“Qing Gang…” Yu Zi Yu softly called out.

Looking at Qing Gang, who was running toward him with excitement, the corner of his lips curled up.

“Lord Divine Tree,” addressing in a respectful tone, the burly man knelt before Yu Zi Yu, not far from his tree body.

“Mhmm.” Yu Zi Yu did not say much, just nodded before mobilizing his Spiritual Energy.

After a moment, using his ability – Mastery of the Earth Element, Yu Zi Yu’s body descended before Qing Gang’s eyes.

In just a moment, the canopy that was the symbol of Yu Zi Yu on the surface had appeared in this enormous underground space.

“I’ve got a gift for you.” Saying this, Yu Zi Yu’s branch, like a Human hand, plucked the crystal flower from his canopy. For some reason, the crystal flower could not be plucked without Yu Zi Yu’s permission. Moreover, upon touching the ground, it would merge with the earth, crystallizing everything within thousands of kilometers before disappearing.

Paying no attention to these minute details, Yu Zi Yu handed it to Qing Gang using a slender willow branch.

“What’s this?”

Looking at the crystal-like flower blooming and withering again and again, a hint of amazement appeared on Qing Gang’s face.

Even more astonishing to him was the rich and warm feeling that enveloped him.

Qing Gang was not unfamiliar to this feeling.

His Second Brother, Bull Demon, often gave him this feeling, heavy like the earth and yet comforting.

“Eat it,” Yu Zi Yu directed in a calm yet assertive voice.

“Yes, Lord Divine Tree.”

Qing Gang obeyed without hesitation, or rather, there was not any room for hesitation in his heart. As far as he was concerned, the Divine Tree’s instructions were like a Holy Decree. He dared not disobey them. Not to mention, he had a vague feeling that it could be a great fortune for him.

With these thoughts in mind, Qing Gang instantly opened his mouth and swallowed the palm-sized crystal flower.

However, before he could savor the taste, the flower instantly dissolved in his mouth, surging in its place was a torrent of vast energy.

*Boom!* A thunderclap seemed to reverberate in his mind, causing Qing Gang to tremble, and even his consciousness became a little hazy. Then, in his terrified gaze, crystals began to spread rapidly from his chest in all directions.

In the blink of an eye, crystals had covered more than half of his body.

“Lord… Divine… Tree…” While crying in terror, Qing Gang stretched his right hand toward Yu Zi Yu, as if seeking help.

However, at this moment, a gentle voice echoed in his mind, “This is an Earth Element Flower, which can turn your body into the purest Elemental Lifeform. If successful, you will truly possess the power you desire…”

At this point, Yu Zi Yu’s voice carried an inexplicable meaning as he continued, “Have you not been thirsting for power? Now, I’m giving you a tremendous opportunity…”

After calmly listening, Qing Gang’s face lit up with ecstasy that had not yet crystallized.

However, before he could say anything…

With a loud rumble, the ground started quaking.

In the underground space, a visible whirlwind of Spiritual Energy began to form at an astonishing speed. From the rock walls in the surrounding, streams of yellowish-brown energy began to emerge.

The power of the earth carried the might of this world. And now, Qing Gang was transforming into the embodiment of the earth itself.

With just a flash of thought, and nothing else, he could easily mold and manipulate earth.

A tremendous amount of Earth Element began gathering within his body, turning him into an incarnation of the very earth.

Time slowly trickled by. Meanwhile, calmly watching the increasingly surging Spiritual Energy storm not far away, Yu Zi Yu’s eyes were filled with amusement. At this moment, the energy storm yellowish-brown color was billowing in the underground space.

More astonishingly, such a large-scale Spiritual Energy storm did not damage the underground space in the slightest.

Instead, under some inexplicable power, the underground space was continually expanding.

In the distance, one would see waves of earth crashing further into the distance, pushing one giant rock after another toward the corners.

The entire underground space appeared as if an invisible hand was constantly building and polishing it. This was quite different from Yu Zi Yu’s violent way of creating the underground space.

It seemed more like the application of Principle, as if the earth had been endowed with life itself.

At the same time, within the Spiritual Energy storm, an aura kept rising. It was vast and heavy, yet all-encompassing like a mother’s embrace, able to bear everything.

“This guy’s transformation is going quite well.” Yu Zi Yu silently praised in his heart, his eyes flickering with an undeniable sense of anticipation.

He was curious about the power of an Elemental Lifeform.

Had there been hierarchy among race, then Elemental Lifeforms would have been considered as a higher race.

Of course, beings like Yu Zi Yu, who were plant life, could also be considered higher races, or even surpassing higher races.

After all, it was extremely difficult for plants to attain sentience. Moreover, beings like Yu Zi Yu were evolving over and over again.

After a while, as if sensing something, the corner of Yu Zi Yu’s lips rose into a smile.

“It’s almost over,” Yu Zi Yu softly murmured, sensing the gradually ceasing growth of the Spiritual Energy storm.

[Over 600,000 Spiritual Energy, not bad.  The starting point is the Intermediate Level of Tier-1 Transcendent. Using the Elemental Flower on him has not been in vain.]

And just at this moment…

With a thunderous roar, the entire underground space trembled.

Simultaneously, a heavy voice reverberated through the underground space, “Thank you for the gift, Lord Divine Tree. I’ve been reborn within the earth… From now on, I shall regard the ‘earth’ as my mother, and be Lord Divine Tree’s shield, serving day and night by your side…”

It sounded like a promise and an oath.

An inexplicable force circulated within the underground space.

At this moment, the Spiritual Energy storm gradually started to dissipate, revealing a sculpture-like figure.

The figure seemed to be made of rock, gleaming with metallic shine. Its facial features seemed to be finely sculpted by the knife, giving it a stern and sharp demeanor. However, this majestic figure happened to be kneeling on the ground, gazing at Yu Zi Yu with eyes filled with reverence.

Yu Zi Yu gave a slight smile but remained silent.

Instead, he slightly narrowed his eyes before a series of information entered his vision.

Race: Earth Elemental Lifeform

Rank: Tier-1 Transcendent.

Innate Talents: Master of Earth (Level 1) — A formidable, exclusive talent of Elemental Lifeform, which grants them command over the earth, granting them the ability to move mountains and rivers.

Abilities: Earth Spikes — The solid earth is his eternal ally, it can manipulate the earth at will and create spears of rock.

Earth Fissure — It can tear the earth apart, creating a fissure that consumes everything.

Elementalizaton— Sacrificing physical strength, it can turn its body into a pure elemental body, becoming immune to physical attacks, and can bury everything, displaying the might of the name ‘element.’

Wall of Sighs (Level 1) — In the name of devout believers, it refines the faith within its heart, manifesting it as a shield of the Divine Tree. Using it, it can then erect a formidable wall of earth that can defend against most of the powerful attacks.
