed hundreds of strands of his former nine-colored energy.

This was a qualitative leap in the quality of his Spiritual Energy, and with his, his strength began to soar once again.

*Boooom… Boooom…* One deafening rumble followed another as Yu Zi Yu’s aura surged—growing stronger at a rate visible to the naked eye.

The increase wasn’t significant, but considering the fact that Yu Zi Yu was now a Hegemon, a being whose mere will could shake an entire galaxy, any visible rise in strength was nothing short of monstrous.

It was absurd, totally absurd.

However, this was the beauty of the Supreme Principle of Spacetime, the power to grasp the flow of time itself, and command the fabric of space.

This was no mere boast, but a terrifying fact.

And what Yu Zi Yu was displaying now, was merely a glimpse of the might of the Spacetime Principle.

The true terror still lay ahead.

…

While Yu Zi Yu was immersed in cultivation, somewhere far away, a vast and eerie palace loomed. Its walls were black as ink, and countless ghastly shadows drifted inside and outside its structure. An inexplicably eerie aura permeated the air.

And atop that ominous palace, a slender figure sat high upon a throne.

“So this era… actually birthed such a Heaven-defying genius…” A voice carrying a sense of incredulity drifted from the figure.

[How long has it been? And yet, in this short span, another Hegemon has already appeared. Worse still, this is no ordinary Hegemon; his body had already reached the Seventh Order in Physical Evolution. If fate doesn’t claim him prematurely, he will inevitably become a towering force, whose very presence will fundamentally shake the cosmos. Unfortunately, I can’t do anything about it.]

*Haaaa…* A quiet sigh slipped from his lips as he slowly raised his gaze.

In that instant, his eyes reflected the vicissitudes of endless ages, and profound depth, enough to swallow the stars.

Then came a chorus of voices, reverberating through the abyss.

“We welcome the Lord of Reincarnation…”

“We welcome the Lord of Reincarnation…”

Amidst the unified call, another power beyond mortal comprehension had awakened from ages past: the Lord of Reincarnation, also known as the Lord of Underworld.

The Underworld was another force no less terrifying than the Heavenly Court or the Buddhist Sect.

However, compared to them, this force was far less known; very few people even know of its existence.

However, those who knew about it, they dared not ignore it.

Because the founder of this force was once a terrifying being who once shouldered Supreme Principle such as Reincarnation, Impermanence, Destiny, and Causality.

This so-called Reincarnation was yet another Supreme Principle standing on alongside Infinity, Spacetime, and Creation itself.

Once, in a bygone era, the Lord of Reincarnation had been the mortal enemy of the First Immortal of the Human Race. Possessing Dao Fruits of nine lifetimes, he stood as one of the few ancient beings capable of contending with that peerless immortal.

And now, his inheritor had awakened once more.

However, this newly awakened Lord of Reincarnation was quite troubled at this moment. Originally, he had intended to rule over the universe, but he discovered that the prodigies of this era far exceeded his expectations.

He could come to terms with the emergence of Dream Dragon of the Dragon Clan, an existence born of dreams and the prodigy of Kun Peng Clan, who had mastered the Grand Divine Ability, Kun Peng Art.

The birth of such prodigies was acceptable.

However, what he found it hard to fathom was the birth of the Demon Emperor and the enigmatic Lord of the Void.

One had refined his flesh seven times, and the other seemed to bear another Supreme Principle.

“…Master, I fear I may disappoint your expectations this time,” he muttered bitterly, a twitch pulling at the corner of his eye. The figure seated high on the throne felt completely helpless.
