Inside the Void Space, upon the vast expanse of the Divine Demonic Continent, within a palace bathed in amethyst light…

“Back so soon…hmm,” a soft murmur escaped Yu Zi Yu, who was seated high up his throne, and he opened his eyes, sensing the return of the three Original Sins.

Among the Myriad Races, the Aeridian Clan possessed a stele, but their foundation was laughably shallow. Thus, they had naturally become her first target.

And now, the results were beyond satisfactory.

Sensing the three auras suddenly approaching in the distance, and even more so, the faint pulse of that ancient stele among them, Yu Zi Yu’s lips curved in joy and anticipation. Then, he casually grasped toward them with his hand.

*Rooooaar…* A majestic dragon roar reverberated across the Void.

Immediately afterward, under the horrified gazes of Uer, Tiya, and Envy, a colossal violet claw of a Dragon, vast enough to blot out the firmament itself, suddenly emerged from high above.

Before the three could even react, their long journey of billions of miles folded into the space of a single breath.

By the time they came to their senses, they were already standing within the grandest of palaces upon the Divine Demonic Continent.

*Gulp…* The three exchanged looks, awe and fear mingling in their eyes.

[No wonder the world trembles at his name.]

“Greetings, Boss.”

“Greetings, Boss.”

A chorus of greetings shook the space as they knelt on one knee.

“En.” Yu Zi Yu gave a faint nod, before his gaze shifting past them to the massive obsidian stele strapped across Uer’s back.

For reasons unknown, the stele resisted any attempt to be stored within a spatial tool. As if such fragile Artifacts could not withstand its ancient weight.

Thus, Uer had been forced to carry it himself.

“Good job.” Yu Zi Yu’s tone was calm and light, but a faintest smile brushed his lips. Then, with a flick of his wrist, the black stele rose into the air and flew toward him.

Just then, Uer seemed to recall something. He reported right away, “Boss, we also captured several of the Aeridian Clan’ powerhouses.”

“Hand them to Avril,” Yu Zi Yu said without even looking up. “As for you three, you’ve earned your rest. In time, I will definitely reward you according to your merits…”

With a few brief words, he dismissed them.

Compared to what lay inscribed upon this stele, everything else was insignificant. Recorded on it was the first level of One Qi Transforms into Three Pure Ones: Soul Division.

This Grand Divine Ability was divided into seven levels in total. Yu Zi Yu had already mastered the second, third, and fourth level; Soul Nurturing, Body Creation, and Empowerment respectively.

The fourth level, Empowerment, came from the Heavenly Court’s Minor Secret Realm. And to this day, the Heavenly Court and the Demon Court remained locked in a tangled struggle.

If not for the fact that the Heavenly Court had multiple secret lairs, and every time one was destroyed, another one would appear, the Demon Court would have erased them long ago.

Even so, the current Heavenly Court was in dire straits.

According to Nine Tails, they had likely fled to another Sector, or perhaps even beyond the Chaos Sea.

After all, the current power of the Demon Court, Dragon Clan, and the Phoenix Clan was too terrifying. The current Heavenly Court could not possibly hold a candle to them.

No matter, they were no longer a threat to Yu Zi Yu.

However, because of the support of the two Imperial Artifacts, destroying them entirely was not an easy task. Thus, Yu Zi Yu decided to leave them to their devices for now.

Besides the fourth level obtained from the Heavenly Court, the other two levels came from the Angel Clan and the Soul Clan.

Body Creation allowed the incorporeal Seraphims to condense flawless bodies. Had Yu Zi Yu not been capable of transforming into one himself, he might never have been able to get his hands on it.

Soul Nurturing came from the Soul Clan. As the name suggested, the Soul Clan was a race whose form was the Soul. The secrets of Soul Nurturing allowed them to improve the quality of their Souls and even enhance their talents.

This spoke volumes for the importance of these secret techniques to their clans.

It was no small feat to wrench such secrets from those proud races.

And now, a smile tugged the corner of his lips as his gaze fell upon the new stele before him, the one that recorded the first level of One Qi Transforms into Three Pure Ones: Soul Division.

This was the most important stele of all, for only through mastering the Soul Division could he truly divide his consciousness and command multiple bodies at once.

To think with one mind and multitask wasn’t that hard, anyone with a modicum of talent could do it.

However, to think with two minds at once, to act upon two different tasks using two different bodies, like cultivating with one body while waging battle with another, all at the same time, such mastery was far beyond the reach of ordinary beings.

Even for Yu Zi Yu, with all his might, needed to fully focus his consciousness on one body to truly control it.

If he were to split his consciousness in two and command both his True Form and the colossal Purple Dragon body simultaneously…

“Urgh…” A brief silence followed as Yu Zi Yu closed his eyes and tentatively attempted to control both his original body and the body of the Soaring Purple Dragon.

At once, a strange dissonance welled up within his mind, it was because both of his bodies were too fearsome. His half consciousness wasn’t enough to fully control them.

And it was at this moment that the true significance of the secret art known as Soul Division revealed itself.

“It is not the Soul that is split, but the spirit… the spirit commands the form… when the mind moves, the spirit moves…” As he murmured, a glimmer of enlightenment flashed within Yu Zi Yu’s violet eyes.

[So, this is the secret. It’s truly profound and wondrous.] Why Yu Zi Yu found it wondrous was because while cultivating this art, it did not merely strengthen Yu Zi Yu’s Soul, but it continuously elevated the Soul itself.

It was hard to explain, but mastering it would allow Yu Zi Yu to completely control two bodies, or even three at once.

It was akin to a mind split in two, then in three. However, it was not really splitting, but a feeling.

Like the Yamata no Orochi, which had eight heads but only one consciousness.

The same would become true for Yu Zi Yu, but with three bodies and one consciousness.

Those three Forms would disregard space and distance, moving as though they were but one.

Despite the split of consciousness, the connection between their bodies would be ever-closer.

Even if his bodies stood in different dimensions, to Yu Zi Yu, they were still one.

And this way, he could command two forms or more, simply because, by cultivating this secret art, the three bodies becoming one would not disrupt his consciousness.

It was just that he would be receiving a bit more external information at once.

However, to Yu Zi Yu, whose Soul had already undergone transformation, such a burden was trivial.

Of course, this was only Yu Zi Yu’s most superficial understanding.

He could sense that there were more profound secrets that he hadn’t grasped yet.

However, it didn’t matter.

For now, what truly mattered was comprehending this secret art and mastering it to perfection.
